1Comprehensive strategy of conduit guidance combined with VEGF producing Schwann cells accelerates peripheral nerve repair显示文摘Peripheral nerve regeneration requires stepwise and well-organized establishment of microenvironment.Since local delivery of VEGF-A in peripheral nerve repair is expected to promote angiogenesis in the microenvironment and Schwann cells(SCs)play critical role in nerve repair,combination of VEGF and Schwann cells may lead to efficient peripheral nerve regeneration.VEGF-A overexpressing Schwann cells were established and loaded into the inner wall of hydroxyethyl cellulose/soy protein isolate/polyaniline sponge(HSPS)conduits.When HSPS is mechanically distorted,it still has high durability of strain strength,thus,can accommodate unexpected strain of nerve tissues in motion.A 10 mm nerve defect rat model was used to test the repair performance of the HSPS-SC(VEGF)conduits,meanwhile the HSPS,HSPS-SC,HSPS-VEGF conduits and autografts were worked as controls.The immunofluorescent co-staining of GFP/VEGF-A,Ki67 and MBP showed that the VEGF-A overexpressing Schwann cells could promote the proliferation,migration and differentiation of Schwann cells as the VEGF-A was secreted from the VEGF-A overexpressing Schwann cells.The nerve repair performance of the multifunctional and flexible conduits was examined though rat behavioristics,electrophysiology,nerve innervation to gastrocnemius muscle(GM),toluidine blue(TB)staining,transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and NF200/S100 double staining in the regenerated nerve.The results displayed that the effects on the repair of peripheral nerves in HSPS-SC(VEGF)group was the best among the conduits groups and closed to autografts.HSPS-SC(VEGF)group exhibited notably increased CD31+endothelial cells and activation of VEGFR2/ERK signaling pathway in the regenerated nerve tissues,which probably contributed to the improved nerve regeneration.Altogether,the comprehensive strategy including VEGF overexpressing Schwann cells-mediated and HSPS conduit-guided peripheral nerve repair provides a new avenue for nerve tissue engineering.Ping Wu Zan Tong Lihua Luo Yanan Zhao Feixiang Chen Yinping Li Céline Huselstein Qifa Ye Qingsong Ye Yun Chen 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,10:4
2Fine particulate matter(PM_(2.5)/PM_(1.0)) in Beijing,China: Variations and chemical compositions as well as sources显示文摘Particulate matter(i.e.,PM_(1.0) and PM_(2.5)),considered as the key atmospheric pollutants,exerts negative effects on visibility,global climate,and human health by associated chemical compositions.However,our understanding of PM and its chemical compositions in Beijing under the current atmospheric environment is still not complete after witnessing marked alleviation during 2013–2017.Continuous measurements can be crucial for further air quality improvement by better characterizing PM pollution and chemical compositions in Beijing.Here,we conducted simultaneous measurements on PM in Beijing during 2018–2019.Results indicate that annualmean PM_(1.0) and PM_(2.5) concentrations were 35.49±18.61μg/m^(3) and 66.58±60.17μg/m^(3),showing a positive response to emission controls.The contribution of sulfate,nitrate,and ammonium(SNA)played an enhanced role with elevated PM loading and acted as the main contributors to pollution episodes.Discrepancies observed among chemical species between PM_(1.0) and PM_(2.5) in spring suggest that sand particles trend to accumulate in the range of 1–2.5μm.Pollution episodes occurred accompanied with southerly clusters and high formation of SNA by heterogeneous reactions in summer and winter,respectively.Results from positive matrix factorization(PMF)combined with potential source contribution function(PSCF)models showed that potential areas were seasonal dependent,secondary and vehicular sources became much more important compared with previous studies in Beijing.Our study presented a continuous investigation on PM and sources origins in Beijing,which provides a better understanding for further emission control as well as a reference for other cities in developing countries.Lining Luo Xiaoxuan Bai Shuhan Liu Bobo Wu Wei Liu Yunqian Lv Zhihui Guo Shumin Lin Shuang Zhao Yan Hao Jiming Hao Kai Zhang Aihua Zheng Hezhong Tian 2022Journal of Environmental Sciences2022,34,11:3

4Experimental Study on Concrete Columns Confined by BFRP-PVC Tubes Under Uniaxial Loading显示文摘This paper presents an experimental study on the behavior of circular concrete columns reinforced by BFRP-PVC tubes under uniaxial loading.A total of six specimens were prepared and tested under uniaxial loading.The main parameters varied in the tests were strengthening ratio and strengthening approach of BFRP.The performance,such as failure modes,ultimate bearing capacity and stress-strain curves,was investigated in details and a formula was proposed to predict the compressive ultimate strength.The results show that this kind of confined columns obviously improves the ultimate bearing capacity,and the ultimate bearing capacity increases with the strengthening layers.The formula proposed is applicable and efficient for prediction of the ultimate bearing capacity as well.姜绍飞 DAI Tianjie FU Dabao WU Zhaoqi LINing 2012沈阳建筑大学学报(自然科学版)2012,28,1:1
5Design of task priority model and algorithm for imaging observation problem显示文摘In the imaging observation system, imaging task scheduling is an important topic. Most scholars study the imaging task scheduling from the perspective of static priority, and only a few from the perspective of dynamic priority. However,the priority of the imaging task is dynamic in actual engineering. To supplement the research on imaging observation, this paper proposes the task priority model, dynamic scheduling strategy and Heuristic algorithm. At first, this paper analyzes the relevant theoretical basis of imaging observation, decomposes the task priority into four parts, including target priority, imaging task priority, track, telemetry & control(TT&C)requirement priority and data transmission requirement priority, summarizes the attribute factors that affect the above four types of priority in detail, and designs the corresponding priority model. Then, this paper takes the emergency tasks scheduling problem as the background, proposes the dynamic scheduling strategy and heuristic algorithm. 7Dietary Exposure to Benzyl Butyl Phthalate in China显示文摘Objective Benzyl butyl phthalate(BBP) is a plasticizer used in food contact materials. Dietary exposure to BBP might lead to reproduction and developmental damages to human. The present paper was aimed to assess the health risk of BBP dietary exposure in Chinese population. Methods The BBP contents were detected in 7409 food samples from 25 food categories by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry operated in selected ion monitoring(SIM) mode. The dietary exposures of BBP in different age and sex groups were estimated by combining the content data with food consumption data derived from 2002 China National Nutrient and Health Survey, and evaluated according to the tolerable daily intake(TDI) of BBP established by European Food safety Agency. Results It was found that BBP was undetectable in most samples and the highest level was 1.69 mg/kg detected in a vegetable oil sample. The average dietary exposure of BBP in people aged ≥2 years was 1.03 μg/kg bw per day and the highest average exposure was found in 2-6 years old children(1.98 μg/kg bw per day). The BBP exposure in 7-12 months old children excessed 10% of tolerable daily intake(TDI) in worst scenario. 15Synthesis of two-dimensional transition metal dichalcogenides for electronics and optoelectronics显示文摘Tremendous efforts have been devoted to preparing the ultrathin two-dimensional(2D)transition-metal dichalcogenides(TMDCs)and TMDCS-based heterojunctions owing to their unique properties and great potential applications in next generation electronics and optoelectronics over the past decade.However,to fulfill the demands for practical applications,the batch production of 2D TMDCs with high quality and large area at the mild condi-tions is still a challenge.This feature article reviews the state-of-the art research progresses that focus on the preparation and the applications in elec-tronics and optoelectronics of 2D TMDCs and their van der Waals hetero-junctions.First,the preparation methods including chemical and physical vapor deposition growth are comprehensively outlined.Then,recent progress on the application of fabricated 2D TMDCs based materials is revealed with particular attention to electronic(eg,field effect transistors and logic circuits)and optoelectronic(eg,photodetectors,photovoltaics,and light emitting diodes)devices.Finally,the challenges and future prospects are considered based on the current advance of 2D TMDCs and related heterojunctions.Min Wu Yonghong Xiao Yang Zeng Yuanliang Zhou Xiangbin Zeng Lining Zhang Wugang Liao 2021InfoMat2021,3,4:1
