1Optimal Auxiliary Frequency Control of Wind Turbine Generators and Coordination with Synchronous Generators显示文摘Auxiliary frequency control of a wind turbine generator(WTG) has been widely used to enhance the frequencysecurity of power systems with high penetration of renewableenergy. Previous studies recommend two types of control schemes,including frequency droop control and emulated inertia control,which simulate the response characteristics of the synchronousgenerator (SG). This paper plans to further explore the optimalauxiliary frequency control of the wind turbine based on previousresearch. First, it is determined that the virtual inertia control haslittle effect on the maximum rate of change of frequency (MaxROCOF)if the time delay of the control link of WTG is taken intoconsideration. Secondly, if a WTG operates in maximum powerpoint tracking (MPPT) mode and uses the rotor deceleration forfrequency modulation, its optimal auxiliary frequency control willcontain only droop control. Furthermore, if the droop control isproperly delayed, better system frequency response (SFR) willbe obtained. The reason is that coordination between the WTGand SG is important for SFR when the frequency modulationcapability of the WTG is limited. 2High-speed optical secure communication with an external noise source and an internal time-delayed feedback loop显示文摘We propose and experimentally demonstrate a novel physical layer encryption scheme for high-speed optical communication. A 10 Gb/s on-off keying signal is secretly transmitted over 100 km standard single-mode fiber.The intensity-modulated message is secured by the encryption mechanism, which is composed of an external noise source and an internal time-delayed feedback loop. The external noise serves as an entropy source with sufficient randomness. The feedback loop structure in the transmitter introduces a time-domain encryption key space, and a corresponding open-loop configuration at the receiver side is used for synchronization and decryption.Experiment results show the effectiveness of the proposed scheme. For a legitimate terminal, bit error rate below10-8 can be obtained. Decryption degradations with the mismatch of different hardware parameters are researched. The time delay in the feedback loop provides a sensitive encryption key. For other hardware parameters,the system is robust enough for synchronization. Meanwhile, the time-delay signature of the loop is able to be well concealed by the external noise. Moreover, the proposed scheme can support density wavelength division multiplexing transmission with a relatively simple structure. 174×4 MIMO fiber-wireless transmission based on an integrated four-channel directly modulated optical transceiver显示文摘In this paper, an integrated compact four-channel directly modulated analog optical transceiver is proposed and fabricated. The 3 d B bandwidth of this optical transceiver exceeds 20 GHz, and the measured spurious-free dynamic range is up to 91.2 d B · Hz^2∕3. The optical coupling efficiency(CE) is improved by using a precise submicron alignment technique for lens coupling in a transmitter optical subassembly, and the highest CE is achieved when the oblique angle of the arrayed waveguide grating using a silica-based planar lightwave circuit(AWG-PLC) in receiver optical sub assembly is set to 42°. Based on the proposed optical transceiver, we have experimentally demonstrated a 6.624 Gbit/s 4 × 4 multi-input multioutput(MIMO) 16-quadrature amplitude modulation orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(16 QAM-OFDM) radio signal over 15.5 km standard single mode fiber, together with 1.2 m wireless transmission in both an uplink and a downlink. To cope with the channel interference and noise of the fiber-wireless transmission system, a low-complexity MIMO demodulation algorithm based on lattice reduction zero-forcing(LR-ZF) is designed. In our experiment, 1.6 d B power penalty is achieved by using the proposed LR-ZF algorithm, compared to the commonly used zero-forcing algorithm.Moreover, this LR-ZF algorithm has much less complexity than the optimal maximum-likelihood sequence estimation(MLSE) at a given transmission performance. 19EACS:An Efficient Access Control Scheme for Electronic Publishing in Cloud Computing显示文摘To guarantee that electronic publications are accessible only to the authorized users via cloud, we propose an Efficient access control scheme(EACS) based on Attribute-based encryption(ABE), which is suitable for fine-grained access control. Compared with existing stateof-the-art schemes, EACS is more practical by following functions. Considering the factor that the user membership may change frequently, EACS has the capability of coping with dynamic membership efficiently. Arbitrary-State is also supported to facilitate the system management and improve efficiency. Besides, we prove in the standard model that the security of EACS is based on the Decisional Bilinear Diffie-Hellman assumption. To evaluate the practicality of EACS, we provide a detailed theoretical performance analysis and a simulation comparison with existing schemes. 20Q-Learning-Based Teaching-Learning Optimization for Distributed Two-Stage Hybrid Flow Shop Scheduling with Fuzzy Processing Time显示文摘Two-stage hybrid flow shop scheduling has been extensively considered in single-factory settings.However,the distributed two-stage hybrid flow shop scheduling problem(DTHFSP)with fuzzy processing time is seldom investigated in multiple factories.Furthermore,the integration of reinforcement learning and metaheuristic is seldom applied to solve DTHFSP.In the current study,DTHFSP with fuzzy processing time was investigated,and a novel Q-learning-based teaching-learning based optimization(QTLBO)was constructed to minimize makespan.Several teachers were recruited for this study.The teacher phase,learner phase,teacher’s self-learning phase,and learner’s self-learning phase were designed.The Q-learning algorithm was implemented by 9 states,4 actions defined as combinations of the above phases,a reward,and an adaptive action selection,which were applied to dynamically adjust the algorithm structure.A number of experiments were conducted.The computational results demonstrate that the new strategies of QTLBO are effective;furthermore,it presents promising results on the considered DTHFSP.Bingjie Xi Deming Lei 2022Complex System Modeling and Simulation2022,2,2:0
