2Improved fluid search optimization-based real-time weed mapping显示文摘In the field of agriculture,variable-rate herbicide spraying(VRHS)technology has been used to solve the low efficiency of pesticides and crop chemical residues.The key of VRHS is the quick and precise identification of weeds from field images,which forms a weed map.Fluid search optimization(FSO)was able to simplify the threshold optimization process to create a weed map,which simulated the fluid flowing from high pressure to low pressure,but it is time consuming and often converges prematurely.So,an explosion mechanism and a twophase optimization were introduced to improve the FSO-based segmentation algorithm.Experiments of segmentation weeds from a corn field at seedling growth stage showed that the IFSO algorithm obtained the best accuracy of 93.3%and the least running time of 0.019 s,compared with the standard PSO,GA,and FSO algorithms.Chengcheng Chen Shengsheng Wang Xianchang Wang Helong Yu Ruyi Dong 2020Information Processing in Agriculture2020,7,3:1
3An Artificial Light-Harvesting System with Tunable Fluorescence Color in Aqueous Sodium Dodecyl Sulfonate Micellar Systems for Photochemical Catalysis显示文摘Main observation and conclusion In the present work,an artificial light-harvesting system with fluorescence resonance energy transfer(FRET)is successfully fabricated in aqueous sodium dodecyl sulfonate(SDS)micellar systems.Since the tight and orderly arrangement of dodecyl in the SDS micelles is hydrophobic,tetra-(4-pyridylphenyl)ethylene(4PyTPE)can be easily encapsulated into the hydrophobic layer of SDS micelles through noncovalent interaction,which exhibits aggregation-induced emission(AIE)phenomenon and can be used as energy donor.By using amphoteric sulforhodamine 101(SR101)fluorescent dye attached to the negatively charged surface of SDS micelles through electrostatic interaction as energy acceptor,the light-harvesting FRET process can be efficiently simulated.Through the steady-state emission spectra analysis in the micelle-mediated energy transfer from 4PyTPE to SR101,the fluorescence emission can be tuned and white light emission with CIE coordinates of(0.31,0.29)can be successfully achieved by tuning the donor/acceptor ratio.More importantly,to better mimic natural photosynthesis,the SDS micelles with 4PyTPE and SR101 FRET system showed enhanced catalytic activity in photochemical catalysis for dehalogenation ofα-bromoacetophenone in aqueous solution and the photocatalytic reaction could be extended to gram levels.Xinglong Li Ying Wang Ao Song Minghui Zhang Mengning Chen Man Jiang Shengsheng Yu Rongzhou Wang Lingbao Xing 2021Chinese Journal of Chemistry2021,39,10:1

8Artificial light-harvesting systems and their applications in photocatalysis and cell labeling显示文摘Photosynthesis is the basis for the survival of organisms in nature;consequently,the fabrication of artificial light-harvesting systems(LHSs)that simulate natural photosynthesis is of significant interest.Recently,a variety of artificial LHSs have been successfully constructed using fluorescence resonance energy transfer(FRET).However,it is crucial to fabricate artificial LHSs with a sequential energy transfer process when considering that the natural photosynthetic process involves a multistep sequential energy transfer process rather than a simple one-step energy transfer.Moreover,many previously reported LHSs have been used as imaging agents for cell labeling and bioimaging or as catalysts in photocatalytic reactions,showing promise for applications simulating natural photosynthesis.In this review,we have summarized recently published representative work on artificial LHSs.In addition,the application of LHSs in photocatalysis and cell labeling has been described in detail.Ying Wang Ning Han Xinglong Li Shengsheng Yu Lingbao Xing 2022ChemPhysMater2022,1,4:0
9Data Location Mechanism in Agent-Based Autonomic Storage Systems显示文摘This paper introduces agent-based methodology to build a distributed autonomic storage system infrastructure, and an effectively negotiation mechanism based on agent is applied for data location. We present Availability-based Data Allocation (ADA) algorithm as a data placement strategy to achieve high efficient utilization of storage resources by employing multiple distributed storage resources. We use Bloom filter in each storage device to track the location of data. 10A novel strategy of constructing 2D supramolecular organic framework sensor for the identification of toxic metal ions显示文摘Two novel two-dimensional(2D)supramolecular organic frameworks were fabricated in water based on the encapsulation-enhanced donor-acceptor interaction between the methyl viologen(MV)units,methoxy naphthyl(MN)units,and CB[8].The tetraphenylethylene(TPE)derivatives 1 with four MV units were employed as rigid building blocks and the two MN units modified oligoethylene glycol derivatives 2 and 3 served as flexible edges,respectively.The obtained two SOFs have obvious sheet-like structures and exhibit fluorescence emission at 350-500 nm.In addition,these two SOFs were employed for the luminescent detection of Cr(Ⅵ)and Mn(Ⅶ)in aqueous solutions,and the detection limits of CrO_(4)^(2-),Cr_(2)_(O)_(7)^(2-),and MnO_(4)were calculated in a very low concentration range,indicating that these two SOFs can serve as a potential sensor for Cr(Ⅵ)and Mn(Ⅶ)detection in water.This work constructs two SOFs in an aqueous solution through a facile method and further enriches the applications of SOFs.Ying Wang Ning Han Chao-Qun Ma Hui Liu Shengsheng Yu Rongzhou Wang Vijay Kumar Thakur Ling-Bao Xing 2023Nano Materials Science2023,5,3:0
11Construction and application of the polyelectrolyte-based sequential artificial light-harvesting system显示文摘In this work,we have designed and synthesized a cyano-substituted p-phenylenevinylene derivative(PPTA),which can self-assemble into positively charged nanoparticles in an aqueous solution with a deep green fluorescence.An anionic polyelectrolyte material guar gum modified by carboxylic acid(GP5A)was chosen to build an artificial light-harvesting system(LHS)through self-assembly with PPTA,in which two acceptors Eosin Y(EY)and Nile red(NiR)were loaded into the PPTA-GP5A assemblies through electrostatic interaction and Van der Waals force.By adjusting the molar ratio of PPTA-GP5A/EY at 1:0.004,the one-step artificial LHS can exhibit high energy transfer efficiency(Φ_(ET))(38.9%)and antenna effect(AE)(4.6).Subsequently,with the addition of NiR,theΦET and AE of the two-step sequential artificial LHS were calculated to be 71.9%and 13.5,respectively.Moreover,the two-step artificial LHS constructed by the polyelectrolyte material GP5A can be used as a nanoreactor to photocatalyst alkylation of C-H bonds of phenyl vinyl sulfone(PVS)and tetrahydrofuran(THF)in water with a yield of 42%.Therefore,we have constructed an artificial LHS with two-step energy transfer based on polyelectrolytes through the electrostatic interaction to improve energy transfer efficiency,which can also be used as a nanoreactor for photocatalysis.Chaoqun Ma Ning Han Ying Wang Hui Liu Rongzhou Wang Shengsheng Yu Yuebo Wang Lingbao Xing 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,8:0
12High-resolution genetic mapping and identification of candidate genes for the wheat stem rust resistance gene Sr8155B1显示文摘Stem rust,caused by Puccinia graminis f.sp.tritici(Pgt),threatens global wheat production.Development of cultivars with increased resistance to stem rust by identification,mapping,and deployment of resistance genes is the best strategy for controlling the disease.In this study,we performed fine mapping and characterization of the all-stage stem rust resistance(Sr)gene Sr8155B1 from the durum wheat line 8155-B1.In seedling tests of biparental populations,Sr8155B1 was effective against six Chinese Pgt races tested.In a segregating population of 5060 gametes,Sr8155B1 was mapped to a 0.06-cM region flanked by markers Pku2772 and Pku43365,corresponding to 1.5-and 2.7-Mb regions in the Svevo and Chinese Spring reference genomes.Both regions include several typical nucleotide-binding leucine-rich repeat(NLR)and protein kinase genes that represent candidate genes.Among them,three NLR genes and three receptor-like protein kinases were highly polymorphic between the parental lines and their transcripts were upregulated in the homozygous resistant line TdR2 relative to its susceptible sister line TdS4.Four markers(Pku2772,Pku43365,Pku2950,and Pku3721)developed in this study,together with seedling resistance responses,correctly predicted Sr8155B1 absence or presence in 78 tetraploid wheat genotypes tested.The presence of Sr8155B1 in tetraploid wheat accessions CItr 14916,PI 197492,and PI 197493 was confirmed by mapping in three F_(2)populations.The genetic map and linked markers developed in this study may accelerate the deployment of Sr8155B1-mediated resistance in wheat breeding programs.Jian Wang Hongyu Li Tao Shen Shikai Lyu Shams ur Rehman Hongna Li Guiping Wang Binyang Xu Qing Wang Wanyi Hu Kairong Li Shengsheng Bai Jian Ma Haitao Yu Matthew N.Rouse Shisheng Chen 2023The Crop Journal2023,11,6:0
13Remote Tracking Gas Molecular via the Standalone-Like Nanosensor-Based Tele-Monitoring System显示文摘Remote tracking the variation of air quality in an effective way will be highly helpful to decrease the health risk of human short-and long-term exposures to air pollution.However,high power consumption and poor sensing performance remain the concerned issues,thereby limiting the scale-up in deploying air quality tracking networks.Herein,we report a standalone-like smart device that can remotely track the variation of air pollutants in a power-saving way.Brevity,the created smart device demonstrated satisfactory selectivity(against six kinds of representative exhaust gases or air pollutants),desirable response magnitude(164–100 ppm),and acceptable response/recovery rate(52.0/50.5 s),as well as linear response relationship to NO2.After aging for 2 weeks,the created device exhibited relatively stable sensing performance more than 3 months.Moreover,a photoluminescence-enhanced light fidelity(Li-Fi)telecommunication technique is proposed and the Li-Fi communication distance is significantly extended.Conclusively,our reported standalone-like smart device would sever as a powerful sensing platform to construct high-performance and low-power consumption air quality wireless sensor networks and to prevent air pollutant-induced diseases via a more effective and low-cost approach.Han Jin Junkan Yu Daxiang Cui Shan Gao Hao Yang Xiaowei Zhang Changzhou Hua Shengsheng Cui Cuili Xue Yuna Zhang Yuan Zhou Bin Liu Wenfeng Shen Shengwei Deng Wanlung Kam Waifung Cheung 2021Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,2:0
