| 1 | Geological and Geochemical Characteristics and Exploration Prospect of Coal-Derived Tight Sandstone Gas in China: Case Study of the Ordos, Sichuan, and Tarim Basins显示文摘This work extensively investigated global tight sandstone gas, and geologically and geochemically analyzed the tight sandstone gas in China's Ordos, Sichuan, and Tarim basins. We compared typical tight sandstone gas in China with that in North America. We proposed six conditions for the formation of China's tight sandstone gas, and illustrated the geological characteristics of tight sandstone gas. In China, gas-bearing tight sandstones were mainly deposited in continental lake deltas and marine-terrigenous facies basin environments, associated with coal-measure strata, and were mostly buried deeper than 2000 m under a formation pressure of 20–30 MPa, with pressure coefficients varying from overpressure to negative pressure. In other countries, tight gas bearing sandstones were dominantly deposited in marine to marine-terrigenous facies environments, occurred in coal-measure strata, and were mostly buried shallower than 2000 m in low-pressure systems. We systematically analyzed tight sandstone gas in the Ordos, Sichuan, and Tarim basins in terms of chemical compositions, geochemical characteristics of carbon isotopes, origins, and sources. Tight sandstone gas in China usually has a hydrocarbon content of >95%, with CH4 content >90%, and a generally higher dry coefficient. In the three above-mentioned large tight sandstone gas regions, δ13 C1 and δ13 C2 mainly ranges from-42‰ to-28‰ and from-28‰ to-21‰, respectively. Type III coal-measure source rocks that closely coexist with tight reservoirs are developed extensively in these gas regions. The organic petrology of source rocks and the carbon isotope compositions of gas indicate that tight sandstone gas in China is dominantly coal-derived gas generated by coal-measure strata. Our analysis of carbon isotope series shows that local isotope reversals are mainly caused by the mixing of gases of different maturities and that were generated at different stages. With increasing maturity, the reversal tendency becomes more apparent. Moreover, natural gas with medium-low maturity(e.g., Xujiahe Formation natural gas in the Sichuan Basin) presents an apparent reversal at a low-maturity stage, a normal series at a medium-maturity stage, and a reversal tendency again at a high-maturity stage. Finally, we proposed four conditions for preferred tight sandstone gas 'sweep spots,' and illustrated the recoverable reserves, proven reserves, production, and exploration prospects of tight sandstone gas. | 2 | Theories,technologies and practices of lacustrine shale oil exploration and development:A case study of Paleogene Kongdian Formation in Cangdong sag,Bohai Bay Basin,China显示文摘As the main factors affecting stable and high production and the production regularity of lacustrine shale oil are unclear,the theoretical understandings,key exploration and development technologies,development effect and production regularity of lacustrine shale oil have been analyzed and summarized based on 700 m cores taken systematically from Paleogene Kong 2 Member of 4 wells in Cangdong sag,over 100000 analysis data and formation testing data.Three theoretical understandings on shale oil enrichment and high production have been reached:(1)High-quality shale with“three highs and one low”is the material base for shale oil enrichment.(2)Medium-slightly high thermal evolution degree is the favorable condition for shale oil enrichment.(3)Laminar felsic shale is the optimal shale layer for oil enrichment in semi-deep lake facies.Key exploration and development technologies such as shale oil enrichment layer and area evaluation and prediction,horizontal well pattern layout,shale oil reservoir fracturing,optimization of shale oil production regime have been established to support high and stable shale oil production.Under the guidance of these theoretical understandings and technologies,shale oil in Cangdong sag has achieved high and stable production,and 4 of them had the highest production of over 100 tons a day during formation testing.In particular,Well GY5-1-1 L had a daily oil production of 208 m^(3).By April,2022,the 28 wells combined have a stable oil production of 300–350 tons a day,and have produced 17.8×10^(4) t of oil cumulatively.It is found that the shale oil production of horizontal well declines exponentially in natural flow stage,and declines in step pattern and then tends stable in the artificial lift stage.Proportion of light hydrocarbons in produced shale oil is in positive correlation with daily oil production and decreases regularly during production test. | ZHAO Xianzheng ZHOU Lihong PU Xiugang JIN Fengming HAN Wenzhong SHI Zhannan CHEN Changwei JIANG Wenya GUAN Quansheng XU Jing LIU Xuewei ZHANG Wei MA Jianying | 2022 | Petroleum Exploration and Development2022,49,3: | 4 |
| 3 | Morphological and physiological analysis of narrow and striped leaf 1(nsl1) mutant of rice(Oryza sativa L.) and the gene mapping显示文摘The shape and color of rice leaves are important agronomic traits that directly influence the proportion of sunlight energy utilization and ultimately affect the yield and quality.A new mutant exhibiting stable inheritance was identified as derived from ethyl methane sulfonate(EMS)-treated restorer Jinhui 10,tentatively named as narrow and striped leaf 1(nsl1).The nsl1 displayed pale white leaves at the seeding stage and then white striped leaves in parallel to the main vein at the jointing stage.Meanwhile,its leaf blades are significantly narrower than the control group of Jinhui 10.The chloroplast structures of cells in the white striped area of the nsl1 mutant break down,and the photosynthetic pigments are significantly lower than that of the wild type.Moreover,fluorescence parameters,such as F0,F v/F m,U psII,qp,and ETR,in the nsl1 mutant are significantly lower than those of the wild type,and the photosynthetic efficiency is also significantly decreased.These changes in leaf color and shape,together with physiological changes in the nsl1,result in smaller plant height and a decrease in the most important agronomic traits,such as the number of grains per panicle,grain weight,etc.Genetic analysis shows that the narrow and striped traits of the nsl1 mutant are controlled by a single recessive nuclear gene,which is located between InDel 16and InDel 12 in chromosome 3.The physical distance is204 kb.So far,no similar genes of such leaf color and shape in this area have been reported.This study has laid a solid foundation for the gene cloning and function analysis of NSL1. | Fangming Zhao Yong Zhang Yanru Wu Tongming Wang Ling Ma Zhenglin Yang Xia Wei Xianchun Sang Yinghua Ling Nan Wang Changwei Zhang Guanghua He | 2014 | Chinese Science Bulletin2014,59,9: | 3 |
| 4 | The Effect of Hydrolysis with Neutrase on Molecular Weight,Functional Properties,and Antioxidant Activities of Alaska Pollock Protein Isolate显示文摘In this study, the Alaska pollock protein isolate(APPI) was hydrolyzed by Neutrase for 20, 40, 80, 120, 160, 200, and 240 min. Hydrolysates with different molecular weights were produced and they were named as H1–H7. Furthermore, the effects of hydrolysis on the average molecular weights, functional properties(solubility, oil-holding capacities, foaming activities, and emulsifying properties), and antioxidant activities(1, 1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl, superoxide, and hydroxyl free radical-scavenging activities) were determined. It was found that when the degree of hydrolysis(DH) increased, the average molecular weights of the hydrolysates decreased significantly. The functional properties of APPI were also significantly improved. The hydrolysates of APPI exhibited better solubility, emulsifying activities, and foaming activities. Hydrolysates with low molecular weights(<1 kDa) had better solubility, oil-holding capacities, and emulsifying activities, while hydrolysates with higher molecular weights(>1 kDa) had better foaming activities. In addition, the hydrolysates exhibited excellent antioxidant properties, while the inhibition values of 1, 1-diphenyl-2-picryl hydroxyl(DPPH), superoxide, and hydroxyl free radical-scavenging activities, were 85.22%, 53.56%, and 75.00% respectively, when the concentration of the hydrolysates was 5.0 mg mL^(-1). The lower the average molecular weight was, the higher was the antioxidant activity. These results indicated that hydrolysis with Neutrase is an effective method for improving the functional and antioxidant properties of APPI. | 12 | Regulated macrophage immune microenvironment in 3D printed scaffolds for bone tumor postoperative treatment显示文摘The 3D printing technique is suitable for patient-specific implant preparation for bone repair after bone tumor resection.However,improving the survival rate due to tumor recurrence remains a challenge for implants.The macrophage polarization induction to M2-type tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs)by the tumor microenvironment is a key factor of immunosuppression and tumor recurrence.In this study,a regenerative scaffold regulating the macrophage immune microenvironment and promoting bone regeneration in a dual-stage process for the postoperative treatment of bone tumors was constructed by binding a colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor(CSF-1R)inhibitor GW2580 onto in situ cosslinked hydroxybutylchitosan(HBC)/oxidized chondroitin sulfate(OCS)hydrogel layer covering a 3D printed calcium phosphate scaffold based on electrostatic interaction.The hydrogel layer on scaffold surface not only supplied abundant sulfonic acid groups for stable loading of the inhibitor,but also acted as the cover mask protecting the bone repair part from exposure to unhealthy growth factors in the microenvironment at the early treatment stage.With local prolonged release of inhibitor being realized via the functional material design,CSF-1R,the main pathway that induces polarization of TAMs,can be efficiently blocked,thus regulating the immunosuppressive microenvironment and inhibiting tumor development at a low therapeutic dose.At the later stage of treatment,calcium phosphate component of the scaffold can facilitate the repair of bone defects caused by tumor excision.In conclusion,the difunctional 3D printed bone repair scaffold regulating immune microenvironment in stages proposed a novel approach for bone tumor postoperative treatment. | Cuidi Li Changwei Li Zhenjiang Ma Hongfang Chen Huitong Ruan Lianfu Deng Jinwu Wang Wenguo Cui | 2023 | Bioactive Materials2023,,1: | 1 |

The electrical properties of oil shale under different temperatures, especially the resistance, become important. Charging oil shale underground to heat oil shale till kerogen's decomposition temperature, then crude oil and other gases can be generated. The resistance of the oil shale samples was measured by Direct Current (DC) quadripole method to find out the variation rules of resistance value. In the experiments, oil shale presented its semiconductor property. When heated till 350℃-450℃, its resistance changed greatly, optional for heating and cracking.
