3Protective electrode/electrolyte interphases for high energy lithium-ion batteries with p-toluenesulfonyl fluoride electrolyte additive显示文摘High energy density lithium-ion batteries using Ni-rich cathode(such as LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2) suffer from severe capacity decay.P-toluenesulfonyl fluoride(pTSF) has been investigated as a novel film-forming electrolyte additive to enhance the cycling performances of graphite/LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2 pouch cell.In comparison with the baseline electrolyte,a small dose of pTSF can significantly improve the cyclic stability of the cell.Theoretical calculations together with experimental results indicate that pTSF would be oxidized and reduced to construct protective interphase film on the surfaces of LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2 cathode and graphite anode,respectively.These S-containing surface films derived from pTSF effectively mitigate the decomposition of electrolyte,reduce the interphasial impedance,as well as prevent the dissolution of transition metal ions from Ni-rich cathode upon cycling at high voltage.This finding is beneficial for the practical application of high energy density graphite/LiNi0.6Co0.2Mn0.2O2 cells.Yanxia Che Xiuyi Lin Lidan Xing Xiongcong Guan Rude Guo Guangyuan Lan Qinfeng Zheng Wenguang Zhang Weishan Li 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,1:3

5Oxaliplatin,Fluorouracil and Leucovorin (FOLFOX) as First-line Chemotherapy for Metastatic or Recurrent Colorectal Cancer Patients显示文摘OBJECTIVE To investigate the efficiency and safety of the oxaliplatin, fluorouracil(5-FU)and leucovorin regimen(FOLFOX)in previously untreated patients with metastatic or recurrent colorectal cancer. METHODS Previously untreated patients with metastatic or recurrent colorectal cancer received 100 mg/m2 of oxaliplatin intravenously(IV)over 2 h on day 1,and IV 400 mg/m2 of leucovorin over 2 h followed by a bolus of 400 mg/m2 of 5-FU.Then 2,600~3,000 mg/m2 of 5-FU was administered by continuous infusion over 46 h. RESULTS An evaluated response rate was determined for 97 of 105 treated patients.The overal response rate was 35.1%,9 patients(9.3%) had a complete response and 25 patients(25.8%)a partial response.Thirty-two patients(33.0%)developed stable disease and 32.0%of the patients progressed.The median time to progression(TTP)was 7.7 months and the median overal survival 20.5 months.One and 2-year survival rates were 68%and 32%.Toxic effects based on the National Cancer Institute-Common Toxicity Criteria(NCI-CTC),reaching grade 3/4 were:neutropenia 12.3%, anemia 11.3%,vomiting 4.1%and diarrhea 7.2%.Grade 3 neuropathy was 5.1%.The overall survival rate of patients who had received a radical resection was superior to the patients who had not received a operation,or had received a pal iative resection(P=0.0658).The serum levels of CEA,ALP and LDH had no relationship with survival(P>0.05). 14Toward practical gas sensing with rapid recovery semiconducting carbon nanotube film sensors显示文摘Nanomaterials have been considered as promising materials to construct highly sensitive and miniaturized gas sensors due to their high ratio of surface to volume,but almost all of the reported nanomaterials based resistive gas sensors are difficult to use in the practical system mainly owing to the long recovery time and non-equilibrium state at room temperature.Here,we demonstrate a gate assistant technology to realize the rapid recovery to an equilibrium state in semiconducting carbon nanotube(CNT)thin-film gas sensors and promote the CNT-based gas sensors to reach the practical application level.Specifically,we construct highly uniform gas sensors based on semiconducting solution-derived CNT film and accelerate the gas molecules desorption by applying a voltage on the back gate(substrate),which is named gate-assistant recovery technology.By combining the gate-assistant recovery technology and a modified concentration calculation method,highly reproducible detection systems have been realized by using a custom-built printed circuit board(PCB)based data acquisition circuits to execute a real-time rapid detection of H_(2) in the air at room temperature,and especially exhibits a record response time of 9 s and recovery time of 50 s under a resolution of 10 ppm,which outperformed previous low dimensional nanomaterials based portable H2 detection systems.The gate-assistant rapid recovery and related concentration calculation technologies are helpful to promote the nanomaterials-based gas sensors to practical application for highly sensitive online gas detection.Fangfang LIU Mengmeng XIAO Yongkai NING Shaoyuan ZHOU Jianping HE Yanxia LIN Zhiyong ZHANG 2022Science China(Information Sciences)2022,65,6:1

16Aryl hydrocarbon receptor activation drives polymorphonuclear myeloid-derived suppressor cell response and efficiently attenuates experimental Sjögren’s syndrome显示文摘Myeloid-derived suppressor cells(MDSCs)comprise heterogeneous myeloid cell populations with immunosuppressive capacity that contribute to immune regulation and tolerance induction.We previously reported impaired MDSC function in patients with primary Sjögren’s syndrome(pSS)and mice with experimental SS(ESS).However,the molecular mechanisms underlying MDSC dysfunction remain largely unclear.In this study,we first found that aryl hydrocarbon receptor(AhR)was highly expressed by human and murine polymorphonuclear MDSCs(PMN-MDSCs).Indole-3-propionic acid(IPA),a natural AhR ligand produced from dietary tryptophan,significantly promoted PMN-MDSC differentiation and suppressive function on CD4^(+)T cells.In contrast,feeding a tryptophan-free diet resulted in a decreased PMN-MDSC response,a phenotype that could be reversed by IPA supplementation.The functional importance of PMN-MDSCs was demonstrated in ESS mice by using a cell-depletion approach.Notably,AhR expression was reduced in PMN-MDSCs during ESS development,while AhR antagonism resulted in exacerbated ESS pathology and dysregulated T effector cells,which could be phenocopied by a tryptophan-free diet.Interferon regulatory factor 4(IRF4),a repressive transcription factor,was upregulated in PMN-MDSCs during ESS progression.Chromatin immunoprecipitation analysis revealed that IRF4 could bind to the promoter region of AhR,while IRF4 deficiency markedly enhanced AhR-mediated PMN-MDSC responses.Furthermore,dietary supplementation with IPA markedly ameliorated salivary glandular pathology in ESS mice with restored MDSC immunosuppressive function.Together,our results identify a novel function of AhR in modulating the PMN-MDSC response and demonstrate the therapeutic potential of targeting AhR for the treatment of pSS.Yanxia Wei Na Peng Chong Deng Futao Zhao Jie Tian Yuan Tang Sulan Yu Yacun Chen Yu Xue Fan Xiao Yingbo Zhou Xiaomei Li Hejian Zou Ke Rui Xiang Lin Liwei Lu 2022Cellular & Molecular Immunology2022,19,12:1
