| 3 | Design of a novel chimeric peptide via dual blockade of CD47/SIRPαand PD-1/PD-L1 for cancer immunotherapy显示文摘Although immune checkpoint inhibition has been shown to effectively activate antitumor immunity in various tumor types,only a small subset of patients can benefit from PD-1/PD-L1 blockade.CD47 expressed on tumor cells protects them from phagocytosis through interaction with SIRPαon macrophages,while PD-L1 dampens T cell-mediated tumor killing.Therefore,dual targeting PD-L1 and CD47 may improve the efficacy of cancer immunotherapy.A chimeric peptide Pal-DMPOP was designed by conjugating the double mutation of CD47/SIRPαblocking peptide(DMP)with the truncation of PD-1/PD-L1 blocking peptide OPBP-1(8-12)and was modified by a palmitic acid tail.Pal-DMPOP can significantly enhance macrophage-mediated phagocytosis of tumor cells and activate primary T cells to secret IFN-γin vitro.Due to its superior hydrolysis-resistant activity as well as tumor tissue and lymph node targeting properties,Pal-DMPOP elicited stronger anti-tumor potency than Pal-DMP or OPBP-1(8-12)in immune-competent MC38 tumor-bearing mice.The in vivo anti-tumor activity was further validated in the colorectal CT26 tumor model.Furthermore,Pal-DMPOP mobilized macrophage and T-cell anti-tumor responses with minimal toxicity.Overall,the first bispecific CD47/SIRPαand PD-1/PD-L1 dual-blockade chimeric peptide was designed and exhibited synergistic anti-tumor efficacy via CD8^(+)T cell activation and macrophage-mediated immune response.The strategy could pave the way for designing effective therapeutic agents for cancer immunotherapy. | Zheng Hu Wanqiong Li Shaomeng Chen Danhong Chen Ran Xu Danlu Zheng Xin Yang Shuzhen Li Xiuman Zhou Xiaoshuang Niu Youmei Xiao Zhuoying He Huihao Li Juan Liu Xinghua Sui Yanfeng Gao | 2023 | Science China(Life Sciences)2023,66,10: | 1 |

| 6 | An integrated machine learning model for accurate and robust prediction of superconducting critical temperature显示文摘Discovering new superconductors via traditional trial-and-error experimental approaches is apparently a time-consuming process,and the correlations between the critical temperature(Tc) and material features are still obscure.The rise of machine learning(ML) technology provides new opportunities to speed up inefficient exploration processes,and could potentially uncover new hints on the unclear correlations.In this work,we utilize open-source materials data,ML models,and data mining methods to explore the correlation between the chemical features and Tcvalues of superconducting materials.To further improve the prediction accuracy,a new model is created by integrating three basic algorithms,showing an enhanced accuracy with the coefficient of determination(R2) score of 95.9 % and root mean square error(RMSE) of 6.3 K.The average marginal contributions of material features towards Tcvalues are estimated to determine the importance of various features during prediction processes.The results suggest that the range thermal conductivity plays a critical role in Tcprediction among all element features.Furthermore,the integrated ML model is utilized to screen out potential twenty superconducting materials with Tcvalues beyond 50.0 K.This study provides insights towards Tcprediction to accelerate the exploration of potential high-Tcsuperconductors. | Jingzi Zhang Ke Zhang Shaomeng Xu Yi Li Chengquan Zhong Mengkun Zhao Hua-Jun Qiu Mingyang Qin X.-D.Xiang Kailong Hu Xi Lin | 2023 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,3: | 0 |
| 7 | Effect of Co on the martensitic transformation,crystal structure and magnetization of Ni_(52.5) Mn_(23.5) Ga_(24) based ferromagnetic shape memory alloys显示文摘Five(Ni52.5Mn23.5Ga24)100-xCox(x = 0,2,4,6,8) alloys were prepared by arc melting,and the effects of Co addition on the martensitic phase transformation,crystal structure and magnetization were investigated.The phase transformation temperatures Ms,Mf,As and Af are proportional to the content of Co in the(Ni52.5Mn23.5Ga24)100-xCox alloys,which appears to be due to the variation in the valance electron concentration.The Curie temperature is sensitive to the composition of the alloy.As the amount of Co changes,both the Co-Mn exchange interaction and the distance between Mn atoms change.These,in turn,affect the Curie temperature and magnetization behavior of the alloy.The martensite phases in all the alloys are domained in three different orientations,the domain boundary was determined to belong to the family of {112} lattice planes. | YAN ShaoMeng PU Jian CHI Bo LI Jian | 2011 | Chinese Science Bulletin2011,56,8: | 0 |
