1Backstepping-based active fault-tolerant control for a class of uncertain SISO nonlinear systems显示文摘Active fault-tolerant control is investigated for a class of uncertain SISO nonlinear flight control systems based on the adaptive observer, feedback linearization and backstepping theory.Firstly an adaptive observer is constructed to estimate the fault in the faulty system.A new fault updating law is presented to simplify the assumption conditions of the adaptive observer.The asymptotical stability of the observer and the uniform ultimate boundedness of the fault estimation error are guaranteed by Lyapunov theorem.Then a backstepping-based active fault-tolerant controller is designed for the faulty system.The asymptotical stability of the closed-loop system and uniform ultimate boundedness of the tracking error are proved based on Lyapunov theorem.The effectiveness of the proposed scheme is demonstrated through the numerical simulation of a flight control system.Meng Lingya Jiang Bin 2009Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2009,20,6:6
2Leak Detection of Gas Pipelines Based on Characteristics of Acoustic Leakage and Interfering Signals显示文摘When acoustic method is used in leak detection for natural gas pipelines,the external interferences including operation of compressor and valve,pipeline knocking,etc.,should be distinguished with acoustic leakage signals to improve the accuracy and reduce false alarms.In this paper,the technologies of extracting characteristics of acoustic signals were summarized.The acoustic leakage signals and interfering signals were measured by experiments and the characteristics of time-domain,frequency-domain and time-frequency domain were extracted.The main characteristics of time-domain are mean value,root mean square value,kurtosis,skewness and correlation function,etc.The features in frequency domain were obtained by frequency spectrum analysis and power spectrum density,while time-frequency analysis was accomplished by short time Fourier transform.The results show that the external interferences can be removed effectively by the characteristics of time domain,frequency domain and time-frequency domain.It can be drawn that the acoustic leak detection method can be applied to natural gas pipelines and the characteristics can help reduce false alarms and missing alarms.Lingya Meng Cuiwei Liu Liping Fang Yuxing Li Juntao Fu 2019Sound & Vibration2019,53,4:2

940 Hz light flickering promotes sleep through cortical adenosine signaling显示文摘Flickering light stimulation has emerged as a promising non-invasive neuromodulation strategy to alleviate neuropsychiatric disorders.However,the lack of a neurochemical underpinning has hampered its therapeutic development.Here,we demonstrate that light flickering triggered an immediate and sustained increase(up to 3 h after flickering)in extracellular adenosine levels in the primary visual cortex(V1)and other brain regions,as a function of light frequency and intensity,with maximal effects observed at 40 Hz frequency and 4000 lux.We uncovered cortical(glutamatergic and GABAergic)neurons,rather than astrocytes,as the cellular source,the intracellular adenosine generation from AMPK-associated energy metabolism pathways(but not SAM-transmethylation or salvage purine pathways),and adenosine efflux mediated by equilibrative nucleoside transporter-2(ENT2)as the molecular pathway responsible for extracellular adenosine generation.Importantly,40 Hz(but not 20 and 80 Hz)light flickering for 30 min enhanced non-rapid eye movement(non-REM)and REM sleep for 2–3 h in mice.This somnogenic effect was abolished by ablation of V1(but not superior colliculus)neurons and by genetic deletion of the gene encoding ENT2(but not ENT1),but recaptured by chemogenetic inhibition of V1 neurons and by focal infusion of adenosine into V1 in a dose-dependent manner.Lastly,40 Hz light flickering for 30 min also promoted sleep in children with insomnia by decreasing sleep onset latency,increasing total sleep time,and reducing waking after sleep onset.Collectively,our findings establish the ENT2-mediated adenosine signaling in V1 as the neurochemical basis for 40 Hz flickering-induced sleep and unravel a novel and non-invasive treatment for insomnia,a condition that affects 20%of the world population.Xuzhao Zhou Yan He Tao Xu Zhaofa Wu Wei Guo Xi Xu Yuntao Liu Yi Zhang Huiping Shang Libin Huang Zhimo Yao Zewen Li Lingya Su Zhihui Li Tao Feng Shaomin Zhang Olivia Monteiro Rodrigo A.Cunha Zhi-Li Huang Kang Zhang Yulong Li Xiahong Cai Jia Qu Jiang-Fan Chen 2024Cell Research2024,34,3:0
10The Structure of Montmorillonites Modified with Zwitterionic Surfactants and Their Sorption Ability显示文摘In the past four decades, there is a growing use of surfactant modified clay complexes in wide range of applications. The mostly used surfactants to modify the swelling clay minerals are cationic surfactants, such as quaternary ammonium, which consists of two distinct moieties, a hydrophilic head, where the positive charge is concentrated, and a hydrophobic hydrocarbon chain tail. During the surface modification, this kind of surfactant molecules attach on the inner and outer surface of clay minerals, the hydrophilic surface of raw clay minerals may changed into hydrophobic surface. 11Joint Beamforming for Delay Optimal Transmission in Cache-Enabled Wireless Backhaul Networks显示文摘This paper considers the problem of joint beamformer design for a two-tier wireless network,whereby a set of cache-enabled access points(APs)are connected to the base station(BS)via wireless backhaul links.The APs can prefetch and store the files requested by users,to serve users directly in the access links.Thus low-latency transmissions are enabled as the transmission in the backhaul links is saved.However,due to the limited cache capacity,not all requested files can be stored in the APs,some of the non-cached APs then should be utilized as long as their transmission delays in the access and backhaul links can be well addressed.Two delay optimal beamformer design(DOBD)problems are formulated to minimize the overall delay incurred in the backhaul and access link transmissions via a joint optimization of the beamformer at the BS and APs.We consider the DOBD problem under non-fragment and fragment caching policies,both involving nonconvex link rate constraints.The semi-definite relaxation(SDR)and sequential convex approximation(SCA)schemes are adopted to approximate the nonconvex problems into convex ones,which are then iteratively solved.Numerical results demonstrate the convergence and improved transmission delay performance of the proposed scheme under various network settings.Lingya Liu Cunqing Hua Jinsong Yu Jing Xu 2023Journal of Communications and Information Networks2023,8,2:0
12CYP2C19 Genotyping Plus Therapeutic Drug Monitoring Dependent Voriconazole Treatment for Invasive Pulmonary Aspergillosis in a Patient with Liver Failure显示文摘Invasive pulmonary aspergillosis(IPA)is a lethal infectious disease with high mortality in patients with liver failure.Early recognition of the risk factors prompting earlier diagnosis and treatment may improve the outcomes.Voriconazole is recommended as the first-line drug for IPA,but hepatotoxicity limits its use in the context of liver diseases.We report a case of a 63-year-old female who was admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Hebei Medical University due to IPA after glucocorticoid therapy for liver failure.The polymorphism of cytochrome P450(CYP)isoenzymes showed CYP2C19∗1/∗2 genotype associated with intermediate metabolism of voriconazole.However,the patient developed side effects such as skin rash,vomiting,hyperbilirubinemia,and alteration of consciousness,even if she received half of the recommended dosage for voriconazole.Therapeutic drug monitoring(TDM)was applied to guide the dosage adjustment of voriconazole in this patient,and consequently,the patient presented a favorable outcome.In conclusion,genotyping screening plus TDM dependent individualized treatment of voriconazole may improve the survival of liver failure patient with IPA.Chuan Shen Qian Zhao Ziyue Li Wei Wang Yalin Zhao Lingya Kong Jing Xie Caiyan Zhao 2022Infectious Diseases & Immunity2022,2,2:0

14Transcriptional profiles in zebrafish atp7a mutants and responses of atp7a mutants to Cu stress显示文摘As a copper(Cu)transport ATPase,ATP7A plays an important role in maintaining Cu homeostasis in the body,but the developmental and physiological roles of atp7a in zebrafish embryogenesis are rarely studied.In this study,normal morphological phenotypes of atp7a^(−/−)homozygous zebrafish were observed at both embryonic and adult stages,however,atp7a^(−/−)larvae exhibited delayed touch response and obvious transcriptome changes.Compared with the WT(wild type),differentially expressed genes(DEGs)in atp7a^(−/−)larvae showed the enrichment in gene ontology(GO)terms related to several processes including ATPase activity,oxidoreductase activity,active transmembrane transporter activity,ion binding,and the citrate cycle.Furthermore,decreases in both ATP content and Na+/K+-ATPase activity in atp7a^(−/−)embryos and larvae were unveiled.57 overlapping DEGs were found both in WT stressed with Cu and in WT mutated with atp7a,and GO term analysis indicated the enrichment in the genes related to neurexin family protein binding and neuronal cell-cell adhesion.Moreover,42 overlapping DEGs in Cu stressed WT and Cu stressed atp7a^(−/−)were identified.GO term analysis showed an enrichment in the genes related to heme binding,implying that Cu was independent of the integral function of atp7a to affect heme binding.In addition,genes involved in the negative regulation of angiogenesis were down-regulated in atp7a^(−/−)mutants with and without Cu stress,which failed to occur in WT,implying that the integral function of atp7a is required for maintaining the normal expression of angiogenesis genes.The integrative data in this study demonstrated that atp7a is required for ion transport and angiogenesis,and for Cu-induced neurexin family protein binding defects,rather than for Cu-induced heme binding defects,during zebrafish embryogenesis.These findings provide possible clues for human diseases with ATP7A dysfunction and imbalanced Cu homeostasis.You Wu Wenye Liu Lingya Li Zhipeng Tai Jing-Xia Liu 2023Water Biology and Security2023,2,3:0
