| 1 | 利用地理信息系统(GIS)进行地质灾害和风险评估——研究方法和模型在哥伦比亚麦德林地区的应用显示文摘在哥伦比亚麦德林市西北部市区,用地理信息系统(GIS)对地质灾害、脆弱性和风险进行了鉴定和评价。在灾害评价中考虑了七种因素:基岩和地表地质条件、构造地质条件、气候、地形、地貌单元及其形成作用、土地利用和水文条件。通过两个步骤对灾害进行评价:1.如因素图中应用的Boulean覆盖方法指出的那样,根据该因素的组成成分和灾害(如边坡破坏)之间的对应关系,把每一种因素细分为不同范畴等级(category ratings)(灾害程度最低为1,最高为10)。2.然后对每个因素进行主观分配权重,再把这个权重值乘以某个特定地点的该因素范畴等级。把这七种因素的(加权)值求和就得到了这个地点的综合等级。基于GIS的软件(GRASS)利用针对这些因素的算法,做出关于有滑坡、洪水和河岸侵蚀等灾害倾向地区的灾害分区图。在研究区的地质灾害确定后,我们对强度为“i”的某一(灾害)事件的各种因素的脆弱性进行评价。风险分区值通过灾害级别和人类及社会基本设施在某些灾害影响下的脆弱性之间的函数关系进行评估。这样就得到了从0级(很低)到5级(极高)关于滑坡、洪水和岸城侵蚀等灾害的风险值。将这些分析结果和设计要求相结合,为设计的需要我们把研究区划分为14个土地利用适宜性等级;其中确定7个级别适宜于人类定居;确定7个级别不适宜于建筑,最适宜于保留做公园和森林。利用这种方法做出的分类和地图对关心地质灾害的处理和缓解的城市规划者很有用。 | Mario Mejía-Navarro 冯玉勇 罗朝晖 | 1995 | 地质科学译丛1995,12,3: | 7 |

| 3 | Takotsubo syndrome:Advances in the understanding and management of an enigmatic stress cardiomyopathy显示文摘Takotsubo cardiomyopathy is a syndrome mimicking an acute myocardial infarction in absence of obstructive epicardial coronary artery disease to explain the degree of the wall motion abnormalities. Typically more common in the elderly women, this condition is usually triggered by unexpected emotional or physical stress situations, and is associated with electrocardiogram abnormalities and slight elevation of cardiac biomarkers. The pathophysiological mechanism is not clear yet, but it is believed that a high circulating concentration of catecholamines causes an acute dysfunction of the coronary microcirculation and metabolism of cardiomyocytes, leading to a transient myocardial stunning. Typically, it presents with acute left ventricular systolic dysfunction that in most cases is completely resolved at short term. Recurrences are rare and it is thought that the long-term prognosis is good.
