| 2 | Microstructures and mechanical properties of Ti3Al/Ni-based superalloy joints brazed with AuNi filler metal显示文摘For the purpose of high-temperature service and the weight reduction in aviation engineering applications, the dissimilar joining of Ti3Al-based alloy to Ni-based superalloy (GH536) was conducted using Au-17.5Ni (wt%) brazing filler metal. The microstructure and chemical composition at the interfaces were investigated by scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscope. The diffusion behaviors of elements were analyzed as well. The results indicated that the Ti3Al/GH536 joint microstructure was characterized by multiple layer structures. Element Ni from Au-Ni filler metal reacted with Ti3Al base metal, leading to the formation of AlNi2Ti and NiTi compounds. Element Ni from Ti3Al base metal reacted with Ni and thus Ni3Nb phase was detected in the joint central area. Due to the dissolution of Ni-based superalloy,(Ni,Au) solid solution ((Ni,Au)ss) and Ni-rich phase were visible adjacent to the superalloy side. The average tensile strength of all the joints brazed at 1253 K for 5-20 min was above 356 MPa at room-temperature. In particular, the joints brazed at 1253 K/15 min presented the maximum tensile strength of434 MPa at room-temperature, and the strength of 314 MPa was maintained at 923 K. | 3 | Cyanidin-3-O-galactoside and Blueberry Extracts Supplementation Improves Spatial Memory and Regulates Hippocampal ERK Expression in Senescence-accelerated Mice显示文摘Objective To investigate whether the antioxidation and the regulation on the Extracellular Regulated Protein Kinases(ERK) signaling pathway are involved in the protective effects of blueberry on central nervous system. Methods 30 Senescence-accelerated mice prone 8(SAMP8) mice were divided into three groups and treated with normal diet, blueberry extracts(200 mg/kg·bw/day) and cyaniding-3-O-galactoside(Cy-3-GAL)(50 mg/kg·bw/day) from blueberry for 8 weeks. 10 SAMR1 mice were set as control group. The capacity of spatial memory was assessed by Passive avoidance task and Morris water maze. Histological analyses on hippocampus were completed. Malondialdehyde(MDA) levels, Superoxide Dismutase(SOD) activity and the expression of ERK were detected. Results Both Cy-3-GAL and blueberry extracts were shown effective functions to relieve cellular injury, improve hippocampal neurons survival and inhibit the pyramidal cell layer damage. Cy-3-GAL and blueberry extracts also increased SOD activity and reduced MDA content in brain tissues and plasma, and increased hippocampal phosphorylated ERK(p-ERK) expression in SAMP8 mice. Further more, the passive avoidance task test showed that both the latency time and the number of errors were improved by Cy-3-GAL treatment, and the Morris Water Maze test showed significant decreases of latency were detected by Cy-3-GAL and blueberry extracts treatment on day 4. Conclusion Blueberry extracts may reverse the declines of cognitive and behavioral function in the ageing process through several pathways, including enhancing the capacity of antioxidation, altering stress signaling. | 14 | Low-bandgap conjugated polymers based on benzodipyrrolidone with reliable unipolar electron mobility exceeding 1 cm^(2) V^(-1)s^(-1)显示文摘The employment of an intrinsic quinoidal building block,benzodipyrrolidone(BDP),on constructing conjugated polymers(PBDP-2F and PBDP-2CN)with high electron mobility and unipolar transport characteristic in polyethylenimine ethoxylated(PEIE)modified organic field-effect transistors(OFETs)is reported.The intrinsic quinoidal characteristic and excellent coplanarity of BDP can lower the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital(LUMO)levels and improve ordered interchain packing of the resulting polymers in solid states,which are favorable for electron-injection and transport.By using PEIE as the interlayer to block the hole injection,unipolar n-type transport characteristics with high electron mobility of 0.58 and 1.01 cm^(2) V^(-1)s^(-1)were achieved by the OFETs based on PBDP-2F and PBDP-2CN,respectively.More importantly,the extracted mobilities are highly reliable with the reliability factor of above 80%.To the best of our knowledge,PBDP-2CN is the very first quinoid-based conjugated polymer with reliable electron mobility exceeding 1 cm^(2) V^(-1)s^(-1).This work represents a significant step in exploring intrinsic quinoidal CPs for application in n-channel OFETs and logic complementary circuits. | Mingqun Yang Tian Du Xuxia Zhao Xuelong Huang Langheng Pan Shuting Pang Haoran Tang Zhongxiang Peng Long Ye Yunfeng Deng Mingliang Sun Chunhui Duan Fei Huang Yong Cao | 2021 | Science China Chemistry2021,64,7: | 1 |
