| 1 | 鳄嘴花正丁醇提取物对小鼠Heps肝癌的抑制作用显示文摘目的:研究鳄嘴花正丁醇提取物[Clinacanthus nutans(Burm.f.)Lindau n-butanol extracts,CN-N]对荷瘤小鼠的体内抑瘤作用及延长生存时间作用。方法:肝癌细胞接种至ICR小鼠右侧腋下,建立Heps小鼠肝癌模型,随机分成4组,对照组、环磷酰胺组、CN-N低剂量组(3 mg·kg-1·d-1)、CN-N高剂量组(10 mg·kg-1·d-1),每组10只,观察CN-N对荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤率、体质量、脾脏及胸腺指数、生存时间的影响。蛋白质印迹法检测增殖细胞核抗原(proliferating cell nuclear antigen,PCNA)的表达,TUNEL法检测细胞凋亡情况。结果:与对照组比较,CN-N低剂量组和高剂量组肿瘤质量明显降低(t分别为2.261,3.140,P均<0.05),荷瘤小鼠脾脏指数、胸腺指数差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05),PCNA表达均明显减少;CN-N高剂量组生命延长率为54.8%,较对照组明显延长荷瘤小鼠生存期(t=3.416,P=0.003 1)。结论:鳄嘴花正丁醇提取物具有良好的抗肿瘤作用,高剂量CN-N能提高荷瘤小鼠的生存期。 | 刘旭 郭文洁 黄丹民 高静 | 2014 | 江苏大学学报(医学版)2014，24，3： | 9 |
| 2 | Clinacanthus nutans:a review of the medicinal uses,pharmacology and phytochemistry显示文摘Clinacanthus nutans Lindau is known as snake grass belonging to the Acanlhaceae family.This plant has diverse and potential medicinal uses in traditional herbal medicine for treating skin rashes,insects and snake bites,lesions caused by herpes simplex virus,diabetes,and gout in Malaysia.Indonesia.Thailand and China.Phylochemieal investigations documented the varied contents of bioaclive compounds from litis plant namely flavonoids,glycosides,glycoglyeerolipids.cerebrosides and monoacylmonogalatosylglycerol.The pharmacological experiment proved that various types of extracts and pure compounds from this species exhibited a broad range of biological properties such as anti-inflammatory,antiviral,antioxidant,and anti-diabetic activities.The lindings of toxicity study showed that extracts from this plant did not show any toxicity thus it can be used as strong therapeutic agents for specific diseased conditions.However,further experiments on chemical components and their mode of action showing biological activities are required to elucidate the complete phytochemical profile and assess to confirm their suitability tor future drugs.This review summarizes the medicinal uses,phytochemistry and pharmacology of this plant in order to explore its therapeutic potential and gaps necessitating for prospected research work. | Md.Ariful Alam Sahena Ferdosh Kashif Ghafoor Md.Abdul Hakim Abdul Shukor Juraimi Alfi Khatib Md.Zaidul I.Sarker | 2016 | Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2016，9，4： | 7 |
