| 1 | Osteoporosis:A Silent Disease with Complex Genetic Contribution显示文摘Osteoporosis is the most common multifactorial metabolic bone disorder worldwide with a strong genetic component. In this review, the evidence for a genetic contribution to osteoporosis and related phenotypes is summarized alongside with methods used to identify osteoporosis susceptibility genes. The key biological pathways involved in the skeleton and bone development are discussed with a particular focus on master genes clustered in these pathways and their mode of action. Furthermore, the most studied single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) analyzed for their importance as genetic markers of the disease are presented. New data generated by nextgeneration sequencing in conjunction with extensive meta-analyses should contribute to a better understanding of the genetic basis of osteoporosis and related phenotype variability. | 2 | 气相分配比对隔板精馏塔性能和操作影响的模拟研究(英文)显示文摘Operability problem of dividing wall column (DWC) raised by vapor split was investigated by numerically analyzing four cases defined by different compositions of a three-component mixture. DWCs were firstly designed for each case by optimizing the vapor split to the two sides of the dividing wall, and then their feasibilities and total annual costs in operation were evaluated against different vapor split ratios. The analysis on the operability of the DWC for four cases was made based on two scenarios: (1) vapor split is shifted by the vapor resistance difference between the column sections in the two sides of the dividing wall and (2) the feed composition is changed. | 3 | Structure Stability and Oxygen Permeability of Perovskite-type Oxides of Ba_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)Co_(0.8)Fe_(0.1)R_(0.1)O_ (3-δ)(R=Al,Mn,Fe,Ce,Cr,Ni,Co)显示文摘Perovskite-type Ba 0.5 Sr 0.5 Co 0.8 Fe 0.1 R 0.1 O 3 δ (R=Al,Mn,Fe,Ce,Cr,Ni,Co) oxide membranes were exploited and synthesized.Oxygen behavior,order-disorder transition and phase stability of these composite oxides were investigated by combined analysis of X-ray diffraction (XRD),temperature programmed desorption (TPD),thermogravimetric-differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA).Oxygen permeation through these membranes was studied by the gas chromatography (GC) method using a high-temperature permeation cell in a wide temperature range from 700 to 950 C.High permeation fluxes were observed for these materials.The high permeation flux was about 3.19 ml·min 1 ·cm 2 under air/He gradients at 950 C,which was achieved for Ba 0.5 Sr 0.5 Co 0.8 Fe 0.1 Ni 0.1 O 3 δ (BSCFNiO) membrane.The results of analysis showed no phase transition for BSCFNiO oxide with increasing temperature and XRD pattern of this material after O 2-TPD indicated to sustain a pure perovskite structure after oxygen permeation process. | Ensieh Ganji Babakhani Jafar Towfighi Laleh Shirazi Ali Nakhaeipour Akbar Zamaniyan Zahra Shafiei | 2012 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2012,28,2: | 4 |

| 5 | Use of imaging as staging and surgical planning for pancreatic surgery显示文摘Importance:In the past few decades,there has been rapid advancements in imaging technologies that have become irreplaceable in the pre-operative assessment of patients with pancreatic tumors.Modern imaging modalities,including computed tomography(CT)and endoscopic ultrasound(EUS),can provide critical information of the absence or presence of metastatic disease in pancreatic cancer,as well as details on the local extent and resectability,allowing for the selection of stage appropriate treatments and pre-operatively determined surgical approach.Objective:The aim of this review is to discuss staging,resectability,and imaging for patients with pancreatic tumors.Evidence Review:A literature review was performed of articles relevant to the topics of staging,resectability,and imaging of pancreatic tumors.Imaging modalities included CT,EUS,magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),positron emission tomography(PET),antibody-based and narrow band imaging.Findings:CT pancreas protocol combined with EUS serve as the primary modalities in diagnosis,staging,and surgical planning in patients with pancreatic tumors.MRI is an alternative to CT with near equivalent utility in the pre-operative setting.In some circumstances,PET-CT may be a cost-effective initial study to detect distant disease.Conclusions and Relevance:Current imaging technologies play a critical role in the evaluation of patients with pancreatic tumors.Advances in the past 3 decades in imaging technologies have revolutionized the process of assessment of stage and resectability in patients with pancreatic tumors.Future imaging technologies will address current limitation in the evaluation of occult metastatic disease. | Andrew Hieu Nguyen Laleh G.Melstrom | 2020 | Hepatobiliary Surgery and Nutrition2020,9,5: | 2 |
