1Novel Method for Spatial Angle Measurement Based on Rotating Planar Laser Beams显示文摘Spatial angle measurement,especially the measurement of horizontal and vertical angle,is a basic method used for industrial large-scale coordinate measurement.As main equipments in use,both theodolites and laser trackers can provide very high accuracy for spatial angle measurement.However,their industrial applications are limited by low level of automation and poor parallelism.For the purpose of improving measurement efficiency,a lot of studies have been conducted and several alternative methods have been proposed.Unfortunately,all these means are either low precision or too expensive.In this paper,a novel method of spatial angle measurement based on two rotating planar laser beams is proposed and demonstrated.Photoelectric receivers placed on measured points are used to receive the rotating planner laser signals transmitted by laser transmitters.The scanning time intervals of laser planes were measured,and then measured point's horizontal/vertical angles can be calculated.Laser plane's angle parameters are utilized to establish the abstract geometric model of transmitter.Calculating formulas of receiver's horizontal/vertical angles have been derived.Measurement equations' solvability conditions and judgment method of imaginary solutions are also presented after analyzing.Proposed method for spatial angle measurement is experimentally verified through a platform consisting of one laser transmitter and one optical receiver.The transmitters used in new method are only responsible for providing rotating light plane signals carrying angle information.Receivers automatically measure scanning time of laser planes and upload data to the workstation to calculate horizontal angle and vertical angle.Simultaneous measurement of multiple receivers can be realized since there is no human intervention in measurement process.Spatial angle measurement result indicates that the repeatable accuracy of new method is better than 10'.Proposed method can improve measurement's automation degree and speed while ensuring measurement accuracy.YANG Linghui YANG Xueyou ZHU Jigui DUAN Muqiong LAO Dabao 2010Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2010,23,6:18
2Impacts of Types and Degree of Obesity on Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease and Related Dyslipidemia in Chinese School-Age Children?显示文摘Objective To explore the impacts of types and degree of obesity on non‐alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and related lipids disturbance in Chinese school‐age children. Methods A total of 1 452 school‐age Children of 7 to 17 years were recruited in Beijing with representative cluster sampling method. Data of anthropometric measurements including weight, height and waist circumference were collected from March to May of 2007. Body mass index(BMI)was calculated. Blood samples were obtained and lipid profiles including triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high‐density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL‐C) and low‐density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL‐C) were measured, while glutamate‐pyruvate transaminase (ALT) and glutamic‐oxalacetic transaminase (AST) were determined to evaluate liver function. The liver was also scanned by sonography, and abnormal hepatic sonograms were documented. NAFLD was diagnosed according to the criteria recommended by the Fatty Liver and Alcoholic Liver Disease Study Group under the Chinese Liver Disease Association. Analysis of covariance (ANOVA), Chi‐square test for trend and binary logistic regression analysis were performed. Results The dyslipidemia and ultrasonographic fatty liver deteriorated with the degree of obesity defined either by BMI or waist circumference. Compared with BMI, waist circumference contributed more to the development of dyslipidemia, fatty liver and NAFLD. The highest levels of TG, TC, LDL‐C, and lowest level of HDL‐C were seen in the mixed obese group followed by abdominal obese, peripheral obese and non‐obese ones. Adjusted for gender and age, the odds ratios (ORs) and their 95% confidence intervals of peripheral obesity, abdominal obesity and mixed obesity were 0, 10.93 (0.98‐121.96) and 79.16 (10.95‐572.44) for predicting NAFLD; 12.61 (1.24‐127.78), 19.39 (5.23‐71.85), and 93.21 (29.56‐293.90) for predicting ultrasonographic fatty liver; 1.78 (0.59‐5.44), 3.01 (1.91‐4.77), and 4.64 (3.52‐6.12) for predicting dyslipidemia, respectively compared with the non‐obese control group. The trend of hazards over groups was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion The levels of lipid profile and the prevalence of NAFLD and dyslipidemia increased in parallel with the degree of obesity; As compared with the non‐obese control, the mixed obesity had the strongest association with NAFLD and dyslipidemia, followed by abdominal obesity and peripheral obesity in Chinese school‐age Children.MENG LingHui LUO Na MI Jie 2011Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2011,24,1:13

4Deformation Behavior and Microstructure Evolution of Wrought Magnesium Alloys显示文摘There are many researches on the deformation behavior of wrought magnesium alloys, such as AZ31, AZ80, AZ91, and ZK60 magnesium alloys at different temperatures and strain rates, but few of them focuses on the deformation behavior of AZ41M and ZK60M alloys, especially under the twin-roll casting (TRC) state. Meanwhile, the existing researches only focus on the grain refinement law of the magnesium alloys under deformation conditions, the deformation mechanism has not been revealed yet. The hot compression behavior of AZ41M and ZK60M magnesium alloys under the temperature and strain rate ranges of 250-400 ℃ and 0.001-1 s-1 are studied by thermal simulation methods using Gleeble 1500 machine and virtual simulation using finite element analysis software. Simulation results show that sine hyperbolic law is the most suitable flow stress model for wider deformation conditions. The most reasonable selected deformation conditions of ZK60M alloy is 350 oC/0.1 s-1 for TRC and 350 oC/1 s-1 for conventional casting (CC), while AZ41M alloy is 300 oC/0.01 s-1 for TRC and 350 oC/0.1 s-1 for CC. Deformation behavior and dynamic recrystallization (DRX) mechanism of them are analyzed at the same deformation conditions. The microstructures of AZ41M and ZK60M alloys are observed at different deformed conditions by optical microscopy (OM) and electron back scatter diffraction (EBSD) and it reveals the flow behavior and deformation mechanism of them. Working harden and work soften contribute to the activation of basal, non-basal slip systems which promote DRX. 7Effect of a starch-based filter aid on the dewatering of fine clean coal显示文摘The dewatering of fine, flotation cleaned coals from Huaibei and Xuzhou (bituminous) and Yongcheng (anthracite) were studied. The supernatant and filter cake were examined to determine the rate and extent of flocculation and dewatering. A starch-based filter aid was used to increase flocculation and dewatering rates. The filtration constant, K, and compression index, s, of the Yongcheng slurry were measured under various conditions. A designed experiment was performed to determine optimum conditions for dewatering. The results showed that the filter aid enhanced flocculation and coagulation of the fine cleaned coal slurry, enhanced the structure of the filter cake and promoted dewatering of the cake. 8Chromopeptide A, a highly cytotoxic depsipeptide from the marine sediment-derived bacterium Chromobacterium sp. HS-13-94显示文摘A bicyclic depsipeptide, chromopeptide A(1), was isolated from a deep-sea-derived bacterium Chromobacterium sp. HS-13-94. Its structure was determined by extensive spectroscopic analysis and by comparison with a related known compound. The absolute configuration of chromopeptide A was established by X-ray diffraction analysis employing graphite monochromated Mo K_α radiation(λ ? 0.71073 ?) with small Flack parameter 0.03. 9Experimental Analysis of Shear Strength of Undisturbed Soil in Leucaena Forest in Jiangjia Ravine,Yunnan,China显示文摘Five leucaena trees of similar age were chosen in Jiangjia Ravine of Dongchuan,Yunnan Province,China,near which the soil samples were collected by digging profiles 2m in depth and 1m in width.In each section,soil samples at different depths were taken for direct shear experiments to determine the root amount and mechanical composition.It is found that the cohesion and internal friction angle of the undisturbed soil are related to the root amount,depth,clay content and breccias content.Cohesion correlates negatively with root content,a finding that differs from that of other researchers.In addition,internal friction angle correlates positively with all these factors.JIAO Zhen 2010Journal of Mountain Science2010,7,4:5
10Numerical study of three phase shifts and dual corrugation pitch modulated(CPM) DFB semiconductor lasers based on reconstruction equivalent chirp technology显示文摘A distributed feedback(DFB) semiconductor laser with three phase shifts based on reconstruction equivalent chirp(REC) technology is proposed and investigated numerically.With the combination of multiple phase shifts and corrugation pitch modulated(CPM) structure,we also propose a novel and more complex structure named dual CPM,which has a flatter light power distribution along the laser cavity compared with the true double phase shifts DFB laser diode(LD),while the P-I curves are nearly the same.The proposed dual CPM structure is also designed and analyzed based on REC technology.The simulation results show that,the DFB semiconductor laser with complex structure such as phase shifts,or even arbitrary variation of the grating period can be achieved equivalently and easily by changing the sampling structure.But its external characteristics are almost the same as those DFB lasers with true phase shifts,or true arbitrary variation of the grating period.The key advantage of the REC technology is that it varies only the sampling structure and keeps the seed grating(actual grating in sampling structure) period constant.So its fabrication needs only low-cost and standard holographic exposure technology.Therefore we believe this method can achieve the high-end and low-cost DFB LD for mass production.SHI YueChun TU XingHua LI SiMin ZHOU YaTing JIA LingHui CHEN XiangFei 2010Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,35:4
11基于数据挖掘技术探讨中药复方治疗膜性肾病的用药规律显示文摘目的:应用频数分析、关联规则分析等数据挖掘技术探讨中药复方治疗膜性肾病的组方配伍规律,为中药复方治疗膜性肾病(MN)的临床循证实践提供参考。方法:以'膜性肾病'为篇名,通过中国知网数据库进行检索,排除西医药物、单味中药处方及中药提取物。提取入选文献的中药复方组方内容,对中药名称进行术语规范化处理,建立中药复方药物构成数据库。应用R软件进行频数分析、关联规则分析,对中药复方进行数据挖掘,对中药复方的药物使用频数、药物配伍规律进行统计量化分析。结果:170首治疗膜性肾病的中药复方中,出现配伍频数较高的中药为黄芪、茯苓、白术、党参、丹参、当归、山药、山茱萸等;出现频数极低且不常用的中药为鬼箭羽、胡芦巴、虎耳草等。关联规则分析共筛选出17条有意义的配伍关联,提示黄芪、茯苓、白术等为配伍核心药物,常与淫羊藿、山茱萸、山药、泽泻等中药配伍。结论:数据挖掘技术提示益气健脾等治疗原则是中药复方治疗膜性肾病的主要组方配伍规律,频数分析、关联规则分析等数据挖掘技术可为中医药临床循证实践提供参考依据。邓静 Linghui Zeng 黄国东 唐咸艳 2017广西中医药2017,40,5:4

13Inhibiting Hv1 channel in peripheral sensory neurons attenuates chronic inflammatory pain and opioid side effects显示文摘Both opioids and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDS)produce deleterious side effects and fail to provide sustained relief in patients with chronic inflammatory pain.Peripheral neuroinflammation(PN)is critical for initiation and development of inflammatory pain.A better understanding of molecular mechanisms underlying PN would facilitate the discovery of new analgesic targets and the development of new therapeutics.Emerging evidence suggests that peripheral sensory neurons are not only responders to painful stimuli,but are also actively engaged in inflammation and immunity,whereas the intrinsic regulatory mechanism is poorly understood.Here we report the expression of proton-selective ion channel Hv1 in peripheral sensory neurons in rodents and humans,which was previously shown as selectively expressed in microglia in mammalian central nervous system.Neuronal Hv1 was up-regulated by PN or depolarizing stimulation,which in turn aggravates inflammation and nociception.Inhibiting neuronal Hv1 genetically or by a newly discovered selective inhibitor YHV98-4 reduced intracellular alkalization and ROS production in inflammatory pain,mitigated the imbalance in downstream SHP-1-pAKT signaling,and also diminished pro-inflammatory chemokine release to alleviate nociception and morphine-induced hyperalgesia and tolerance.Thus,our data reveal neuronal Hv1 as a novel target in analgesia strategy and managing opioids-related side effects.Qiansen Zhang Yimin Ren Yiqing Mo Peipei Guo Ping Liao Yuncheng Luo Jie Mu Zhuo Chen Yang Zhang Ya Li Linghui Yang Daqing Liao Jie Fu Juwen Shen Wei Huang Xuewen Xu Yanyan Guo Lianghe Mei Yunxia Zuo Jin Liu Huaiyu Yang Ruotian Jiang 2022Cell Research2022,32,5:3

17Spatial structure of turbulent mixing of an anticyclonic mesoscale eddy in the northern South China Sea显示文摘Upper turbulent mixing in the interior and surrounding areas of an anticyclonic eddy in the northern South China Sea(SCS)was estimated from underwater glider data(May 2015)in the present study,using the Gregg-HenyeyPolzin parameterization and the Thorpe-scale method.The observations revealed a clear asymmetrical spatial pattern of turbulent mixing in the anticyclonic eddy area.Enhanced diffusivity(in the order of 10–3 m2/s)was found at the posterior edge of the anticyclonic mesoscale eddy;on the anterior side,diffusivity was one order of magnitude lower on average.This asymmetrical pattern was highly correlated with the eddy kinetic energy.Higher shear variance on the posterior side,which is conducive to the triggering of shear instability,may be the main mechanism for the elevated diffusivity.In addition,the generation and growth of sub-mesoscale motions that are fed by mesoscale eddies on their posterior side may also promote the occurrence of strong mixing in the studied region.The results of this study help improve our knowledge regarding turbulent mixing in the northern SCS.Yongfeng Qi Chenjing Shang Huabin Mao Chunhua Qiu Changrong Liang Linghui Yu Jiancheng Yu Xiaodong Shang 2020Acta Oceanologica Sinica2020,39,11:2

19Analysis on internal mechanism of zedoary turmeric in treatment of liver cancer based on pharmacodynamic substances and pharmacodynamic groups显示文摘Zedoary tumeric(Curcumae Rhizoma,Ezhu in Chinese)has a long history of application and has great potential in the treatment of liver cancer.The antiliver cancer effect of zedoary tumeric depends on the combined action of multiple pharmacodynamic substances.In order to clarify the specific mechanism of zedoary tumeric against liver cancer,this paper first analyzes the mechanism of its single pharmacodynamic substance against liver cancer,and then verifies the joint anti liver cancer mechanism of its“pharmacodynamic group”.By searching the research on the antihepatoma effect of active components of zedoary tumeric in recent years,we found that pharmacodynamic substances,including curcumol,zedoarondiol,curcumenol,curzerenone,curdione,curcumin,germacrone,β-elemene,can act on multi-target and multi-channel to play an antihepatoma role.For example,curcumin can regulate miR,GLO1,CD133,VEGF,YAP,LIN28B,GPR81,HCAR-1,P53 and PI3K/Akt/mTOR,HSP70/TLR4 and NF-κB.Wnt/TGF/EMT,Nrf2/Keap1,JAK/STAT and other pathways play an antihepatoma role.Network pharmacological analysis showed that the core targets of the“pharmacodynamic group”for anti-life cancer are AKT1,EGFR,MAPK8,etc,and the core pathways are neuroactive live receiver interaction,nitrogen metabolism,HIF-1 signaling pathway,etc.At the same time,by comparing and analyzing the relationship between the specific mechanisms of pharmacodynamic substance and“pharmacodynamic group”,it is found that they have great reference significance in target,pathway,biological function,determination of core pharmacodynamic components,formation of core target protein interaction,in-depth research of single pharmacodynamic substance,increasing curative effect and so on.By analyzing the internal mechanism of zedoary tumeric pharmacodynamic substance and“pharmacodynamic group”in the treatment of liver cancer,this paper intends to provide some ideas and references for the deeper pharmacological research of zedoary tumeric and the relationship between pharmacodynamic substance and“pharmacodynamic group”.Zeyu Li Erwei Hao Rui Cao Si Lin Linghui Zou Tianyan Huang Zhengcai Du Xiaotao Hou Jiagang Deng 2022Chinese Herbal Medicines2022,14,4:2
20Effects of catalyst mass loading on electrocatalytic activity:An example of oxygen evolution reaction显示文摘The evaluation of the intrinsic activity of catalysts is the most basic in searching energy-and cost-efficient catalyst materials for various applications.The accurate determination of the intrinsic activity is essential for identifying efficient catalysts.While a huge number of studies of electrocatalysis for various applications have been reported,the effects of electrode loading on the apparent intrinsic activity obtained experimentally have been rarely discussed.With a high mass loading on the electrode,not all the catalyst surfaces can be electrochemically active because not all the surfaces can be wetted by the electrolyte.The loading also affects the transport of electrons over the electrode as well as the transport of ions in the electrolyte,and thus affects the kinetics.These lead to the derivations of the apparent intrinsic activity from the real intrinsic activity.Herein,for better understanding the derivations,we evaluate and discuss the effects of electrode mass loading using oxygen evolution reaction as an example.Linghui Yu Shengnan Suna Haiyan Li Zhichuan JXu 2021Fundamental Research2021,1,4:2
