| 1 | 智能路面发展与展望显示文摘为了促进智能路面的发展,综述了智能路面各项技术的研究进展和发展趋势。首先提出了智能路面的定义,在此基础上明确了智能路面的体系架构,包括路面信息感知获取层、信息集成处理层、综合服务层和能量供给层;重点介绍了智能路面信息采集技术、信息管理与分析技术、能量收集与利用技术、自我调节技术和基于智能路面的车路协同技术等关键技术的发展现状,讨论了智能路面的设计和建造方法;最后提出了智能路面现有研究存在的问题和不足,并对其今后的发展做出展望。研究结果表明:智能路面是由特定的结构材料、感知网络、信息中心、通信网络和能源系统组成,具有多种智能,并且能够为人、车、环境提供服务的道路路面;智能路面的发展将有助于充分发挥道路自身潜力和适应未来的交通工具;在路面信息的采集过程中,传感器在耐久性和实用性等方面存在的技术难题仍需进一步解决;智能路面的各种能量收集和自我调节技术应着重解决低成本和高性能的问题;物联网、大数据、云计算和各种人工智能方法在智能路面的监测和管理过程中具有广阔的应用前景;智能路面作为一种新型的道路路面,其设计和施工可以结合建筑信息模型(BIM)、模块化施工、3D打印和智能压实技术,集合成一套新的建造工艺。 | WANG Linbing 王含笑 赵千 杨海露 赵鸿铎 HUANG Baoshan | 2019 | 中国公路学报2019,0,4: | 43 |

| 3 | Adsorption separation of carbon dioxide, methane and nitrogen on monoethanol amine modified β-zeolite显示文摘A new type of composite adsorbents was synthesized by incorporating monoethanol amine (MEA) into β-zeolite. The parent and MEA- functionalized β-zeolites were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), N2 adsorption, and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The adsorption behavior of carbon dioxide (CO2), methane (CH4), and nitrogen (N2) on these adsorbents was investigated at 303 K. The results show that the structure of zeolite was well preserved after MEA modification. In comparison with CH4 and N2, CO2 was preferentially adsorbed on the adsorbents investigated. The introduction of MEA significantly improved the selectivity of both CO2/CH4 and CO2/N2, the optimal selectivity of CO2/CH4 can reach 7.70 on 40 wt% of MEA-functionalized β-zeolite (MEA(40)-β) at 1 atm. It is worth noticing that a very high selectivity of CO2/N2 of 25.67 was obtained on MEA(40)-β. Steric effect and chemical adsorbate-adsorbent interaction were responsible for such high adsorption selectivity of CO2. | 6 | Laboratory evaluation of cement treated aggregate containing crushed clay brick显示文摘The waste clay bricks fromdebris of buildings were evaluated through lab tests as environmental friendly materials for pavement sub-base in the research. Five sets of coarse aggregates which contained 0,25%,50%,75% and 100% crushed bricks,respectively,were blended with sand and treated by 5% cement. The test results indicated that cement treated aggregate which contains crushed clay brick aggregate had a lower maximumdry density( M DD) and a higher optimummoisture content( OMC). Moreover,the unconfined compressive strength( UCS),resilience modulus,splitting strength,and frost resistance performance of the specimens decreased with increase of the amount of crushed clay brick aggregate. On the other hand,it can be observed that the use of crushed clay brick in the mixture decreased the dry shrinkage strain of the specimens. Compared with the asphalt pavement design specifications of China,the results imply that the substitution rate of natural aggregate with crushed clay brick aggregate in the cement treated aggregate sub-base material should be less than 50%( 5% cement content in the mixture). | 8 | A Novel Chimeric Mitochondrial Gene Confers Cytoplasmic Effects on Seed Oil Content in Polyploid Rapeseed (Brassica napus)显示文摘Cytoplasmic effects (CEs) have been discovered to influence a diverse array of agronomic traits in crops, and understanding the underlying mechanisms can help accelerate breeding programs. Seed oil content (SOC) is of great agricultural, nutritional, and economic importance. However, the genetic basis of CEs on SOC (CE-SOC) remains enigmatic. In this study, we use an optimized approach to sequence the cytoplasmic (plastid and mitochondrial) genomes of allotetraploid oilseed rape (Brassica napus) cultivars, 51218 and 56366, that bear contrasting CE-SOC. By combining comparative genomics and genome-wide transcriptome analysis, we identify mitochondria-encoded orf188 as a potential CE-SOC determinant gene. Functional analyses in the model system Arabidopsis thaliana and rapeseed demonstrated that orf188 governs CE-SOC and could significantly increase SOC, strikingly, through promoting the yield of ATP. Consistent with this finding, transcriptional profiling with microarray and RNA sequencing revealed that orf188 affects transcriptional reprogramming of mitochondrial energy metabolism to facilitate ATP production. Intriguingly, orf188 is a previously uncharacterized chimeric gene, and the presence of this genetic novelty endows rapeseed with positive CE-SOC. | 10 | Microbial Aspects of Anaerobic BTEX Degradation显示文摘Combined with conventional methods, developments in both geochemical (delineation of redox processes) and molecular microbial methods (analysis of 16S rDNA genes and functional genes) have allowed us to study in details microorganisms and genes involved in the anaerobic degradation of benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and xylene (BTEX) under specific redox conditions. This review summarizes recent research in this field. The potential for anaerobic BTEX degradation is widely spread. Specific groups of microorganisms appear to be involved in degradation under different redox conditions. Members of the Azoarcus/Thauera cluster perform BTEX degradation under denitrifying conditions, Geobacteraceae under Fe (III) reducing conditions and Desulfobacteriaceae under sulfate reducing conditions. The information so far obtained on biochemistry and molecular genetics of BTEX degradation indicates that each BTEX compound is funneled into the central benzyol-CoA pathway by a different peripheral pathway. The peripheral pathways of per BTEX compound show similarities among different physiological groups of microorganisms.
