1Geochemical Characteristics and Sources of Ore-forming Fluids of the Mayuan Pb-Zn Deposit,Nanzheng,Shaanxi,China显示文摘The Mayuan stratabound Pb-Zn deposit in Nanzheng,Shaanxi Province,is located in the northern margin of the Yangtze Plate,in the southern margin of the Beiba Arch.The orebodies are stratiform and hosted in breciated dolostone of the Sinian Dengying Formation.The ore minerals are primarily sphalerite and galena,and the gangue minerals comprise of dolomite,quartz,barite,calcite and solid bitumen.Fluid inclusions from ore-stage quartz and calcite have homogenization tempreatures from 98 to 337℃ and salinities from 7.7 wt%to 22.2 wt%(NaCl equiv.).The vapor phase of the inclusions is mainly composed of CH_4 with minor CO_2 and H_2S.The δD_(fluid) values of fluid inclusions in quartz and calcite display a range from-68‰ to-113‰(SMOW),and the δ^(18)O_(fluid)values calculated from δ^(18)O_(quartz) and δ^(18)O_(calcite) values range from 4.5‰ to 16.7‰(SMOW).These data suggest that the ore-forming fluids may have been derived from evaporitic sea water that had reacted with organic matter.The δ^(13)C_(CH4) values of CH_4 in fluid inclusions range from-37.2‰ to-21.0‰(PDB),suggesting that the CH_4 in the ore-forming fluids was mainly derived from organic matter.This,together with the abundance of solid bitumen in the ores,suggest that organic matter played an important role in mineralization,and that the thermochemical sulfate reduction(TSR) was the main mechanism of sulfide precipitation.The Mayuan Pb-Zn deposit is a carbonate-hosted epigenetic deposit that may be classified as a Mississippi Valley type(MVT) deposit.LIU Shuwen LI Ronxi CHI Guoxiang ZENG Rong LIU Lingfang SHI Shun 2015Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2015,89,3:5
2BMP-7/Smads通路参与EndoMT在大鼠HHPH中的作用显示文摘目的:探讨骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)-7/Smads通路参与的内皮-间充质转化(EndoMT)在大鼠低氧高二氧化碳性肺动脉高压(HHPH)中的作用。方法:将大鼠肺动脉内皮细胞(RPAECs)分为常氧对照(Con)组、低氧高二氧化碳(HH)组、BMP受体激动剂rhBMP-7组、BMP受体抑制剂DMH-1组和溶剂DMSO组。各组给予相应的药物后,Con组置于常氧培养箱中培养,其余4组置于低氧高二氧化碳培养箱中培养。采用免疫荧光标记法观察细胞CD31和α-平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)的表达水平;RT-PCR和Western blot法分别检测各组细胞α-SMA、CD31和Smad1/5/8的mRNA和蛋白表达水平;CCK-8法检测细胞活力;Transwell小室法检测细胞的迁移水平。结果:与Con组相比,HH组α-SMA的mRNA和蛋白表达水平升高,而CD31的mRNA和蛋白表达水平、Smad1/5/8的mRNA和p-Smad1/5/8的蛋白表达水平降低,同时细胞活力降低而迁移增多(P<0.05)。与HH组相比,rhBMP-7组α-SMA的mRNA和蛋白表达水平降低,而CD31的mRNA和蛋白表达水平、Smad1/5/8的mRNA和p-Smad1/5/8的蛋白表达水平升高,同时细胞活力升高而迁移减少(P<0.05)。与rhBMP-7组相比,DMH-1组α-SMA的mRNA和蛋白表达水平升高,而CD31的mRNA和蛋白表达水平及Smad1/5/8的mRNA和p-Smad1/5/8的蛋白表达水平降低,同时细胞活力降低而迁移增多(P<0.05)。结论:低氧高二氧化碳可促进RPAECs发生EndoMT,从而促进HHPH的发展,其机制可能与抑制BMP-7/Smads通路有关。张晶晶 武垣伶 黄丹娜 高慧 楼国强 周卓琳 Lingfang SHI 王万铁 2020中国病理生理杂志2020,36,2:1

4Evaluating the effect of midpalatal corticotomy-assisted rapid maxillary expansion on the upper airway in young adults using computational fluid dynamics显示文摘Midpalatal corticotomy-assisted rapid maxillary expansion(MCRME)is a minimally invasive treatment of maxillary transverse deficiency(MTD)in young adults.However,the effect of MCRME on respiratory function still needs to be determined.In this study,we evaluated the changes in maxillary morphology and the upper airway following MCRME using computational fluid dynamics(CFD).Twenty patients with MTD(8 males,12 females;mean age 20.55 years)had cone-beam computed tomography(CBCT)images taken before and after MCRME.The CBCT data were used to construct a threedimensional(3 D)upper airway model.The upper airway flow characteristics were simulated using CFD,and measurements were made based on the CBCT images and CFD.The results showed that the widths of the palatal bone and nasal cavity,and the intermolar width were increased significantly after MCRME.The volume of the nasal cavity and nasopharynx increased significantly,while there were no obvious changes in the volumes of the oropharynx and hypopharynx.CFD simulation of the upper airway showed that the pressure drop and maximum velocity of the upper airway decreased significantly after treatment.Our results suggest that in these young adults with MTD,increasing the maxillary width,upper airway volume,and quantity of airflow by MCRME substantially improved upper airway ventilation.Juan LI Lingfang SHI Xiayao ZHANG Luxi WENG Hong CHEN Jun LIN 2021Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2021,22,2:1
5Tunable Filters Based on Cascaded Long-Period Polymer Waveguide Gratings显示文摘Long-period waveguide grating based filters have attracted attention due to their flexible fabrication,a variety of materials and structures,low back reflection,low insertion loss,and excellent performance in the tuning range and temperature sensitivity.To our knowledge,for the first time,a two-segment polymer long-period waveguide grating was cascaded to implement a filter with a narrower bandwidth.Experimental results showed that the device had a maximum extinction ratio of 24 dB at 1577 nm,and the 12 dB bandwidth was 10 nm.The temperature sensitivity of the fabricated device was 1.79 nm/℃.Xin SHI Rui CAO Lingfang WANG 2022Photonic Sensors2022,12,4:0
