1The origin and geological significance of lunar ridges显示文摘Lunar ridges are a kind of familiar linear structures developed on the lunar surface. The distribution pattern, formation mechanism and research significance of lunar ridges are discussed in this paper. Single lunar ridges are usually distributed in the form of broken lineation, and, as whole, lunar ridges are trapezoidal or annular in shape around the maria. As to the formation mechanism, only volcanism or tectonism was emphasized in the past, but the two processes are seldom taken into combined consideration. On the basis of detailed analyses, the authors thought that tectonism is a prerequisite for the formation of lunar ridges, while volcanism is the key factor controlling their particular shapes. 2Reversible switching between normal and thermally activated delayed fluorescence towards “smart” and single compound whitelight luminescence via controllable conformational distribution显示文摘An organic compound exhibiting simultaneously reversible switch between its emission colors and luminescence mechanisms,possessing high contrast from deep blue normal fluorescence(NF) to yellow thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF),is reported. Based on these two complementary colors, white-light emission combining NF and TADF from a single compound can be achieved in various states. 7DDB1 prepares brown adipocytes for cold-induced thermogenesis显示文摘Brown adipose tissue(BAT)plays a key role in thermogenesis during acute cold exposure.However,it remains unclear how BAT is prepared to rapidly turn on thermogenic genes.Here,we show that damage-specific DNA binding protein 1(DDB1)mediates the rapid transcription of thermogenic genes upon acute cold exposure.Adipose-or BAT-specific Ddb1 knockout mice show severely whitened BAT and significantly decreased expression of thermogenic genes.These mice develop hypothermia when subjected to acute cold exposure at 4℃ and partial lipodystrophy on a high-fat diet due to deficiency in fatty acid oxidation.Mechanistically,DDB1 binds the promoters of Ucp1 and Ppargc1a and recruits positive transcriptional elongation factor b(P-TEFb)to release promoter-proximally paused RNA polymerase II(Pol II),thereby enabling rapid and synchronized transcription of thermogenic genes upon acute cold exposure.Our findings have thus provided a regulatory mechanism of how BAT is prepared to respond to acute cold challenge.Xu Wang Shen-Ying Liu Guo-Sheng Hu Hao-Yan Wang Guo-Liang Zhang Xiang Cen Si-Ting Xiang Wen Liu Peng Li Haobin Ye Tong-Jin Zhao 2022Life Metabolism2022,1,1:0
8Preservation Effect of Prochloraz-manganese Chloride Complex on ‘Gonggan’ (Citrus reticulata) Fruits显示文摘‘Gonggan’( Citrus reticulata) is a famous,high-quality and special citrus cultivar in the Xijiang River valley,Guangdong Province. However,it easily suffers from postharvest diseases,and thus is not tolerant to storage. Based on the preliminary test results,prochloraz-manganese chloride complex was selected as the disinfectant,and prepared into different concentrations for carrying out preservation test by dipping fruits. The fruit weight loss,soluble solids content and decay rate were analyzed,and the application security and sensory evaluation for fruit freshness and flavor were observed. The results showed that dipping fruits with prochloraz-manganese chloride complex solution had significant preservation effect on‘Gonggan’fruits in postharvest storage; the suitable concentration was 2. 0-3. 0 g/L,and the decay rates of fruits stored at room temperature for 30,60 and 90 d were below 5%,10% and 15%,respectively. Plate inoculation test further revealed that the pathogen of‘Gonggan’was sensitive to prochloraz-manganese chloride complex,and the concentration of 1. 0 g/L was enough to produce significant antimicrobial effect. 9Flexible,breathable,and reinforced ultra-thin Cu/PLLA porous-fibrous membranes for thermal management and electromagnetic interference shielding显示文摘Electromagnetic interference shielding and thermal management by wearable devices show great po-tential in emerging digital healthcare.Conventional metal films implementing the functions must sacri-fice either flexibility or permeability,which is far from optimal in practical applications.In this work,an ultra-thin(15μm),flexible,and porous Cu/PLLA fibrous membrane is developed by depositing cop-per particles on the polymer substrate.With novel acetone&heat treatment procedure,the mem-brane is considerably stronger while maintaining the porous fibre structure.Its fantastic breathabil-ity and super high electrical conductivity(9471.8130 S/cm)enable the composites to have fast electri-cal heating characteristics and excellent thermal conductivity for effective thermal management.Mean-while,the porous polymer substrate structure greatly enhances the diffusion of conductive substances and increases the electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness of the membranes(7797.98 dB cm^(2)/g at the H band and 8072.73 dB cm^(2)/g at the Ku band respectively).The composites present high flexibility,breathability,and strength with the functions of thermal management and electromag-netic shielding,showing great potential for future portable electronic devices and wearable integrated garments.Jinlin Chang Chen Meng Bowen Shi Wenyuan Wei Renzhi Li Jinmin Meng Haobin Wen Xiangyu Wang Jun Song Zhirun Hu Zekun Liu Jiashen Li 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,30:0
10Space/Air Covert Communications:Potentials,Scenarios,and Key Technologies显示文摘Space/air communications have been envisioned as an essential part of the next-generation mobile communication networks for providing highquality global connectivity. However, the inherent broadcasting nature of wireless propagation environment and the broad coverage pose severe threats to the protection of private data. Emerging covert communications provides a promising solution to achieve robust communication security. Aiming at facilitating the practical implementation of covert communications in space/air networks, we present a tutorial overview of its potentials, scenarios, and key technologies. Specifically, first, the commonly used covertness constraint model, covert performance metrics, and potential application scenarios are briefly introduced. Then, several efficient methods that introduce uncertainty into the covert system are thoroughly summarized, followed by several critical enabling technologies, including joint resource allocation and deployment/trajectory design, multi-antenna and beamforming techniques, reconfigurable intelligent surface(RIS), and artificial intelligence algorithms. 11The activation of M3 muscarinic receptor reverses liver injury via the Sp1/lncRNA Gm2199/miR-212 axis显示文摘Muscarinic acetylcholine receptors(MRs)play important roles in the regulation of hepatic fibrosis and the receptor agonists and antagonists can affect hepatocyte proliferation.However,little is known about the impact of MR subtypes and associated signaling pathways on liver injury.The aim of this study is to explore the function and mechanism of MgR in the regulation of liver injury.We evaluate liver injury and detect the changes in related indexes,including alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AsT),hydroxyproline(HYP),and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),after administration of an M3R agonist.Western blot analysis and qRT-PCR show thatthetranscription factor Sp1and long noncoding RNA(lncRNA)Gm^(2)199 are also changed significantly.Rescue assay is performed to further confirm that MgR contributes to the progression of hepatocyte proliferation through regulating Sp1 and Gm2199.The activated MsR can specifically regulate Gm2199 by inhibiting the expression of Sp1.Meanwhile,Gm^(2)199 directly regulates miR-212,and ERK is a potential target of miR-212.Collectively,these findings define a novel mechanism for activating MgR to reverse liver injury,which affects hepatocyte proliferation through the Sp1/Gm^(2)199/miR-212/ERK axis.Haiying Zhang Yanan Gao Bin Liu Haobin Jin Li Fan Xirui Yang Qiang Gao Yi Yu Yueping Guo Yan Liu 2022Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,9:0

13Pseudo core-shell LaCoO3@MgO perovskite oxides for high performance methane catalytic oxidation显示文摘Magnesia modified LaCoO3 was prepared by a facile one-step sol-gel method and used for removal of dilute methane.Compared with the conventional doping technique,the obtained LaCoO3@MgO-x exhibits pseudo core-shell structure and shows superior catalytic activity.The methane conversion exceeds90%at 532℃on LaCoO3@MgO-0.1,while only 60%of methane is conversed using the doped perovskite LaCo0.9Mg0.1O3.The high catalytic performance of LaCoO3@MgO-0.1 is mainly attributed to the adjustment of surface acid-base properties by the MgO shell structure.According to density functional theory(DFT)calculation,the methane is more likely to be adsorbed and cracked on LaCoO3@MgO-0.1.The in situ DRIFTS shows that CH3-O-CH3 intermediate specie is formed.The pseudo core-shell structure also enhances the stability and the LaCoO3@MgO-0.1 maintains high activity after working for 100 h.The above results demonstrate that surface modification by magnesia is an effective strategy for improving LaCoO3 catalytic performance.Saifei Wang Jie Liu Yiyuan Zhang Peiqi Chu Haobin Liu Man Wang Erhong Duan 2021Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,1:0
14Compacted mesoporous titania nanosheets anode for pseudocapacitance-dominated,high-rate,and high-volumetric sodium-ion storage显示文摘Surface-redox pseudocapacitive nanomaterials show promise for fast-charging energy storage.However,their high surface area usually leads to low density,which is not conducive to achieving both high volumetric capacity and high-rate capability.Herein,we demonstrate that TiO_(2)nanosheets(meso-TiO_(2)-NSs)with densely packed mesoporous are capable of fast pseudocapacitance-dominated sodium-ion storage,as well as high volumetric and gravimetric capacities.Through compressing treatment,the compaction density of meso-TiO_(2)-NSs is up to~1.6g/cm^(2),combined with high surface area and high porosity with mesopore channels for rapid Na+diffusion.The compacted meso-TiO_(2)-NSs electrodes achieve high pseudocapacitance(93.6%of total charge at 1mV/s),high-rate capability(up to 10 A/g),and long-term cycling stability(10,000 cycles).More importantly,the space-efficiently packed structure enables high volumetric capacity.The thick-film meso-TiO_(2)-NSs anode with the mass loading of 10mg/cm^(2)delivers a gravimetric capacity of 165 mAh/g and a volumetric capacity of 223 mAh/cm^(3)at 5 mA/cm^(2),much higher than those of commercial hard carbon anode(80mAh/g and 86mAh/cm^(3)).This work highlights a pathway for designing a dense nanostructure that enables fast charge kinetics for high-density sodium-ion storage.Jiayu Yu Xiaojuan Huang Yalin He Dafu Tang Tingyi Huang Lu Liu Haobin Wu Dong-Liang Peng Dongyuan Zhao Kun Lan Qiulong Wei 2023SmartMat2023,4,5:0
