1Subcellular localization of the stripe disease-specific protein encoded by rice stripe virus (RSV) in its vector,the small brown planthopper,Laodel-phax striatellus显示文摘The stripe disease-specific protein (SP) encoded by the rice stripe virus (RSV) was successfully used as a localization signal of the virus in its vector, the small brown lanthopper, Laodelphax striatellus Fallen. Immunogold particles in large numbers were detected in various parts of the viruliferous females: the ovum, surface of chorion, the mid-gut lumen, and the columnar cells. Whereas there was noneof these particles in the non-viruliferous females and males, and testis of viruliferous males. Endosymbionts (mycetocytes) were abundant, harboring ovaries of both viruliferous and non-viruliferous females, but none in the testis of males. The results provided us with the direct proof that RSV is a ciruculative and propagative plant virus and it was transovarially transmitted alongside with endosymbionts of its vector. 2Observation and analysis of near-surface atmospheric aerosol optical properties in urban Beijing显示文摘Year-round measurements of the mass concentration and optical properties of fine aerosols(PM_(2.5)) from June 2009 to May 2010 at an urban site in Beijing were analyzed.The annual mean values of the PM_(2.5) mass concentration,absorption coefficient(Ab),scattering coefficient(Sc) and single scattering albedo(SSA)at 525 nm were 67±66μg/m^3,64 ±62 Mm^(-1),360 ±405 Mm^(-1) and 0.82 ±0.09,respectively.The bulk mass absorption efficiency and scattering efficiency of the PM_(2.5) at 525 nm were 0.78 m^2/g and 5.55 m^2/g,respectively.The Ab and Sc showed a similar diurnal variation with a maximum at night and a minimum in the afternoon,whereas SSA displayed an opposite diurnal pattern.Significant increases in the Ab and Sc were observed in pollution episodes caused by the accumulation of pollutants from both local and regional sources under unfavorable weather conditions.Aerosol loadings in dust events increased by several times in the spring,which had limited effects on the Ab and Sc due to the low absorption and scattering efficiency of dust particles.The frequency of haze days was the highest in autumn because of the high aerosol absorption and scattering under unfavorable weather conditions.The daily PM_(2.5)concentration should be controlled to a level lower than 64 μg/m^3 to prevent the occurrence of haze days according to its exponentially decreased relationship with visibility.Junshan Jing Yunfei Wu Jun Tao Huizheng Che Xiangao Xia Xiaochun Zhang Peng Yan Deming Zhao Leiming Zhang 2015Particuology2015,13,1:16
3Characteristics and tectonic setting of volcanic rocks in Early Cretaceous Baiyingaolao Formation of Keyouzhongqi area,Inner Mongolia显示文摘The authors studied zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb dating,the zircon Hf isotope and geochemistry of acidic volcanic rocks in Baiyingaolao Formation of Keyouzhongqi area,Inner Mongolia,and discussed the chronology,source region and tectonic setting of the volcanic rocks in the studied area. The clear oscillatory zoning of zircons indicates a typical magmatic origin,and the results of dating show that the volcanic rocks of Baiyingaolao Formation were formed in Early Cretaceous( 121. 5 ± 1. 0 Ma). The features of major and trace elements show that the rocks are alkali-rich,poor in calcium and magnesium with enrichment in LILEs like Th,U,K and Gd and depletion in HFSEs,e. g. Nb,Ta,Sr and Ti. The fact implies that they were the products of partial melting of the crust. εHf( t) =( +6.30--+9.06) and TDM2= 600--835 Ma,suggest the magma originated from partial melting of the young crust. 4Shifting Rule Modification Strategy of Automatic Transmission Based on Driver-vehicle-road Environment显示文摘Accidental or frequent shift often occurs when the shifting rule is built based on traditional two parameters (i.e., velocity and throttle), because the speed of engine varies slower than change of throttle opening. Currently, modifying shift point velocity value or throttle by throttle change rate is one of common methods, but the results are not so satisfactory in some working condition such as uphill. The reason is that these methods merely consider throttle change rate which is not enough for a car driving in driver-vehicle-road environment system. So a novel fuzzy control modification strategy is proposed to avoid or reduce those abnormal shift actions. It can adjust shifting rule by the change rate of throttle, current gear position and road environment information, while different gear position and driving environment get corresponding modification value. In order to compare the results of shifting actions, fuel consumption and braking distance, emergent braking in level road and extra-urban driving cycle(EUDC) working conditions with fuzzy shifting schedule modification strategy are simulated digitally. Furthermore, a hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform is introduced to verify its effect in slope road condition according to the ON/OFF numbers of solenoid valve in hydraulic system. The simulation results show that the problem of unexpected shift in those working conditions may be resolved by fuzzy modification strategy. At last, it is concluded that although there is some slight decline in power performance in uphill situation, this fuzzy modification strategy could correctly identify slope of road, decrease braking distance, improve vehicle comfort and fuel economy effectively and prolong the life of clutch system. 5Ecological Effects of Remote Smallsand Descending on Urban Area:Deduced from the 'Mud - Snow' in Changchun City显示文摘A serious sandstorm occurred in North China from April 5 to April 7, 2000, while the remote smallsand decending took place in even larger area to the far northeast China. In Chanchun city, smallsand descending with snow provides the best samples to conduct a quantitative research on the possible impacts of city - ecology. In the 253km2 urban district area of Changchun city, smallsands accumulated up to more than 3000t on April 7, according to the calculation of four 'mud - snow' samples. After naturally melting in room temperature, two samples are taken to do quarantine of 'invasion bacteria'. As a preliminary result, the individual amount of bacterium in 1 ml sample water is up to 8. 9 x 104 or 1. 05 x 105, and it is estimated that there are 640 million 'invasion bacterium' individuals in one square meter. 17Petrogenesis and tectonic setting of granite porphyry in Keyouzhongqi area,Inner Mongolia显示文摘The authors studied the geochemistry,zircon U-Pb ages,Hf isotope of the granite porphyry and its petrogenesis and tectonic setting in the studied area. The zircon U-Pb dating indicates the formation of the granite porphyry is in Early Cretaceous( 125. 1 ± 1. 5 Ma). The granite porphyry has high-SiO2and alkali-rich features,which belongs to high-K calc-alkaline series rocks( A / CNK = 0. 95%--1. 25%). The analyses of trace elements show the characteristics of a swallow-shaped REE distribution pattern with enrichment in LREEs and most of LILEs and HFSEs,depletion in Ba,Sr,Nb,P and Ti,and especially strong depletion in Eu,which indicates the granite porphyry belongs to the aluminous A-type granite. Their εHf( t)range from 5. 94 to 8. 80with Hf two-stage model ages( TDM2) of 620 Ma to 803 Ma. Combining with the regional tectonic background,we conclude that the source of the rocks is the new crust materials accreted from depleted mantle in Neoproterozoic and is the product of partial melting of middle and lower crustal rocks,which may be suffered from the dual impact of the subduction of the Palaeo-Pacific Ocean and the closure of the Mongol-Okhotsk Ocean.WU Qing YANG Weihong HE Zhonghua YANG Deming MA Rui WANG Jianguo 2014Global Geology2014,17,1:1

19A 2 Kbits Low Power EEPROM for Passive RFID Tag IC显示文摘This paper presents a low power con-sumption and low cost electrically erasable program-mable read-only memory(EEPROM)for radio frequency identification(RFID)tag chip.A read-write circuit with parallel input and serial output is proposed.Only one sensitive amplifier is used to read the data in memory,which can effectively reduce the power consumption of the read operation.Because the tag may be read or writ-ten while moving,the internal voltage may change in a wide range.Therefore,this paper designs a charge pump and its control circuit with wide voltage working range.The proposed EEPROM is integrated into an RFID tag chip and fabricated using a 180 nm complementary met-al-oxide semiconductor(CMOS)process.Experimental results show that the circuit can work in the input voltage range of 1 V to 1.8 V,and the minimum current of read operation and write operation is 0.68μA and 30μA respectively,which has the characteristic of low power consumption.HU Jianguo WANG Deming WU Jing 2022Chinese Journal of Electronics2022,31,1:1
