| 1 | ^(40)Ar-^(39)Ar dating and geological implication of auriferous altered rocks from the middle-deep section of Q875 gold-quartz vein in Xiaoqinling area, Henan,China显示文摘The 40Ar-39Ar age method is employed in this work to analyze the auriferous altered rocks from the middle-deep section of the Q875 gold-quartz vein in the Xiao-qinling area, and the results show that the main gold deposition of the Q875 occurred in ca. 128-126 Ma. As a typical gold-bearing quartz vein in this gold-rich area, the age data obtained from the Q875 also constrain on the metallogenic time of the lode gold deposits developed in the same geological settings. | 2 | Formability,microstructure evolution and mechanical properties of wire arc additively manufactured AZ80M magnesium alloy using gas tungsten arc welding显示文摘Wire arc additive manufacturing(WAAM)technology has been used to fabricate the multi-layer single-pass deposited wall of AZ80M magnesium(Mg)alloy by gas tungsten arc welding.The formability,thermal cycles,microstructural evolution and mechanical properties of the WAAM AZ80M Mg alloy were investigated.The results show that there was significant difference in the temperature variation and the geometries between the original several layers and the subsequent deposited layers.Owing to the arc energy input,the interpass temperature rised rapidly and then stabilized at 150℃.As a result,the width of the deposited wall increased and then kept stable.There were obvious differences in the microstructure of the WAAM AZ80M Mg alloy among the top zone,intermediate zone and bottom zone of deposited wall.During the arc deposition process,theβphase of the WAAM AZ80M Mg alloy redissolved due to the cyclic heat accumulation,and then precipitated in the grain boundary.The cyclic heat accumulation also led to weakening of dendrite segregation.From the substrate to the top zone,the hardness of the deposited wall decreased gradually,and the intermediate zone which was the main body of deposited wall had relatively uniform hardness.The tensile properties of the WAAM AZ80M Mg alloy were different between the vertical direction and the horizontal direction.And the maximum ultimate tensile strength of the WAAM AZ80M Mg alloy was 308 MPa which was close to that of the as-extruded AZ80M Mg alloy. | Yangyang Guo Gaofeng Quan Yinglong Jiang Lingbao Ren Lingling Fan Houhong Pan | 2021 | Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2021,9,1: | 10 |

| 6 | Highly Reversible Li–Se Batteries with Ultra-Lightweight N,S-Codoped Graphene Blocking Layer显示文摘The desire for practical utilization of rechargeable lithium batteries with high energy density has motivated attempts to develop new electrode materials and battery systems. Here, without additional binders we present a simple vacuum filtration method to synthesize nitrogen and sulfur codoped graphene(N,S-G) blocking layer, which is ultra-lightweight, conductive, and free standing. When the N,S-G membrane was inserted between the catholyte and separator, the lithium–selenium(Li–Se)batteries exhibited a high reversible discharge capacity of 330.7 mAh g^(-1) at 1 C(1 C = 675 mA g^(-1)) after 500 cycles and high rate performance(over 310 mAh g^(-1) at 4 C) even at an active material loading as high as ~5 mg cm^(-2). This excellent performance can be ascribed to homogenous dispersion of the liquid active material in the electrode, good Li^+-ion conductivity, fast electronic transport in the conductive graphene framework, andstrong chemical confinement of polyselenides by nitrogen and sulfur atoms. | 13 | AQR is a novel type 2 diabetes-associated gene that regulates signaling pathways critical for glucose metabolism显示文摘Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM) is a common metabolic disease influenced by both genetic and environmental factors. In this study, we performed an in-house genotyping and meta-analysis study using three independent GWAS datasets of T2 DM and found that rs3743121, located 1 kb downstream of AQR,was a novel susceptibility SNP associated with T2 DM. The risk allele C of rs3743121 was correlated with the increased expression of AQR in white blood cells, similar to that observed in T2 DM models. The knockdown of AQR in HepG2 facilitated the glucose uptake, decreased the expression level of PCK2,increased the phosphorylation of GSK-3β, and restored the insulin sensitivity. Furthermore, the suppression of AQR inhibited the mTOR pathway and the protein ubiquitination process.
