| 1 | 锥形束计算机断层扫描中牙齿的分割精度显示文摘目的:研究锥形束计算机断层扫描(cone beam computerized tomography,CBCT)影像中分割提取正常牙齿体积的精度。方法:选择10例正畸减数病例拔除的双尖牙24颗,采用排水法物理测量其体积(volume of water,Vw),其中7例(16颗牙齿)在减数前采用i-CAT进行三维扫描,3例(8颗牙齿)使用CB MercuRay。使用Amira4.0软件在CBCT影像中分割提取减数双尖牙并测量其体积(volume in amira,Va)。所有的测量均由两名操作者测量两次。采用配对t检验对Vw与Va进行统计学分析,用Pearson相关分析及组内相关系数确定组内及组间的相关性。结果:样本总体平均Vw为(0.553±0.082)cm3,平均Va为(0.548±0.079)cm3[操作者1为(0.529±0.078)cm3,操作者2为(0.567±0.085)cm3],Va与Vw之间差异有统计意义(P<0.05),Va的测量在两个操作者之间差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05),组内与组间相关系数高。Amira软件中表面光滑处理的过程可以损失3%~12%的体积。结论:利用CBCT分割提取双尖牙根是可行的,但分割提取的体积与正常相比有小范围的差异(本研究为-4%~7%),表面处理功能中虽然能美化视觉效果,但有体积的丢失。 | 刘怡 James MAH 许天民 | 2010 | 北京大学学报(医学版)2010，42，1： | 7 |

| 3 | Oily fish, coffee and walnuts: Dietary treatment for nonalcoholic fatty liver disease显示文摘Rates of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) are increasing worldwide in tandem with the metabolic syndrome, with the progressive form of disease, nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH) likely to become the most common cause of end stage liver disease in the not too distant future. Lifestyle modification and weight loss remain the main focus of management in NAFLD and NASH, however, there has been growing interest in the benefit of specific foods and dietary components on disease progression, with some foods showing protective properties. This article provides an overview of the foods that show the most promise and their potential benefits in NAFLD/NASH, specifically; oily fish/fish oil, coffee, nuts, tea, red wine, avocado and olive oil. | 9 | Early dynamic transcriptomic changes during preoperative radiotherapy in patients with rectal cancer: A feasibility study显示文摘AIM: To develop novel biomarkers of rectal radiotherapy, we measured gene expression profiles on biopsies taken before and during preoperative radiotherapy. METHODS: Six patients presenting with a locally advanced rectal cancer (T>T2, N0/Nx, M0) eligible for preoperative radiotherapy (45 Gy in 25 fractions) were selected in a pilot study. Six tumor and 3 normal tissues biopsies were taken before and during radiotherapy,after a dose of 7.2 Gy at a median time of 1 h following irradiation (0:27-2:12). Tumor or normal tissue purity was assessed by a pathologist prior to RNA extraction. Mean RNA content was 23 μg/biopsy (14-37) before radiotherapy and 22.7 μg/biopsy (12-35) during radiotherapy. After RNA amplification, biopsies were analysed with 54K HG-U133A Plus 2.0 Affymetrix expression micro-arrays. Data were normalized according to MAS5 algorithm. A gene expression ratio was calculated as: (gene expression during radiotherapy-gene expression before radiotherapy)/gene expression before radiotherapy. Were selected genes that showed a ratio higher than ± 0.5 in all 6 patients. RESULTS: Microarray analysis showed that preoperative radiotherapy significantly up-regulated 31 genes and down-regulated 6 genes. According to the Gene Ontology project classification, these genes are involved in protein metabolism (ADAMDEC1 ; AKAP7 ; CAPN5 ; CLIC5 ; CPE ; CREB3L1 ; NEDD4L ; RAB27A), ion transport (AKAP7 ; ATP2A3 ; CCL28 ; CLIC5 ; F2RL2 ; NEDD4L ; SLC6A8), transcription (AKAP7 ; CREB3L1 ; ISX ; PAB-PC1L ; TXNIP), signal transduction (CAPN5 ; F2RL2 ; RA- B27A ; TNFRSF11A), cell adhesion (ADAMDEC1 ; PXDN ; SPON1 ; S100A2), immune response (CCL28 ; PXDN ; TNFRSF11A) and apoptosis (ITM2C ; PDCD4 ; PVT1). Up-regulation of 3 genes (CCL28 ; CLIC5 ; PDCD4) was detected by 2 different probes and up-regulation of 2 genes (RAB27A ; TXNIP) by 3 probes. | 12 | Usefulness of computed tomography based three-dimensional reconstructions to assess the critical shoulder angle显示文摘BACKGROUND The critical shoulder angle(CSA)is a radiographic measurement that provides an assessment of both glenoid inclination and acromial length.Higher values may correlate with the presence of rotator cuff tears.However,it is difficult to obtain a high-quality true anteroposterior(AP)radiograph of the shoulder,with any excess scapular version or flexion/extension resulting in deviation from the true CSA value.Three-dimensional(3D)bony reconstructions of computed tomography(CT)shoulder scans may be able to be rotated to obtain a similar view to that of true AP radiographs.AIM To compare CSA measurements performed on 3D bony CT reconstructions,with those on corresponding true AP radiographs.METHODS CT shoulder scans were matched with true AP radiographs that were classified as either Suter-Henninger type A or C quality.3D bony reconstructions were segmented from the CT scans,and rotated to replicate an ideal true AP view.Two observers performed CSA measurements using both CT and radiographic images.Measurements were repeated after a one week interval.Reliability was assessed using intraclass correlation coefficients(ICCs)and Bland-Altman plots[bias,limits of agreement(LOA)].RESULTS Twenty CT shoulder scans were matched.The mean CSA values were 32.55°(±4.26°)with radiographs and 29.82°(±3.49°)with the CT-based method[mean difference 2.73°(±2.86°);P<0.001;bias+2.73°;LOA-2.17°to+7.63°].There was a strong correlation between the two methods(r=0.748;P<0.001).Intra-observer reliability was similar,but the best intra-observer values were achieved by the most experienced observer using the CT-based method[ICC:0.983(0.958-0.993);bias+0.03°,LOA-1.28°to+1.34°].Inter-observer reliability was better with the CT-based method[ICC:0.897(0.758-0.958),bias+0.24°,LOA-2.93°to+3.41°].CONCLUSION The described CT-based method may be a suitable alternative for critical shoulder angle measurement,as it overcomes the difficulty in obtaining a true AP radiographic view. | Dominic Mah Uphar Chamoli Geoffrey CS Smith | 2021 | World Journal of Orthopedics2021，12，5： | 2 |
