Insight-HXMT observations of the first binary neutron star merger GW170817显示文摘Finding the electromagnetic(EM) counterpart of binary compact star merger, especially the binary neutron star(BNS) merger,is critically important for gravitational wave(GW) astronomy, cosmology and fundamental physics. On Aug. 17, 2017,Advanced LIGO and Fermi/GBM independently triggered the first BNS merger, GW170817, and its high energy EM counterpart,GRB 170817 A, respectively, resulting in a global observation campaign covering gamma-ray, X-ray, UV, optical, IR, radio as well as neutrinos. The High Energy X-ray telescope(HE) onboard Insight-HXMT(Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope) is the unique high-energy gamma-ray telescope that monitored the entire GW localization area and especially the optical counterpart(SSS17 a/AT2017 gfo) with very large collection area(~1000 cm^2) and microsecond time resolution in 0.2-5 MeV. In addition,Insight-HXMT quickly implemented a Target of Opportunity(ToO) observation to scan the GW localization area for potential X-ray emission from the GW source. Although Insight-HXMT did not detect any significant high energy(0.2-5 MeV) radiation from GW170817, its observation helped to confirm the unexpected weak and soft nature of GRB 170817 A. Meanwhile,Insight-HXMT/HE provides one of the most stringent constraints(~10^(-7) to 10^(-6) erg/cm^2/s) for both GRB170817 A and any other possible precursor or extended emissions in 0.2-5 MeV, which help us to better understand the properties of EM radiation from this BNS merger. Therefore the observation of Insight-HXMT constitutes an important chapter in the full context of multi-wavelength and multi-messenger observation of this historical GW event. | TiPei Li ShaoLin Xiong ShuangNan Zhang FangJun Lu LiMing Song XueLei Cao Zhi Chang Gang Chen Li Chen TianXiang Chen Yong Chen YiBao Chen YuPeng Chen Wei Cui WeiWei Cui JingKang Deng YongWei Dong YuanYuan Du MinXue Fu GuanHua Gao He Gao Min Gao MingYu Ge YuDong Gu Ju Guan ChengCheng Guo DaWei Han Wei Hu Yue Huang Jia Huo ShuMei Jia LuHua Jiang WeiChun Jiang Jing Jin YongJie Jin Bing Li ChengKui Li Gang Li MaoShun Li Wei Li Xian Li XiaoBo Li XuFang Li YanGuo Li ZiJian Li ZhengWei Li XiaoHua Liang JinYuan Liao CongZhan Liu GuoQing Liu HongWei Liu ShaoZhen Liu XiaoJing Liu Yuan Liu YiNong Liu Bo Lu XueFeng Lu Tao Luo Xiang Ma Bin Meng Yi Nang JianYin Nie Ge OU JinLu Qu Na Sai Liang Sun Yin Tan Lian Tao WenHui Tao YouLi Tuo GuoFeng Wang HuanYu Wang Juan Wang WenShuai Wang YuSa Wang XiangYang Wen BoBing WU Mei Wu GuangCheng Xiao He Xu YuPeng Xu LinLi Yan JiaWei Yang Sheng Yang YanJi Yang AiMei Zhang ChunLei Zhang ChengMo Zhang Fan Zhang HongMei Zhang Juan Zhang Qiang Zhang Shu Zhang Tong Zhang Wei Zhang WanChang Zhang WenZhao Zhang Yi Zhang Yue Zhang YiFei Zhang YongJie Zhang Zhao Zhang ZiLiang Zhang HaiSheng Zhao JianLing Zhao XiaoFan Zhao ShiJie Zheng Yue Zhu YuXuan Zhu ChangLin Zou | 2018 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2018,61,3: | 12
Microbiome and ileum transcriptome revealed the boosting effects of selenium yeast on egg production in aged laying hens显示文摘The declines in laying performance during the late productionperiod have adverse effects on the length of theproduction cycle. Improving the nutrition of laying hens is a crucialmeasure to reverse this declination. Thisstudy investigatedthe effect of seleniumyeast (SY)on egg production, ileal gene expressionandmicrobiota, aswell as elucidating their associations in aged laying hens. A total of 375 Jinghong laying hens at 76weeks oldwere randomly assigned into 5 dietary treatments, which included a selenium-deficient basal diet based oncorn-soybean meal, and dietary supplementation of SY at 0.15, 0.30 and 0.45 mg/kg, and sodium selenite at0.45mg/kg.The results showed that SYamelioratedthe depressionin aged layingperformance inthe 0.30mg/kg group (P < 0.01). Selenium yeast significantly increased ileum selenium concentration (P < 0.05), and SYgroups had higher seleniumdeposition efficiency than the sodiumselenite group. Functional enrichment andShort Time-series Expression Miner (STEM) analysis indicated that SY activated metabolic progress (e.g.,glycerolipidmetabolism, glycerophospholipidmetabolism, andfattyacidmetabolism),immune responseandoxidative stress response. Four hub genes including thioredoxin reductase 1 (TXNRD1), dihydrolipoamidedehydrogenase (DLD), integrin linked kinase (ILK) and leucine zipper tumor suppressor 2 (LZTS2) wereinvolved in intestinal metabolismwhich was closely associated with selenium deposition/status. Moreover, the relative abundance of Veillonella, Turicibacter and Lactobacillus was significantly increased, but the relativeabundance of Stenotrophomonas was significantly decreased by SY supplementation. Multi-omics dataintegration and Canonical correspondence analysis (CCA) showed that both the ileumselenium content andthe laying rate were highly correlated with pathways and bacteria enriched in metabolism and immuneresponse. Meanwhile, the “switched on” gene prostate stem cell antigen (PSCA) had a positive relationshipwith Veillonella and a negative relationship with the opportunistic pathogens Stenotrophomonas. Overall, ourstudy offered insight for the further exploration of the role of SY on boosting egg production and balancingileum intestinal flora in aged laying hens. | Zhexi Liu Yutao Cao Yue Ai Xiaonan Yin Linli Wang Mengyao Wang Bingkun Zhang Zhengxing Lian Keliang Wu Yuming Guo Hongbing Han | 2022 | Animal Nutrition2022,,3: | 3
An association between the location of white matter changes and the behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia in Alzheimer's disease patients显示文摘Objective:The frontal lobe may be involved in circuits associated with depression, apathy, aggression, and other psychiatric symptoms.Although white matter changes(WMC)are related to the severity of behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia(BPSD)in patients with Alzheimer’s disease(AD),it is unclear which part of the WMC may play the most important role in BPSD.This study was designed to investigate the relationship between the location of WMC and the severity of BPSD in AD patients. Methods:Among patients diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease between 2009 and2014,387 patients were retrospectively reviewed after those with pre‐existing organic brain syndrome, psychiatric diseases,or toxic‐metabolic encephalopathy were excluded.Patients’demographic and laboratory data,WMC measured with brain computed tomography and scored using the age‐related white matter changes(ARWMC)scale, and neuropsychological tests, including the cognitive abilities screening instrument(CASI),the Mini‐Mental State Examination(MMSE),the clinical dementia rating scale with sum‐box(CDR‐SB),and the neuropsychiatric inventory(NPI)were analyzed. Results:There was no significant difference in the NPI between patients with and without a history of stroke, hypertension, and diabetes. No significant difference in the NPI was identified between different sexes or different Apolipoprotein E(APOE)alleles. The NPI score was significantly correlated with the duration of education(r=–0.4515,P=0.0172),CASI(r=–0.2915,P<0.0001),MMSE(r=–0.8476,P<0.0001),and CDR‐SB(r=2.2839,P<0.0001).WMC in the right frontal lobe showed a significant difference in NPI in comparison to those without WMC(P=0.0255).After adjusting for age, duration of education, and CASI,WMC in the right frontal lobe remained significantly associated with the NPI score(β=3.8934,P=0.042).Conclusions:WMC involving the right frontal lobe may play an important role in the BPSD in AD patients during their dementia diagnosis.Further studies are necessary to confirm whether controlling the risk factors of WMC can slow the progression of BPSD. | Tzuchou Lin Yihui Lin Linli Kao Yihui Kao Yuanhan Yang Pingsong Chou Mengni Wu | 2016 | Translational Neuroscience and Clinics2016,2,1: | 3

Macrophage-derived exosomes modulate wear particle-induced osteolysis via miR-3470b targeting TAB3/NF-κB signaling显示文摘Aseptic prosthesis loosening(APL)is one of the most prevalent complications associated with arthroplasty. The main cause is the periprosthetic osteolysis induced by wear particles. However, the specific mechanisms of crosstalk between immune cells and osteoclasts/osteoblasts during osteolysis are unclear. In this study,we report the role and mechanism of macrophage-derived exosomes in wear particle-induced osteolysis. The results of exosomes up-taken experiments revealed that osteoblast and mature osteoclasts capture macrophage-derived exosomes(M-Exo).Next-generation sequencing and RT-qPCR on M-Exo revealed that exosomal microRNA miR-3470b was downregulated in wear particle-induced osteolysis. The results of analysis on Luciferase reporter assays/fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH)/immunofluorescence(IF)/immunohistochemistry(IHC)and co-culture experiments demonstrated that wear particles induced osteoclast differentiation by increasing the expression of NFatc1 via M-Exo miR-3470b targeting TAB3/NF-κB signaling. We also illustrate that engineered exosomes enriching miR-3470b facilitated to suppressed the osteolysis;the microenvironment enriching with miR-3470b could suppress wear particle-induced osteolysis via inhibition of TAB3/NF-κB in vivo.In summary, our findings indicate that macrophage-derived exosomes transfer to osteoclasts to induce osteolysis in wear particle-induced APL.Engineering exosomes enriching with miR-3470b might be a novel strategy for the targeting treatment of bone resorption-related diseases. | Baiqi Pan Ziji Zhang Xiaoyu Wu Guoyan Xian Xuantao Hu Minghui Gu Linli Zheng Xiang Li Lingli Long Weishen Chen Puyi Sheng | 2023 | Bioactive Materials2023,,8: | 0

A Novel Method to Fabricate Steel-Al Foam Sandwich Panel with Metallic Bonding显示文摘Al foam sandwich panel(AFS) with metallic bonding was fabricated by foaming a hotpressed three-layer composite with two steel facesheets and a melt route precursor as core. The melt route precursor was fabricated by dispersing undecomposed blowing agent into molten Al, followed by solidification. Microstructures of the joints during fabrication process were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS). Static three-point bending was conducted to evaluate joint quality of the AFS. It was found that a primary bonding was achieved by hot-pressing and significant diffusion layer of Fe-Al intermetallic compounds was sustained between steel and Al foam core by foaming. Damage modes of the AFS under three-point bending were dominated by indentation, plastic hinges, core shear and crack. Delamination between steel and foam was absent, implying that reliable metallic bonding was achieved. This method allows for producing large-scale AFS with steel facesheets. | 梁小龙 罗洪杰 LIN Hao LU Xiaotong WU Linli | 2019 | Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2019,34,6: | 0
SGT:Session-based Recommendation with GRU and Transformer显示文摘Session-based recommendation aims to predict user preferences based on anonymous behavior sequences.Recent research on session-based recommendation systems has mainly focused on utilizing attention mechanisms on sequential patterns, which has achieved significant results. However, most existing studies only consider individual items in a session and do not extract information from continuous items, which can easily lead to the loss of information on item transition relationships. Therefore, this paper proposes a session-based recommendation algorithm(SGT)based on Gated Recurrent Unit(GRU)and Transformer, which captures user interests by learning continuous items in the current session and utilizes all item transitions on sessions in a more refined way.By combining short-term sessions and long-term behavior, user dynamic preferences are captured.Extensive experiments were conducted on three session-based recommendation datasets, and compared to the baseline methods, both the recall rate Recall@20 and the mean reciprocal rank MRR@20 of the SGT algorithm were improved, demonstrating the effectiveness of the SGT method. | Lingmei Wu Liqiang Zhang Xing Zhang Linli Jiang Chunmei Wu | 2023 | Journal of Computer Science Research2023,5,2: | 0
Nuclear translocation of OsMADS25 facilitated by OsNAR2.1 in reponse to nitrate signals promotes rice root growth by targeting OsMADS27 and OsARF7显示文摘Nitrate is an important nitrogen source and signaling molecule that regulates plant growth and development.Although several components of the nitrate signaling pathway have been identified, the detailed mechanisms are still unclear. Our previous results showed that OsMADS25 can regulate root development in response to nitrate signals, but the mechanism is still unknown. Here,we try to answer two key questions:how does OsMADS25 move from the cytoplasm to the nucleus, and what are the direct target genes activated by OsMADS25 to regulate root growth after it moves to the nucleus in response to nitrate? Our results demonstrated that OsMADS25 moves from the cytoplasm to the nucleus in the presence of nitrate in an OsNAR2.1-dependentmanner.Chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing, chromatin immunoprecipitation qPCR,yeast one-hybrid,and luciferase experiments showed that OsMADS25 directly activates the expression of OsMADS27 and OsARF7,which are reported to be associated with root growth.Finally,OsMADS25-RNAi lines, the Osnar2.1 mutant, and OsMADS25-RNAi Osnar2.1 lines exhibited significantly reduced root growth compared with the wild type in response to nitrate supply, and expression of OsMADS27 and OsARF7 was significantly suppressed in these lines.Collectively, these results reveal a new mechanismby which OsMADS25 interacts with OsNAR2.1.This interaction is required for nuclear accumulation of OsMADS25,which promotes OsMADS27 and OsARF7 expression and root growth in a nitratedependent manner. | Junyu Wu Shuaiqi Yang Nana Chen Qining Jiang Linli Huang Jiaxuan Qi Guohua Xu Lisha Shen Hao Yu Xiaorong Fan Yinbo Gan | 2023 | Plant Communications2023,4,6: | 0
