1西藏班公湖-怒江缝合带——深部地球物理结构给出的启示显示文摘通过跨越缝合带的综合地球物理和地质调查研究,查明了地质上推测的“班公湖-怒江缝合带”的深部结构和构造,提出了下述观点现有资料尚不足以证明,“班公湖-怒江缝合带”是严格意义上的缝合带,而趋向表明是一个老的弧后拉张区,在后来的印度大陆与拉萨地块碰撞挤压过程中,先是沉积了巨厚的第三纪地层,仅在20Ma(?)以来才转变成挤压体制,形成多条逆冲断裂;纳木错-申扎逆冲的蛇绿岩片带代表着侏罗纪洋的主要缝合带位置,在其闭合过程中洋壳与陆壳一起向北发生俯冲,并形成班戈岩带所代表的岩浆弧,在岩浆弧后出现了拉张区;下地壳向北挤压增厚,物理性质不同的上、下地壳之间相互运动而形成了一条缓倾的剪切片理化带,南北长达300km,命名为主羌塘逆冲断裂带(MQT);并使班戈岩片整体向南逆推上去,致使地壳分层增厚;在拉张期伦坡拉小地块向下运动,20Ma以后转变成压缩体制后又开始向上逆推,再加上后期的剥蚀,致使班戈深成岩体出露于地表;唐古拉山、各拉丹冬等年轻的火山岩浆带与地表显示的构造活动无直接关系,推测应是地壳深层作用引起的构造岩浆活动的显示。赵文津 刘葵 蒋忠惕 吴珍汉 赵逊 史大年 熊嘉育 J.Mechie L.Brown T.Hearn J.R.Guo Seth S.Haines 2004地质通报2004,23,7:37

4Human mesenchymal stem cell morphology, migration, and differentiation on micro and nano-textured titanium显示文摘Orthopedic implants rely on facilitating a robust interaction between the implant material surface and the surrounding bone tissue.Ideally,the interface will encourage osseointegration with the host bone,resulting in strong fixation and implant stability.However,implant failure can occur due to the lack of integration with bone tissue or bacterial infection.The chosen material and surface topography of orthopedic implants are key factors that influence the early events following implantation and may ultimately define the success of a device.Early attachment,rapid migration and improved differentiation of stem cells to osteoblasts are necessary to populate the surface of biomedical implants,potentially preventing biofilm formation and implant-associated infection.This article explores these early stem cell specific events by seeding human mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)on four clinically relevant materials:polyether ether ketone(PEEK),Ti6Al4V(smooth Ti),macro-micro rough Ti6Al4V(Endoskeleton®),and macro-micro-nano rough Ti6Al4V(nanoLOCK®).The results demonstrate the incorporation of a hierarchical macro-micro-nano roughness on titanium produces a stellate morphology typical of mature osteoblasts/osteocytes,rapid and random migration,and improved osteogenic differentiation in seeded MSCs.Literature suggests rapid coverage of a surface by stem cells coupled with stimulation of bone differentiation minimizes the opportunity for biofilm formation while increasing the rate of device integration with the surrounding bone tissue.Emily G.Long Merve Buluk Michelle B.Gallagher Jennifer M.Schneider Justin L.Brown 2019Bioactive Materials2019,4,1:8

7ZmGns,a maize class I β-1,3-glucanase,is induced by biotic stresses and possesses strong antimicrobial activity显示文摘Plant b-1,3-glucanases are members of the pathogenesis-related protein 2(PR-2) family,which is one of the 17 PR protein families and plays important roles in biotic and abiotic stress responses.One of the differentially expressed proteins(spot 842) identified in a recent proteomic comparison between five pairs of closely related maize(Zea mays L.) lines differing in aflatoxin resistance was further investigated in the present study.Here,the corresponding cDNA was cloned from maize and designated as ZmGns.ZmGns encodes a protein of338 amino acids containing a potential signal peptide.The expression of Zm Gns was detectible in all tissues studied with the highest level in silks.ZmGns was significantly induced by biotic stresses including three bacteria and the fungus Aspergillus flavus.ZmGns was also induced by most abiotic stresses tested and growth hormones including salicylic acid.In vivo,ZmGns showed a significant inhibitory activity against thebacterial pathogen Pseudomonas syringae pv.tomato DC3000 and fungal pathogen Botrytis cinerea when it overexpressed in Arabidopsis.Its high level of expression in the silk tissue and its induced expression by phytohormone treatment,as well as by bacterial and fungal infections,suggest it plays a complex role in maize growth,development,and defense.Yu-Rong Xie Yenjit Raruang Zhi-Yuan Chen Robert L.Brown Thomas E.Cleveland 2015Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2015,57,3:3

20The structure of colloidal polyethylenimine-silica nanocomposite microparticles显示文摘Deposition of silica from an organosilane tetraethoxysilane(TEOS)onto parent polyethylenimine(PEI)microgel particles produces a novel PEI-silica nanocomposite,which possesses greater adsorption ca-pacity for copper ions than either parent material.This study explores factors governing interactions of silica with the PEI matrix,along with structural features of resulting PEI-silica composite particles,to explain their properties and determine their application potential.The influence of initial TEOS/PEI mass ratio and the duration of silica deposition on the final silica content and distribution in the composite are studied.A comparative analysis of the structural architecture of chemically etched silica remnants,original PEI-silica composite particles and the parent PEI-microgel is carried out using X-ray photo-electron spectroscopy,small-angle X-ray scattering,and electron microscopy techniques.It is found that silica sol nanoparticles are evenly distributed throughout the PEI-microgel framework and interlinked with it via electrostatic interactions,enabling a structural model of the PEI-silica nanocomposite to be proposed.The chemical stability of resulting nanocomposite particles in parallel with the parent PEI-microgel is tested and shown to be robust for more than 100 days of storage in aqueous dispersions across a range of pH conditions,highlighting the application potential for these particles in copper capture.Alexandra Semenova Luke W.Giles Mark Louis P.Vidallon Bart Follink Paul L.Brown Rico F.Tabor 2023Particuology2023,,5:0
