| 1 | Function S-rough sets and security-authentication of hiding law显示文摘Function S-rough sets are defined by R-function equivalence class, which have dynamic characteristic. Function S-rough sets have dynamic characteristic, law characteristic and law-hiding characteristic. Function S-rough sets can generate f-hiding law and - hiding law. By engrafting, crossing, and penetrating between the information security theory and function S-rough sets, the security hiding and the authentication of f- hiding law and - hiding law are given respectively in this paper. | 2 | Influence of temperature on the characteristics of aerobic granulation in sequencing batch airlift reactors显示文摘Aerobic granular sludge was cultivated in sequencing batch airlift reactors(SBAR) at 25,30,and 35°C,respectively.The effect of temperature on the granules characteristics was analyzed and the microbial community structures of the granules were probed using scanning electron microscope(SEM) and polymerase chain reaction-denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis(PCR-DGGE).The results showed that 30°C is optimum for matured granule cultivation,where the granules had a more compact structure,better settling ability and higher bioactivity,the oxygen utilization rate(OUR) reached 1.14 mg O2/(g MLVSS.min) with COD removal rate of 97% and TP removal rate of 75%.The removal effciency of NH3-N increased from 68.5% to 87.5% along with the temperature increment from 25 to 35°C.The DGGE profiles revealed that the microbial community structure at 25°C showed the least similarity with those at other temperatures.The sequencing results indicated that the majority of dominant microbes belonged to Actinobacteria and Proteobacterium.Thermomonas sp.,Ottowia sp.and Curtobacterium ammoniigenes might play important roles at different temperatures,respectively. | SONG Zhiwei REN Nanqi ZHANG Kun TONG Longyan | 2009 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2009,21,3: | 13 |
| 3 | HMBOX1 negatively regulates NK cell functions by suppressing the NKG2D/DAP10 signaling pathway显示文摘HMBOX1 is a new member of the homeobox family.Homeobox members have been reported to participate in embryonic development and systemic metabolism,but the function of HMBOX1 remains unclear,especially in the hematopoietic system.Here,we show that HMBOX1is expressed at a high level in primary humanNKcells but is expressed at much lower levels inNKcell lines.Overexpression of HMBOX1 significantly inhibited NK cell activities,including natural cytotoxicity against tumor cells,the level of CD107a(a marker protein for degranulation)and the production of cytolytic proteins(perforin and granzymes).More interestingly,HMBOX1 negatively regulated the expression of NKG2D and the activation of the NKG2D/DAP10 signaling pathway in NK cells.This effect was reversed by knocking down HMBOX1.Taken together,these findings demonstrate that HMBOX1 may act as a negative regulator of NK cell functions via suppressing the NKG2D/DAP10 signaling pathway. | Longyan Wu Cai Zhang Jian Zhang | 2011 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2011,8,5: | 10 |
| 4 | Geochemistry and Zircon U–Pb age of the Yao'an pseudoleucite porphyry,Yunnan Province,China显示文摘The Yao'an Pb–Ag deposit, located in the Chuxiong Basin, western Yangtze Block, is an important component of the Jinshajiang–Ailaoshan alkaline porphyry–related polymetallic intrusive belt. This complex suite of rock bodies includes a vein of pseudoleucite porphyry within deposits of syenite porphyry and trachyte.The pseudoleucite is characterized by a variable greyish,greyish-white, and greyish-green porphyritic texture. Phenocrysts are mainly pseudoleucite with small amounts of alkali feldspar and biotite. In an intense event, leucite phenocrysts altered to orthoclase, kaolinite, and quartz.Both the pseudoleucite porphyry and the syenite porphyry samples were typical alkali-rich, K-rich, al-rich rocks with high LaN/YbNratios; enriched in light rare earth elements and large-ion lithophile elements, and depleted in high field strength elements; and with strongly negative Ta, Nb, and Ti(TNT) anomalies and slightly negative Eu anomalies—all characteristics of subduction-zone mantle-derived rock.We obtained a LA-ICP-MS zircon U–Pb age of 34.1 ± 0.3 Ma(MSWD = 2.4), which is younger than the established age of the Indian and Eurasian Plate collision.The magma derived from a Type-II enriched mantle formed in a post-collisional plate tectonic setting. | 5 | The Relationship between Tectonic Subsidence and BSR of Upper Neogene in the Deep-Water Area of the Northern Continental Slope, South China Sea显示文摘BSR (Bottom Simulating Reflector) occurs widely in the strata since the late Miocene in the deep-water area of the northern continental slope of South China Sea (SCS). It is an important seismic reference mark which identifies the gas hydrate and its distribution influenced by the tectonic movements. Single-point basin modeling was conducted using 473 points in the study area. To discuss the relationships between the tectonic subsidence and BSR, the volume and rate of tectonic subsidence in each geological time have been simulated. The results show that there are three tectonic accelerate subsidence processes in the study area since the late Miocene, especially since 1.8Ma the tectonic subsidence accelerates more apparently. Since the Late Miocene to Pleistocene, the rate of tectonic subsidence in deep-water underwent a transformation from weak to strong. The ratio of tectonic subsidence to the total subsidence was relatively high (65-70%). | 7 | Computational investigation of hydrodynamics and cracking reaction in a heavy oil riser reactor显示文摘This paper presents a computational investigation of hydrodynamics, heat transfer and cracking reaction in a heavy oil riser operated in a novel operating mode of low temperature contact and high catalyst-to-oil ratio. Through incorporating feedstock vaporization and a 12-lump cracking kinetics model, a validated gas-solid flow model has been extended to the analysis of the hydrodynamic and reaction behavior in an industrial riser. The results indicate that the hydrodynamics, temperature and species concentration exhibit significantly nonuniform behavior inside the riser, especially in the atomization nozzle region. The lump concentration profiles along the riser height provide useful information for riser optimization. | 8 | Grazing by wild giant pandas does not affect the regeneration of Arundinaria spanostachya显示文摘Arundinaria spanostachya is the main bamboo species on which giant pandas forage.Information on its regeneration capacity to meet the foraging demands of pandas is important to ensure the long-term survival of pandas.In 2014,2 plot types(grazed versus control)were selected in the winter habitat used by one wild giant panda.Various morphological and regeneration characteristics of the bamboo were assessed in the respective plots during 2014 and 2015.The panda avoided feeding on bamboo with a basal diameter of<6 mm,preferentially feeding on intermediate-sized bamboo.The density of new shoots and the recruitment rate of shoots were significantly higher in the grazed plots compared to the control plots.The annual recruitment rate of shoots was markedly higher than the annual mortality rate in the same plot type.After grazing,the basal diameter and height of new bamboo were similar between the 2 plots.In the grazed plots,the basal diameter of new bamboo was similar to that of the stumps.Innutrition and foraging by insects were the main factors influencing the survival of new shoots.Our results showed that grazing by giant pandas helped the clonal regeneration of A.spanostachya populations,with the basal diameter of new bamboo shoots meeting the foraging demand of pandas.However,information on the carrying capacity of A.spanostachya is necessary to ensure sufficient forage matter is available for reintroduced giant pandas.Furthermore,fertilization and insect control measures should be implemented during the shooting period to optimize A.spanostachya resources. | Longyan Zhang Xiaohong Gan Zhengyang Hou Zhisong Yang Zejun Zhang | 2019 | Journal of Forestry Research2019,30,4: | 2 |

Experimental results indicated that with the number of upsetting extrusion passes increasing, the grains of the alloy are gradually refined and the hardness increases correspondingly. | 10 | Identification of a new isoform of the murine Sh2d1a gene and its functional implications显示文摘Signaling lymphocytic activation molecule(SLAM)-associated protein(SAP)is a Src homology(SH)domain 2-containing intracellular adaptor protein that is predominantly expressed in the hematopoietic system by T lymphocytes and NK cells.SAP protein is encoded by the SH2D1A gene located on the X chromosome.Loss-of-function mutations in SAP cause the X-linked lymphoproliferative disease(XLP),a severe immunodeficiency characterized by heightened susceptibility to Epstein-Barr virus and impaired humoral immunity.Normal individuals express several functional and non-functional isoforms of SAP as a result of alternative splicing.In this study,we identify a cryptic exon in the murine Sh2d1a gene.At the mRNA level,the new isoform of SAP(SAP-2)that includes this new exon is widely expressed in lymphoid tissues by C57BL/6 and 129 strains of inbred mice.SAP-2 accounts for approximately 1%3%of total SAP transcripts,and it is dynamically regulated during lymphocyte activation.At the protein level,the SAP-2 isoform is a 144 amino-acid protein.Compared to the dominant 126 amino-acid SAP-1 isoform,the additional 18 amino acids are inserted into a structural region that is critical for phosphotyrosine binding.Our functional analysis in vitro indicates that SAP-2 is a non-functional isoform due to decreased protein stability.Thus,both human and mouse have multiple SAP splice isoforms that may or may not function.Modulation of relative proportions of these isoforms is potentially a mechanism whereby cells can regulate SAP-mediated biological activities. | WU LongYan LU PeiWen MA WeiWei CHU CoCo XU HePing QI Hai | 2014 | Science China(Life Sciences)2014,57,1: | 2 |
