1The origin and geological significance of lunar ridges显示文摘Lunar ridges are a kind of familiar linear structures developed on the lunar surface. The distribution pattern, formation mechanism and research significance of lunar ridges are discussed in this paper. Single lunar ridges are usually distributed in the form of broken lineation, and, as whole, lunar ridges are trapezoidal or annular in shape around the maria. As to the formation mechanism, only volcanism or tectonism was emphasized in the past, but the two processes are seldom taken into combined consideration. On the basis of detailed analyses, the authors thought that tectonism is a prerequisite for the formation of lunar ridges, while volcanism is the key factor controlling their particular shapes. 2A Bandwidth-Link Resources Cooperative Allocation Strategy of Data Communication in Intelligent Transportation Systems显示文摘The bandwidth resources allocation strategies of the existing Internet of Vehicles(IoV) are mainly base on the communication architecture of the traditional 802.11 x in the wireless local area network(WLAN). The traditional communication architecture of IoV will easily cause significant delay and low Packet Delivery Ratio(PDR) for disseminating critical security beacons under the condition of high-speed movement, distance-varying communication, and mixed traffic. This paper proposes a novel bandwidth-link resources cooperative allocation strategy to achieve better communication performance under the road conditions of intelligent transportation systems(ITS). Firstly, in traffic scenarios, based on the characteristic to predict the relative position of the mobile transceivers, a strategy is developed to cooperate on the mobile cellular network and the Dedicated Short-Range Communications(DSRC). Secondly, by adopting the general network simulator NS3, the dedicated mobile channel models that are suitable for the data interaction of ITS, is applied to confirm the feasibility and reliability of the strategy. 3Reversible switching between normal and thermally activated delayed fluorescence towards “smart” and single compound whitelight luminescence via controllable conformational distribution显示文摘An organic compound exhibiting simultaneously reversible switch between its emission colors and luminescence mechanisms,possessing high contrast from deep blue normal fluorescence(NF) to yellow thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF),is reported. Based on these two complementary colors, white-light emission combining NF and TADF from a single compound can be achieved in various states. 6DDB1 prepares brown adipocytes for cold-induced thermogenesis显示文摘Brown adipose tissue(BAT)plays a key role in thermogenesis during acute cold exposure.However,it remains unclear how BAT is prepared to rapidly turn on thermogenic genes.Here,we show that damage-specific DNA binding protein 1(DDB1)mediates the rapid transcription of thermogenic genes upon acute cold exposure.Adipose-or BAT-specific Ddb1 knockout mice show severely whitened BAT and significantly decreased expression of thermogenic genes.These mice develop hypothermia when subjected to acute cold exposure at 4℃ and partial lipodystrophy on a high-fat diet due to deficiency in fatty acid oxidation.Mechanistically,DDB1 binds the promoters of Ucp1 and Ppargc1a and recruits positive transcriptional elongation factor b(P-TEFb)to release promoter-proximally paused RNA polymerase II(Pol II),thereby enabling rapid and synchronized transcription of thermogenic genes upon acute cold exposure.Our findings have thus provided a regulatory mechanism of how BAT is prepared to respond to acute cold challenge.Xu Wang Shen-Ying Liu Guo-Sheng Hu Hao-Yan Wang Guo-Liang Zhang Xiang Cen Si-Ting Xiang Wen Liu Peng Li Haobin Ye Tong-Jin Zhao 2022Life Metabolism2022,1,1:0
7Connecting the Belt and Road through sea-rail collaboration显示文摘As part of China's 'the Belt and Road'strategy, China Railway Express provides alternative shipping routes and transportation modes from Asia to Europe and creates new opportunities for intermodal transportation in the shipping industry. A time–distancebased cost(time cost) function was proposed to compare China Railway Express with traditional transportation modes. Time cost was related to different types of cargoes,which exhibit distinct sensitivity to time. Using the proposed cost function as basis, we identified the cost indifference area where total costs are equal. Further analysis was performed for selecting the transportation mode and supply area for a specific cargo. 8Flexible,breathable,and reinforced ultra-thin Cu/PLLA porous-fibrous membranes for thermal management and electromagnetic interference shielding显示文摘Electromagnetic interference shielding and thermal management by wearable devices show great po-tential in emerging digital healthcare.Conventional metal films implementing the functions must sacri-fice either flexibility or permeability,which is far from optimal in practical applications.In this work,an ultra-thin(15μm),flexible,and porous Cu/PLLA fibrous membrane is developed by depositing cop-per particles on the polymer substrate.With novel acetone&heat treatment procedure,the mem-brane is considerably stronger while maintaining the porous fibre structure.Its fantastic breathabil-ity and super high electrical conductivity(9471.8130 S/cm)enable the composites to have fast electri-cal heating characteristics and excellent thermal conductivity for effective thermal management.Mean-while,the porous polymer substrate structure greatly enhances the diffusion of conductive substances and increases the electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness of the membranes(7797.98 dB cm^(2)/g at the H band and 8072.73 dB cm^(2)/g at the Ku band respectively).The composites present high flexibility,breathability,and strength with the functions of thermal management and electromag-netic shielding,showing great potential for future portable electronic devices and wearable integrated garments.Jinlin Chang Chen Meng Bowen Shi Wenyuan Wei Renzhi Li Jinmin Meng Haobin Wen Xiangyu Wang Jun Song Zhirun Hu Zekun Liu Jiashen Li 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,30:0
9The activation of M3 muscarinic receptor reverses liver injury via the Sp1/lncRNA Gm2199/miR-212 axis显示文摘Muscarinic acetylcholine receptors(MRs)play important roles in the regulation of hepatic fibrosis and the receptor agonists and antagonists can affect hepatocyte proliferation.However,little is known about the impact of MR subtypes and associated signaling pathways on liver injury.The aim of this study is to explore the function and mechanism of MgR in the regulation of liver injury.We evaluate liver injury and detect the changes in related indexes,including alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AsT),hydroxyproline(HYP),and transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),after administration of an M3R agonist.Western blot analysis and qRT-PCR show thatthetranscription factor Sp1and long noncoding RNA(lncRNA)Gm^(2)199 are also changed significantly.Rescue assay is performed to further confirm that MgR contributes to the progression of hepatocyte proliferation through regulating Sp1 and Gm2199.The activated MsR can specifically regulate Gm2199 by inhibiting the expression of Sp1.Meanwhile,Gm^(2)199 directly regulates miR-212,and ERK is a potential target of miR-212.Collectively,these findings define a novel mechanism for activating MgR to reverse liver injury,which affects hepatocyte proliferation through the Sp1/Gm^(2)199/miR-212/ERK axis.Haiying Zhang Yanan Gao Bin Liu Haobin Jin Li Fan Xirui Yang Qiang Gao Yi Yu Yueping Guo Yan Liu 2022Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,9:0
