Time range of Mesozoic tectonic regime inversion in eastern North China Block显示文摘An important tectonic inversion took place in eastern North China Block(NCB) during Mesozoic, which caused a great lithosphere thinning, reconstruction of basin-range series, powerful interaction between mantle and crust, a vast granitic intrusion and volcanism, and large-scale metallogenic explosion. The time range of the Mesozoic tectonic regime inversion in the eastern North China Block is one of the key issues to understand mechanism of tectonic regime inversion. Our updated results for recognizing the time range are mainly obtained from the following aspects: structural analyses along northern and southern margins of the NCB and within the NCB for revealing tectonic inversion from compression to extension and structural striking from ~EW to NNE; geothermic analyses of the eastern sedimental basins for a great change of thermal history and regime; basin analysis for basin inversion from compression to extension and basin migration from ~EW to NNE; petrological and geochemical studies of volcanic rocks and lowermost crust xenoliths for recognizing peak period of mantle upwelling and intense interaction between mantle and crust, and main metallogenic epoch. All the studies of the above give the same time range from~150-140 Ma to ~110-100Ma, peaking at ~120 Ma.ZHAI Mingguo ZHU Rixiang LIU Jianming MENG Qingren HOU Quanlin HU Shengbiao LIU Wei LI Zhong ZHANG Hongfu ZHANG Huafeng 2004Science China Earth Sciences2004,47,2:89
Laparoscopic Partial Nephrectomy With Segmental Renal Artery Clamping:Technique and Clinical Outcomes显示文摘Background:Warm ischemic injury is one of the most important factors affecting renal function in partial nephrectomy(PN).The technique of segmental renal artery clamping emerges as an alternative to conventional renal artery clamping for renal hilar control. Objective:To evaluate the feasibility and efficiency of laparoscopic PN(LPN) with segmental renal artery clamping in comparison with the conventional technique.Design, setting, and participants:A total of 75 patients underwent LPN from June 2007 to November 2009.All patients had T1a or T1b tumor in one kidney and a normal contralateral kidney.Thirty-seven patients underwent surgeries with main renal artery clamping, and 38 underwent surgeries with segmental artery clamping.Intervention:All procedures were performed by the same laparoscopic surgeon.Measurements:Blood loss, operation time, warm ischemia(WI) time, and complications affected renal function before and after operation were recorded. Results and limitations:All LPNs were completed without conversion to open surgery or nephrectomy. The novel technique slightly increased WI time(p < 0.001) and intraoperative blood loss(p = 0.006),while it provided better postoperative affected renal function(p < 0.001) compared with the conventional technique. The total complication rate was 12%.Among the 38 cases where segmental renal artery clamping was performed,7 had to convert to the conventional method.Tumor size and location influenced the number of clamped segmental arteries.Long-term postoperative renal function is still awaited. Conclusions:LPN with segmental artery clamping is safe and feasible in clinical practice. It minimizes the intraoperative WI injury and improves early postoperative affected renal function compared with main renal artery clamping.(C) 2010 European Association of Urology.Published by Elsevier B.V.All rights reserved.Shao,P.F. 4Exosome and Exosomal MicroRNA: Trafficking, Sorting, and Function显示文摘Exosomes are 40–100 nm nano-sized vesicles that are released from many cell types into the extracellular space. Such vesicles are widely distributed in various body fluids. Recently,m RNAs and micro RNAs(mi RNAs) have been identified in exosomes, which can be taken up by neighboring or distant cells and subsequently modulate recipient cells. This suggests an active sorting mechanism of exosomal mi RNAs, since the mi RNA profiles of exosomes may differ from those of the parent cells. Exosomal mi RNAs play an important role in disease progression, and can stimulate angiogenesis and facilitate metastasis in cancers. In this review, we will introduce the origin and the trafficking of exosomes between cells, display current research on the sorting mechanism of exosomal mi RNAs, and briefly describe how exosomes and their mi RNAs function in recipient cells. Finally, we will discuss the potential applications of these mi RNA-containing vesicles in clinical settings.Jian Zhang Sha Li Lu Li Meng Li Chongye Guo Jun Yao Shuangli Mi 2015Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics2015,13,1:162
Anthropogenic emission inventories in China:a review显示文摘The development of reliable anthropogenic emission inventories is essential for both understanding the sources of air pollution and designing effective air-pollution-control measures in China. However, it is challenging to quantify emissions in China accurately, given the variety of contributing sources, the complexity of the technology mix and the lack of reliable measurements. Over the last two decades, tremendous efforts have been made to improve the accuracy of emission inventories, and significant improvements have been realized. More reliable statistics and survey-based data have been used to reduce the uncertainties in activity rates and technology distributions. Local emission factors and source profiles covering various sources have been measured and reported. Based on these local databases, improved emission inventory models have been developed for power plants, large industrial plants and the residential, transportation and agricultural sectors. In this paper, we review the progress that has been made in developing inventories of anthropogenic emissions in China. We first highlight the major updates that have been made to emission inventory models and the underlying data by source category. We then summarize the sector-based estimates of emissions of different species contained in current inventories. The progress that has been made in the development of model-ready emissions is also presented. Finally, we suggest future directions for further improving the accuracy of emission inventories in China.Meng Li Huan Liu Guannan Geng Chaopeng Hong Fei Liu Yu Song Dan Tong Bo Zheng Hongyang Cui Hanyang Man Qiang Zhang Kebin He 2017National Science Review2017,4,6:100

QTL IciMapping:Integrated software for genetic linkage map construction and quantitative trait locus mapping in biparental populations显示文摘QTL Ici Mapping is freely available public software capable of building high-density linkage maps and mapping quantitative trait loci(QTL) in biparental populations. Eight functionalities are integrated in this software package:(1) BIN: binning of redundant markers;(2) MAP: construction of linkage maps in biparental populations;(3) CMP: consensus map construction from multiple linkage maps sharing common markers;(4) SDL: mapping of segregation distortion loci;(5) BIP: mapping of additive, dominant, and digenic epistasis genes;(6) MET: QTL-by-environment interaction analysis;(7) CSL: mapping of additive and digenic epistasis genes with chromosome segment substitution lines; and(8) NAM: QTL mapping in NAM populations. Input files can be arranged in plain text, MS Excel 2003, or MS Excel 2007 formats. Output files have the same prefix name as the input but with different extensions. As examples, there are two output files in BIN, one for summarizing the identified bin groups and deleted markers in each bin, and the other for using the MAP functionality. Eight output files are generated by MAP, including summary of the completed linkage maps, Mendelian ratio test of individual markers, estimates of recombination frequencies, LOD scores, and genetic distances, and the input files for using the BIP, SDL,and MET functionalities. More than 30 output files are generated by BIP, including results at all scanning positions, identified QTL, permutation tests, and detection powers for up to six mapping methods. Three supplementary tools have also been developed to display completed genetic linkage maps, to estimate recombination frequency between two loci, and to perform analysis of variance for multi-environmental trials.Lei Meng Huihui Li Luyan Zhang Jiankang Wang 2015The Crop Journal2015,3,3:174
Future Physics Programme of BESⅢ显示文摘There has recently been a dramatic renewal of interest in hadron spectroscopy and charm physics. This renaissance has been driven in part by the discovery of a plethora of charmonium-like XYZ states at BESⅢ and B factories, and the observation of an intriguing proton-antiproton threshold enhancement and the possibly related X(1835) meson state at BESⅢ, as well as the threshold measurements of charm mesons and charm baryons. We present a detailed survey of the important topics in tau-charm physics and hadron physics that can be further explored at BESⅢ during the remaining operation period of BEPCⅡ. This survey will help in the optimization of the data-taking plan over the coming years, and provides physics motivation for the possible upgrade of BEPCⅡ to higher luminosity.M.Ablikim M.N.Achasov P.Adlarson S.Ahmed M.Albrecht M.Alekseev A.Amoroso F.F.An Q.An Y.Bai O.Bakina R.Baldini Ferroli Y.Ban K.Begzsuren J.V.Bennett N.Berger M.Bertani D.Bettoni F.Bianchi J Biernat J.Bloms I.Boyko R.A.Briere L.Calibbi H.Cai X.Cai A.Calcaterra G.F.Cao N.Cao S.A.Cetin J.Chai J.F.Chang W.L.Chang J.Charles G.Chelkov Chen G.Chen H.S.Chen J.C.Chen M.L.Chen S.J.Chen Y.B.Chen H.Y.Cheng W.Cheng G.Cibinetto F.Cossio X.F.Cui H.L.Dai J.P.Dai X.C.Dai A.Dbeyssi D.Dedovich Z.Y.Deng A.Denig Denysenko M.Destefanis S.Descotes-Genon F.De Mori Y.Ding C.Dong J.Dong L.Y.Dong M.Y.Dong Z.L.Dou S.X.Du S.I.Eidelman J.Z.Fan J.Fang S.S.Fang Y.Fang R.Farinelli L.Fava F.Feldbauer G.Felici C.Q.Feng M.Fritsch C.D.Fu Y.Fu Q.Gao X.L.Gao Y.Gao Y.Gao Y.G.Gao Z.Gao B.Garillon I.Garzia E.M.Gersabeck A.Gilman K.Goetzen L.Gong W.X.Gong W.Gradl M.Greco L.M.Gu M.H.Gu Y.T.Gu A.Q.Guo F.K.Guo L.B.Guo R.P.Guo Y.P.Guo A.Guskov S.Han X.Q.Hao F.A.Harris K.L.He F.H.Heinsius T.Held Y.K.Heng Y.R.Hou Z.L.Hou H.M.Hu J.F.Hu T.Hu Y.Hu G.S.Huang J.S.Huang X.T.Huang X.Z.Huang Z.L.Huang N.Huesken T.Hussain W.Ikegami Andersson W.Imoehl M.Irshad Q.Ji Q.P.Ji X.B.Ji X.L.Ji H.L.Jiang X.S.Jiang X.Y.Jiang J.B.Jiao Z.Jiao D.P.Jin S.Jin Y.Jin T.Johansson N.Kalantar-Nayestanaki X.S.Kang R.Kappert M.Kavatsyuk B.C.Ke I.K.Keshk T.Khan A.Khoukaz P.Kiese R.Kiuchi R.Kliemt L.Koch O.B.Kolcu B.Kopf M.Kuemmel M.Kuessner A.Kupsc M.Kurth M.G.Kurth W.Kuhn J.S.Lange P.Larin L.Lavezzi H.Leithoff T.Lenz C.Li Cheng Li D.M.Li F.Li F.Y.Li G.Li H.B.Li H.J.Li J.C.Li J.W.Li Ke Li L.K.Li Lei Li P.L.Li P.R.Li Q.Y.Li W.D.Li W.G.Li X.H.Li X.L.Li X.N.Li X.Q.Li Z.B.Li H.Liang H.Liang Y.F.Liang Y.T.Liang G.R.Liao L.Z.Liao J.Libby C.X.Lin D.X.Lin Y.J.Lin B.Liu B.J.Liu C.X.Liu D.Liu D.Y.Liu F.H.Liu Fang Liu Feng Liu H.B.Liu H.M.Liu Huanhuan Liu Huihui Liu J.B.Liu J.Y.Liu K.Y.Liu Ke Liu Q.Liu S.B.Liu T.Liu X.Liu X.Y.Liu Y.B.Liu Z.A.Liu Zhiqing Liu Y.F.Long X.C.Lou H.J.Lu J.D.Lu J.G.Lu Y.Lu Y.P.Lu C.L.Luo M.X.Luo P.W.Luo T.Luo X.L.Luo S.Lusso X.R.Lyu F.C.Ma H.L.Ma L.L.Ma M.M.Ma Q.M.Ma X.N.Ma X.X.Ma X.Y.Ma Y.M.Ma F.E.Maas M.Maggiora S.Maldaner S.Malde Q.A.Malik A.Mangoni Y.J.Mao Z.P.Mao S.Marcello Z.X.Meng J.G.Messchendorp G.Mezzadri J.Min T.J.Min R.E.Mitchell X.H.Mo Y.J.Mo C.Morales Morales N.Yu.Muchnoi H.Muramatsu A.Mustafa S.Nakhoul Y.Nefedov F.Nerling I.B.Nikolaev Z.Ning S.Nisar S.L.Niu S.L.Olsen Q.Ouyang S.Pacetti Y.Pan M.Papenbrock P.Patteri M.Pelizaeus H.P.Peng K.Peters A.A.Petrov J.Pettersson J.L.Ping R.G.Ping A.Pitka R.Poling V.Prasad M.Qi T.Y.Qi S.Qian C.F.Qiao N.Qin X.P.Qin X.S.Qin Z.H.Qin J.F.Qiu S.Q.Qu K.H.Rashid C.F.Redmer M.Richter M.Ripka A.Rivetti V.Rodin M.Rolo G.Rong J.L.Rosner Ch.Rosner M.Rump A.Sarantsev M.Savrie K.Schoenning W.Shan X.Y.Shan M.Shao C.P.Shen P.X.Shen X.Y.Shen H.Y.Sheng X.Shi X.D Shi J.J.Song Q.Q.Song X.Y.Song S.Sosio C.Sowa S.Spataro F.F.Sui G.X.Sun J.F.Sun L.Sun S.S.Sun X.H.Sun Y.J.Sun Y.K Sun Y.Z.Sun Z.J.Sun Z.T.Sun Y.T Tan C.J.Tang G.Y.Tang X.Tang V.Thoren B.Tsednee I.Uman B.Wang B.L.Wang C.W.Wang D.Y.Wang H.H.Wang K.Wang L.L.Wang L.S.Wang M.Wang M.Z.Wang Wang Meng P.L.Wang R.M.Wang W.P.Wang X.Wang X.F.Wang X.L.Wang Y.Wang Y.F.Wang Z.Wang Z.G.Wang Z.Y.Wang Zongyuan Wang T.Weber D.H.Wei P.Weidenkaff H.W.Wen S.P.Wen U.Wiedner G.Wilkinson M.Wolke L.H.Wu L.J.Wu Z.Wu L.Xia Y.Xia S.Y.Xiao Y.J.Xiao Z.J.Xiao Y.G.Xie Y.H.Xie T.Y.Xing X.A.Xiong Q.L.Xiu G.F.Xu L.Xu Q.J.Xu W.Xu X.P.Xu F.Yan L.Yan W.B.Yan W.C.Yan Y.H.Yan H.J.Yang H.X.Yang L.Yang R.X.Yang S.L.Yang Y.H.Yang Y.X.Yang Yifan Yang Z.Q.Yang M.Ye M.H.Ye J.H.Yin Z.Y.You B.X.Yu C.X.Yu J.S.Yu C.Z.Yuan X.Q.Yuan Y.Yuan A.Yuncu A.A.Zafar Y.Zeng B.X.Zhang B.Y.Zhang C.C.Zhang D.H.Zhang H.H.Zhang H.Y.Zhang J.Zhang J.L.Zhang J.Q.Zhang J.W.Zhang J.Y.Zhang J.Z.Zhang K.Zhang L.Zhang S.F.Zhang T.J.Zhang X.Y.Zhang Y.Zhang Y.H.Zhang Y.T.Zhang Yang Zhang Yao Zhang Yi Zhang Yu Zhang Z.H.Zhang Z.P.Zhang Z.Q.Zhang Z.Y.Zhang G.Zhao J.W.Zhao J.Y.Zhao J.Z.Zhao Lei Zhao Ling Zhao M.G.Zhao Q.Zhao S.J.Zhao T.C.Zhao Y.B.Zhao Z.G.Zhao A.Zhemchugov B.Zheng J.P.Zheng Y.Zheng Y.H.Zheng B.Zhong L.Zhou L.P.Zhou Q.Zhou X.Zhou X.K.Zhou Xingyu Zhou Xiaoyu Zhou Xu Zhou A.N.Zhu J.Zhu J.Zhu K.Zhu K.J.Zhu S.H.Zhu W.J.Zhu X.L.Zhu Y.C.Zhu Y.S.Zhu Z.A.Zhu J.Zhuang B.S.Zou J.H.Zou 2020Chinese Physics C2020,44,4:517

A complete sequence and comparative analysis of a SARS-associated virus(Isolate BJ01)显示文摘The genome sequence of the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS)-associated virus provides essential information for the identification of pathogen(s), exploration of etiology and evolution, interpretation of transmission and pathogenesis, development of diagnostics, prevention by future vaccination, and treatment by developing new drugs. We report the complete genome sequence and comparative analysis of an isolate (BJ01) of the coronavirus that has been recognized as a pathogen for SARS. The genome is 29725 nt in size and has 11 ORFs (Open Reading Frames). It is composed of a stable region encoding an RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (composed of 2 ORFs) and a variable region representing 4 CDSs (coding sequences) for viral structural genes (the S, E, M, N proteins) and 5 PUPs (putative uncharacterized proteins). Its gene order is identical to that of other known coronaviruses. The sequence alignment with all known RNA viruses places this virus as a member in the family of Coronaviridae. Thirty putative substitutions have been identified by comparative analysis of the 5 SARS- associated virus genome sequences in GenBank. Fifteen of them lead to possible amino acid changes (non-synonymous mutations) in the proteins. Three amino acid changes, with predicted alteration of physical and chemical features, have been detected in the S protein that is postulated to beinvolved in the immunoreactions between the virus and its host. Two amino acid changes have been detected in the Mprotein, which could be related to viral envelope formation. Phylogenetic analysis suggests the possibility of non-human origin of the SARS-associated viruses but provides noevidence that they are man-made. Further efforts should focus on identifying the etiology of the SARS-associated virus and ruling out conclusively the existence of otherpossible SARS-related pathogen(s).QIN E'de ZHU Qingyu YU Man FAN Baochang CHANG Guohui SI Bingyin YANG Bao PENG Wenming JIANG Tao LIU Bohua DENG Yongqiang LIU Hong ZHANG Yu WANG Cui LI Yuquan GAN Yonghua LI Xiaoyu L Fushuang TAN Gang CAO Wuchun, YANG Ruifu Institute of Microbiology and Epidemiology, Chinese Academy of Military Medical Sciences, Beijing 100071, China WANG Jian, LI Wei, XU Zuyuan, LI Yan, WU Qingfa, LIN Wei, CHEN Weijun, TANG Lin, DENG Yajun, HAN Yujun, LI Changfeng, LEI Meng, LI Guoqing, LI Wenjie, L Hong, SHI Jianping, TONG Zongzhong, ZHANG Feng, LI Songgang, LIU Bin, LIU Siqi, DONG Wei, WANG Jun, Gane K-S Wong, YU Jun & YANG Huanming* Beijing Genomics Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing 101300 National Center for Genome Information, Beijing 101300, China 2003Chinese Science Bulletin2003,48,10:121

GPS-constrained inversion of present-day slip rates along major faults of the Sichuan-Yunnan region, China显示文摘A linked-fault-element model is employed to invert for contemporary slip rates along major active faults in the Sichuan-Yunnan region (96°-108°E, 21°-35°N) using the least squares method. The model is based on known fault geometry, and constrained by a GPS-derived horizontal velocity field. Our results support a model attributing the eastward extrusion of the Tibetan Plateau driven mainly by the north-northeastward indentation of the Indian plate into Tibet and the gravitational collapse of the plateau. Resisted by a relatively stable south China block, materials of the Sichuan-Yunnan region rotate clockwise around the eastern Himalayan tectonic syntaxis. During the process the Garzê-Yushu, Xianshuihe, Anninghe, Zemuhe, Daliangshan, and Xiaojiang faults, the southwest extension of the Xiaojiang fault, and the Daluo-Jinghong and Mae Chan faults constitute the northeast and east boundaries of the eastward extrusion, with their left slip rates being 0.3-14.7, 8.9-17.1, 5.1 ± 2.5, 2.8 ± 2.3, 7.1 ± 2.1, 9.4 ± 1.2, 10.1 ± 2.0, 7.3 ± 2.6, and 4.9 ± 3.0 mm/a respectively. The southwestern boundary consists of a widely distributed dextral transpressional zone other than a single fault. Right slip rates of 4.2 ± 1.3, 4.3 ± 1.1, and 8.5 ± 1.7 mm/a are detected across the Nanhua-Chuxiong-Jianshui, Wuliangshan, and Longling-Lancang faults. Crustal deformation across the Longmenshan fault is weak, with short-ening rates of 1.4 ± 1.0 and 1.6 ± 1.3 mm/a across the Baoxing-Beichuan and Beichuan-Qingchuan segments. Northwest of the Longmenshan fault lies an active deformation zone (the Longriba fault) with 5.1±1.2 mm/a right slip across. Relatively large slip rates are detected across a few faults within the Sichuan-Yunnan block: 4.4±1.3 mm/a left slip and 2.7±1.1 mm/a shortening across the Litang fault, and 2.7±2.3 mm/a right-lateral shearing and 6.7±2.3 mm/a shortening across the Yunongxi fault and its surrounding regions. In conclusion, we find that the Sichuan-Yunnan region is divided into more than a dozen active micro-blocks by a large number of faults with relatively slow slip rates. The eastward extrusion of the Tibetan Plateau is absorbed and adjusted in the region mainly by these faults, other than a small number of large strike-slip faults with fast slip rates.WANG YanZhao WANG EnNing SHEN ZhengKang WANG Min GAN WeiJun QIAO XueJun MENG GuoJie LI TieMing TAO Wei YANG YongLin CHENG Jia LI Peng 2008Science China Earth Sciences2008,51,9:65
Mianlüe tectonic zone and Mianlüe suture zone on southern margin of Qinling-Dabie orogenic belt显示文摘The Mianle tectonic zone (Mianle zone), an ancient suture zone in addition to the Shangdan suture in the Qinling-Dabie orogenic belt, marks an important tectonic division geo-logically separating north from south and connecting east with west in China continent. To de-termine present structural geometry and kinematics in the Mianle tectonic zone and to recon-struct the formation and evolution history involving plate subduction and collision in the Qinling-Dabie orogenic belt, through a multidisciplinary study, are significant for exploring the mountain-building orogenesis of the central orogenic system and the entire process of the major Chinese continental amalgamation during the Indosinian.ZHANG Guowei1, DONG Yunpeng1, LAI Shaocong1, GUO Anlin1, MENG Qingren2, LIU Shaofeng3, CHENG Shunyou1, YAO Anping1, ZHANG Zongqing4, PEI Xianzhi5 & LI Sanzhong6 1. 17Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model for Water Resources Carrying Capacity in Tarim River Basin,Xinjiang,China显示文摘This paper explores the method of comprehensive evaluation of water resources carrying capacity and sets up an evaluation model applying the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Based on the data of nature, society, economics and water resources of the Tarim River Basin in 2002,we evaluated the water resources carrying capacity of the basin by means of the model. The results show that the comprehensive grades are 0.438 and 0.454 for Aksu and Kashi prefectures respectively, where the current water resources exploitation and utilization has reached a relative high degree and there is only a very limited water carrying capacity,0.620 for Kizilsu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture, where water resources carrying capacity is much higher, and in between for Hotan Prefecture and Bayingolin Mongo-lian Autonomous Prefecture. As a whole, the comprehensive grade of the Tarim River Basin is 0.508 and the current water resources exploitation and utilization has reached a relative high degree. Thus,we suggest that the integrated management of the water resources in the basin should be strengthened in order to utilize water resources scientifically and sustainably.MENG Lihong CHEN Yaning LI Weihong ZHAO Ruifeng 2009Chinese Geographical Science2009,19,1:55
Kairui Mao Shuzhen Chen Mingkuan Chen Yonglei Ma Yan Wang Bo Huang Zhengyu He Yan Zeng Yu Htl Shuhui Sun Jing Li Xiaodong Wu Xiangrui Wang Warren Strober Chang Chen Guangxun Meng Bing Sun 2013Cell Research2013,23,2:59
