| 2 | Coordinated control for medium voltage DC distribution centers with flexibly interlinked multiple microgrids显示文摘From flexible interconnection among feeders to hybrid alternating current(AC) and direct current(DC)distribution structures of future smart distribution systems medium-voltage DC distribution centers with flexibly interlinked multiple microgrids(MGs) will have wide applications on the demand side. A generic coordinated control framework based on a distributed cooperation scheme is proposed for such DC centers, as opposed to centralized control structures. A novel unified control only using local measurements is proposed for these interlinking converters. During normal power disturbances, automatic coordinated power control and mutual support among sub-systems can be realized, thereby improving DC voltage and AC frequency stability to enable multiple MGs to be treated as a real unified cluster. Moreover, with this method, interlinking converters can realize seamless transition in power dispatching mode, common DC bus voltage control mode, and MG support mode without communication and control system switching. A simplified dynamic model has been developed to verify the proposed control strategy. | 4 | Entrapping multifunctional dendritic nanoparticles into a hydrogel for local therapeutic delivery and synergetic immunochemotherapy显示文摘Developing multifunctional nanoparticles to support new therapy models is apromising and challenging task to address the current dilemma on antitumortreatment. Herein, we incorporated multifunctional dendritic nanoparticles intoa poly(D,L-lactide-co-glycolide)-poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(D,Lqactide-co-glycolide)(PLGA-PEG-PLGA) triblock copolymers thermosensitive injectable hydrogelmatrix to construct a localized drug delivery system for combining chemotherapyand immunotherapy. The multifunctional dendritic nanoparticles were designedwith following expectations: i, Dendritic scaffolds provide a hydrophobic interiorto load the anticancer drug, doxorubicin (DOX), for chemotherapy; and ii,dendritic scaffolds are used to build arginine-rich molecules to provide theinducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) substrate, L-Arg, to M1 macrophages,which can produce the cytotoxic substance nitric oxide (NO) and subsequentlyinduce tumor cell destruction through immunotherapy. It is noteworthy that thedendritic nanoparticles-in-hydrogel delivery system is able to gel at physiologicaltemperature and serves as a warehouse for the sustained release of the drug.Ultimately, this system showed great efficacy in treating 4T1 cells-xenograftedBALB/C mice (86.62% tumor growth inhibition). | 5 | The Averaged-value Model of a Flexible Power Electronics Based Substation in Hybrid AC/DC Distribution Systems显示文摘The concept of a flexible power electronics substation(FPES)was first applied in the Zhangbei DC distribution network demonstration project.As a multi-port power electronics transformer(PET)with different AC and DC voltage levels,the FPES has adopted a novel topology integrating modular multilevel converter(MMC)and four-winding medium frequency transformer(FWMFT)based multiport DC-DC converter,which can significantly reduce capacitance in each sub-module(SM)of a MMC and also save space and cost.In this paper,in order to accelerate speed of electromagnetic transient(EMT)simulations of FPES based hybrid AC/DC distribution systems,an averaged-value model(AVM)is proposed for efficient and accurate representation of FPES.Assume that all SM capacitor voltages are perfectly balanced in the MMC,then the MMC behavior can be modeled using controlled voltage sources based on modulation voltages from control systems.In terms of the averaged current transfer characteristics among the windings of the FWMFT,we consider that all multiport DC-DC converters are controlled with the same dynamics,a lumped averaged model using controlled current and voltage sources has been developed for these four-port DC-DC converters connected to the upper or lower arms of the MMC.The presented FPES AVM model has been tested and validated by comparison with a detailed IGBT-based EMT model.Results show that the AVM is significantly more efficient while maintaining its accuracy in an EMT simulation. | Hong Liu Zhanfeng Deng Xialin Li Li Guo Di Huang Shouqiang Fu Xiangyu Chen Chengshan Wang | 2022 | CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2022,8,2: | 2 |
| 6 | PGE2/EP4 skeleton interoception activity reduces vertebral endplate porosity and spinal pain with low-dose celecoxib显示文摘Skeletal interoception regulates bone homeostasis through the prostaglandin E2(PGE2)concentration in bone.Vertebral endplates undergo ossification and become highly porous during intervertebral disc degeneration and aging.We found that the PGE2 concentration was elevated in porous endplates to generate spinal pain.Importantly,treatment with a high-dose cyclooxygenase 2 inhibitor(celecoxib,80 mg·kg−1 per day)decreased the prostaglandin E2 concentration and attenuated spinal pain in mice with lumbar spine instability.However,this treatment impaired bone formation in porous endplates,and spinal pain recurred after discontinuing the treatment.Interestingly,low-dose celecoxib(20 mg·kg−1 per day,which is equivalent to one-quarter of the clinical maximum dosage)induced a latent inhibition of spinal pain at 3 weeks post-treatment,which persisted even after discontinuing treatment.Furthermore,when the prostaglandin E2 concentration was maintained at the physiological level with low-dose celecoxib,endplate porosity was reduced significantly,which was associated with decreased sensory nerve innervation and spinal pain.These findings suggest that low-dose celecoxib may help to maintain skeletal interoception and decrease vertebral endplate porosity,thereby reducing sensory innervation and spinal pain in mice. | Peng Xue Shenyu Wang Xiao Lyu Mei Wan Xialin Li Lei Ma Neil CFord Yukun Li Yun Guan Wenyuan Ding Xu Cao | 2021 | Bone Research2021,9,3: | 2 |

| 17 | Novel organoid model in drug screening: Past, present, and future显示文摘Advances in the field of stem cells have led to the development of a technology called organoids.Organoids are cell cluster structures formed by the cultivation of stem cells in a three-dimensional environment in vitro,and they can simulate the living environment of cells in vivo.Organoids play an important role in the screening of drugs for tumor therapy.Compared with traditional drug screening models,tumor organoid models derived from patient tumors have higher sensitivity,heterogeneity,and stability and can restore the real situation of tumors more effectively.Researchers have conducted a number of researches on the feasibility of using organoid technology in drug screening.By testing and comparing the effects of antitumor drugs in organoids and primary tumors,we can select the most appropriate treatment drugs for patients.In the past ten years,organoids from dozens of tissues and biological sample banks from several main organs have been established,and a large number of anticancer drugs have been screened out.This article summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of traditional drug screening models,discusses the development history of organoid technology,and reviews the research results on organoids from tumor drug screening.In addition,the combination of organoid technology and other modern biotechnologies is put forward to further promote the role of organoid technology in the medical field.Finally,this article reviews the history,progress,and prospect on organoids from the view of antitumor drug screening. | Xialin Nie Zhixing Liang Kun Li Haoyuan Yu Yuhan Huang Linsen Ye Yang Yang | 2021 | Liver Research2021,5,2: | 0 |
