| 1 | An efficient enhanced k-means clustering algorithm显示文摘In k-means clustering, we are given a set of n data points in d-dimensional space úd and an integer k and the problem is to determine a set of k points in úd, called centers, so as to minimize the mean squared distance from each data point to its nearest center. In this paper, we present a simple and efficient clustering algorithm based on the k-means algorithm, which we call en- hanced k-means algorithm. This algorithm is easy to implement, requiring a simple data structure to keep some information in each iteration to be used in the next iteration. | 5 | Comparative Analysis of Ti,Ni,and Au Electrodes on Characteristics of TiO_2 Nanofibers for Humidity Sensor Application显示文摘The effect of metal(Ti,Ni,and Au) electrodes on humidity sensing properties of electrospun TiO_2 nanofibers was investigated in this work.The devices were fabricated by evaporating metal contacts on SiO_2 layer thermally grown on silicon substrate.The separation between the electrodes was 90μm for all sensors.The sensors were tested from 40%to 90%relative humidity(RH) by AC electrical characterization at room temperature. When sensors are switched between 40%and 90%RH,the corresponding response and recovery time are 3 s and 5 s for Ti-electrode sensor,4 s and 7 s for Ni-electrode sensor,and 7 s and 13 s for Au-electrode sensor.The hysteresis was 3%,5%and 15%for Ti-,Ni-,and Au-electrode sensor,respectively.The sensitivity of Ti,Ni,and Au-electrode sensors are 7.53 MΩ/%RH,5.29 MΩ/%RH and 4.01 MΩ/%RH respectively at 100 Hz.Therefore Ti-electrode sensor is found to have linear response,fast response and recovery time and higher sensitivity as compared with those of Ni- and Au-electrode sensors.Comparison of humidity sensing properties of sensors with different electrode material may propose a compelling route for designing and optimizing humidity sensors. | S.S.Batool Z.Imran M.Israr Qadir M.Usman H.Jamil M.A Rafiq M.M.Hassan M.Willander | 2013 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2013，29，5： | 3 |

| 7 | Effect of thulium substitution on conductivity and dielectric belongings of nanospinel cobalt ferrite显示文摘The CoTmx Fe2-x O4(x≤0.1) NPs were synthesized sonochemically.X-ray powder diffraction patterns and TEM images of the samples prove their chemical purity and cubic structure-morphology,respectively.Some substitution ratio of thulium ions to cobalt ferrites have an important effect on the characteristic evaluation of both electrical and dielectric characteristic measured at frequencies up to 3.0 MHz between room temperature and 120℃.Since the thulium substitution has a very strong effect on the characteristic evaluation of both electrical and dielectric properties of cobalt-ferrite samples,four substitutio nal ranges-none,small,medium and high were determined for the interpretation of contribution of thulium ratio to ac/dc conductivity,dielectric constant,dielectric loss and tangent loss.Conductivity increases with the incremental frequencies,in general depending on a variety of tendencies of both temperature and substitutional Tm ratios while the activation energy varies with a high dependency to the regional level of Tm substitution in Co-ferrites NPs.The Arrhenius graph appears to provide us with a single activation energy much higher than 400 meV for x=0.02,which can be attributed to electron hopping mechanisms,apart from other substituted spinel ferrites. | B.Unal M.A Almessiere A.Demir Korkmaz Y.Slimani A.Baykale | 2020 | Journal of Rare Earths2020，38，10： | 2 |
