1水稻抗性淀粉突变体抗性淀粉结构的比较研究显示文摘利用凝胶渗透色谱法和毛细管电泳法对2个富含抗性淀粉的水稻突变体RS111、AE及其野生型亲本R7954、IR36的抗性淀粉组成结构进行了比较研究,分析了2个突变体与野生型亲本抗性淀粉中直链淀粉和支链淀粉的差异。RS111的抗性淀粉主要来源于直链淀粉,支链淀粉所占比例很小,直链淀粉与支链淀粉的比率相对于野生型亲本来说大大提高,从抗性淀粉中支链淀粉的链长分布来看,RS111与R7954比较一致,只是RS111中聚合度为10的短链比例明显小于亲本R7954;而另一突变体AE的抗性淀粉来源中,支链淀粉所占比例很大,直链淀粉与支链淀粉的比率相对于野生型亲本来说变化不大,支链淀粉中聚合度为10左右的短链比例大大高于亲本IR36,而聚合度为16、21左右的中长链比例远远低于亲本。焦桂爱 唐绍清 罗炬 Melissa FITZGERALD Leslie T.ROFEROS 胡培松 2006中国水稻科学2006,20,6:27

3不同程度慢性牙周炎患者病情的二年自然进展显示文摘目的 观察不同程度慢性牙周炎的自然进展规律。方法 纵向观察 16 9例轻、中、重度慢性牙周炎患者在 2年中的疾病自然进展 ,检查除第三磨牙外的全口牙 ,每颗牙 6个位点 ,以探诊深度、附着丧失为指标 ,两次检查之间附着丧失加重≥ 3mm的牙位定为活动性进展。结果 活动性发生率依基线时疾病的轻、中、重程度而逐渐增高 ,按位点活动性的发生率分别为 0 14 %、0 39%及0 73% ,按个体活动性的发生率分别为 15 5 6 %、2 9 89%及 4 3 2 4 % ,差异有统计学意义。结论 重度牙周炎患者是牙周破坏活动性进展的高危人群。欧阳翔英 曹采方 Henry Liu 胡文杰 J Leslie Winston 2004中华口腔医学杂志2004,39,3:24
4Autoimmune pancreatitis in the context of IgG4-related disease:Review of imaging findings显示文摘Current understanding of autoimmune pancreatitis(AIP) recognizes a histopathological subtype of the disease to fall within the spectrum of IgG4-related disease.Along with clinical,laboratory,and histopathological data,imaging plays an important role in the diagnosis and management of AIP,and more broadly,within the spectrum of IgG4-related disease.In addition to the defined role of imaging in consensus diagnostic protocols,an array of imaging modalities can provide complementary data to address specific clinical concerns.These include contrast-enhanced computed tomography(CT) and magnetic resonance(MR) imaging for pancreatic parenchymal lesion localization and characterization,endoscopic retrograde and magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography(ERCP and MRCP) to assess for duct involvement,and more recently,positron emission tomography(PET) imaging to assess for extra-pancreatic sites of involvement.While the imaging appearance of AIP varies widely,certain imaging features are more likely to represent AIP than alternate diagnoses,such as pancreatic cancer.While nonspecific,imaging findings which favor a diagnosis of AIP rather than pancreatic cancer include:delayed enhancement of affected pancreas,mild dilatation of the main pancreatic duct over a long segment,the 'capsule' and 'penetrating duct' signs,and responsiveness to corticosteroid therapy.Systemic,extra-pancreatic sites of involvement are also often seen in AIP and IgG4-related disease,and typically respond to corticosteroid therapy.Imaging by CT,MR,and PET also play a role in the diagnosis and monitoring after treatment of involved sites.Leslie K Lee Dushyant V Sahani 2014World Journal of Gastroenterology2014,20,41:23

10与蝉花有关的虫草菌生物多样性的研究Ⅰ:文献考证显示文摘蝉花是我国重要药用真菌,但长期以来其名称特别是学名的使用一直混乱。本文从古代医药典籍记载确认,'蝉花'是历史最久、使用最广的中名,对于其他中名具有优先权。其学名Isariacicadae系Miquel(1838)根据巴西标本命名,但模式标本已失,原描述文字及插图均极其简单,与蝉花形态差异较大。其有性型迄今未发现,曾先后被认为是小蝉草Ophiocordyceps sobolifera和大蝉草Tolypocladium dujiaolongae(=Cordyceps cicadae Shing)。本文根据文献考证澄清了国内外关于小蝉草和大蝉草的误用,分析了长期以来大量日本文献中的命名混乱对我国认知蝉花的影响,并质疑Ⅰ.cicadae在中国及其他地区的分布,提出它是一复合种,因此蝉花的分类地位及学名需要进一步研究。李增智 HYWEL-JONES Nigel Leslie 栾丰刚 张胜利 孙长胜 陈祝安 李春如 谭悠久 董建飞 2020菌物学报2020,39,12:11
11基于动力触探的砾性土液化判别方法通用性研究显示文摘动力触探是针对砾性土力学性能评价的一种原位测试技术,具有设备简单、操作方便等优势。分别在成都平原和美国Utah地区选取典型砾性土场地,进行中美联合动力触探和有效锤击能量的测试与标定,结果表明:1在成都平原3个砾性土场地获取了中国超重型动力触探1321个重锤锤击能量记录,锤击能量传递系数的平均值约为90%,标准差为7.7%,锤击数离散性受设备操作方法的影响较大;2在美国钻机上安装中国超重型动力触探标准探头,可以有效穿透选取的试验深度为20 m的砾性土场地,并进行分层、力学性能评价;3在美国Echo dam下游坝基上2个砾性土场地获取了美国动力触探1438个重锤锤击记录,锤击能量传递系数约为74%,标准差为8.7%,锤击数离散性受拉绳、钻杆摩擦力的影响较大;4对锤击数进行能量修正之后,以2008年汶川地震砾性土液化为背景、以动力触探锤击数为基本指标的砾性土液化判别方法,具有国际通用的可行性。曹振中 刘荟达 袁晓铭 T Leslie Youd 2016岩土工程学报2016,38,1:9

13Adaptability of the ocean and earth tidal models based on global observations of the superconducting gravimeters显示文摘The adaptability of recent ocean tidal models and Earth tidal models is investigated comprehensively by means of 22 high precision tidal gravity observation series at 20 stations of the Global Geodynamics Project. Careful preprocessing of the original observations was carried out using international standard algorithms and the tidal gravity parameters were computed. The gravity load vectors of 8 main constituents are obtained based on loading computation theory and various global ocean models. The loading corrections of 14 secondary constituents are obtained based on a two-dimensional interpolation technique. Considering different characteristics of the wave amplitude, a method of “non-identical weighted mean” is developed for computing the av-eraged observed residual and remaining residual vectors at each station. The efficiency of the loading correction and the discrepancy between corrected amplitude factors and theoretical ones are analyzed. Meanwhile the calibration problem of the instruments is also discussed. After loading correction, the averaged tidal gravity parameters for all stations are obtained. The results show that the discrepancies between the global mean amplitude factors and theoretical values are less than 0.3%, the largest calibration error of the instruments is less than 0.5%. 15BYPASS1:How a Tiny Mutant Tells a Big Story about Root-to-shoot Signaling显示文摘Plants coordinate their development using long-distance signaling. The vascular system provides a route for long-distance movement, and specifically the xylem for root-to-shoot signaling. Root-to-shoot signals play roles communicating soil conditions, and these signals are important for agricultural water conservation. Using genetic approaches, the Arabidopsis bypass1 (bps1) mutant, which over-produces a root-derived signal, was identified. Although bps1 mutants have both root and shoot defects, the shoot can develop normally if the roots are removed, and the mutant root is sufficient to induce arrest of the wild-type shoot. BYPASS1 encodes a protein with no functionally characterized domains, and BPS1-like genes are found in plant genomes, but not the genomes of animals. Analyses of hormone pathways indicate that the mobile compound that arises in bps1 roots requires carotenoid biosynthesis, but it is neither abscisic acid nor strigolactone. The current model suggests that BPS1 is required to prevent the synthesis of a novel substance that moves from the root to the shoot, where it modifies shoot growth by interfering with auxin signaling.Leslie E. 16User-Level Device Drivers: Achieved Performance显示文摘Running device drivers as unprivileged user-level code, encapsulated into their own process, has often been proposed as a technique for increasing system robustness. However, in the past, systems based on user-level drivers have generally exhibited poor I/O performance. Consequently, user-level device drivers have never caught on to any significant degree.
