1欧洲卒中组织(ESO)关于无活动能力的急性缺血性卒中患者静脉血栓栓塞的预防指南显示文摘背景静脉血栓栓塞(venous thromboembolism, VTE)包括深静脉血栓形成(deep vein thrombosis, DVT)和肺栓塞,是无活动能力的急性缺血性卒中患者的常见并发症。本文阐述了欧洲卒中组织(European Stroke Organisation, ESO)关于无活动能力的急性缺血性卒中患者VTE预防的指南。有关出血性卒中的指南已发表。方法一个多学科小组确定了相关问题并使用推荐意见分级评估、制定和评价系统根据随机对照试验证据制定推荐意见。本文经过ESO内部及外部评审,并得到ESO指南委员会和ESO执行委员会批准。结果我们发现的主要是中等质量证据,包括评估梯度压力弹力袜(graduated compression stocking, GCS)、间歇充气加压装置(intermittent pneumatic compression, IPC)以及使用普通肝素(unfractionated heparin, UFH)、低分子量肝素(low molecular weight heparin, LMWH)和类肝素进行预防性抗凝治疗的随机对照试验和系统评价,但未发现评估神经肌肉电刺激(neuromuscular electrical stimulation, NES)的随机试验。我们推荐临床医生对无活动能力的患者使用IPC,但不应使用GCS。在无活动能力的缺血性卒中患者中,如果降低VTE风险的益处足以抵消其使用导致的颅内外出血风险增高,则应考虑使用UFH(5 000 U,2~3次/d)、LMWH或类肝素进行预防性抗凝治疗。如果确定具有预防性抗凝治疗的指征,应考虑使用LMWH或类肝素而非UFH,因为前两者能更明显地降低DVT风险,使用更加便利,人员成本更低,患者舒适度更高(每天仅需注射1次),但这些优势应与LMWH和类肝素的更高颅外出血风险、更高药物成本以及在肾功能不全老年患者中使用的相关风险进行权衡。结论IPC、UFH或LMWH和类肝素可降低无活动能力的急性缺血性卒中患者的VTE风险,但需要进一步研究来评价NES是否有效。其中证据最强的预防手段是IPC。需要更好的方法在卒中发病后最初数周内根据VTE风险和抗凝药的出血风险对患者进行分层。Martin Dennis Valeria Caso L Jaap Kappelle Aleksandra Pavlovic Peter Sandercock 刘品一 黄丽丽 徐运 2017国际脑血管病杂志2017,25,3:11

4Water limitation and rootstock genotype interact to alter grape berry metabolism through transcriptome reprogramming显示文摘Grapevine is a perennial crop often cultivated by grafting a scion cultivar on a suitable rootstock.Rootstocks influence scions,particularly with regard to water uptake and vigor.Therefore,one of the possibilities to adapt viticulture to the extended drought stress periods is to select rootstocks conferring increased tolerance to drought.However,the molecular mechanisms associated with the ability of rootstock/scion combination to influence grape berry metabolism under drought stress are still poorly understood.The transcriptomic changes induced by drought stress in grape berries(cv.Pinot noir)from vines grafted on either 110R(drought-tolerant)or 125AA(drought-sensitive)rootstock were compared.The experiments were conducted in the vineyard for two years and two grape berry developmental stages(50%and 100%veraison).The genome-wide microarray approach showed that water stress strongly impacts gene expression in the berries,through ontology categories that cover cell wall metabolism,primary and secondary metabolism,signaling,stress,and hormones,and that some of these effects strongly depend on the rootstock genotype.Indeed,under drought stress,berries from vines grafted on 110R displayed a different transcriptional response compared to 125AA-concerning genes related to jasmonate(JA),phenylpropanoid metabolism,and pathogenesis-related proteins.The data also suggest a link between JA and secondary metabolism in water-stressed berries.Overall,genes related to secondary metabolism and JA are more induced and/or less repressed by drought stress in the berries grafted on the drought-sensitive rootstock 125AA.These rootstock-dependent gene expression changes are relevant for berry composition and sensory properties.Mariam Berdeja Philippe Nicolas Christian Kappel Zhan Wu Dai Ghislaine Hilbert Anthony Peccoux Magali Lafontaine Nathalie Ollat Eric Gomès Serge Delrot 2015Horticulture Research2015,2,1:5
5Proteomic and metabolomic profiling underlines the stage- and time-dependent effects of high temperature on grape berry metabolism显示文摘Climate change scenarios predict an increase in mean air temperatures and in the frequency,intensity,and length of extreme temperature events in many wine-growing regions worldwide.Because elevated temperature has detrimental effects on berry growth and composition,it threatens the economic and environmental sustainability of wine production.Using Cabernet Sauvignon fruit-bearing cuttings,we investigated the effects of high temperature(HT)on grapevine berries through a label-free shotgun proteomic analysis coupled to a complementary metabolomic study.Among the 2,279 proteins identified,592 differentially abundant proteins were found in berries exposed to HT.The gene ontology categories“stress,”“protein,”“secondary metabolism,”and“cell wall”were predominantly altered under HT.High temperatures strongly impaired carbohydrate and energy metabolism,and the effects depended on the stage of development and duration of treatment.Transcript amounts correlated poorly with protein expression levels in HT berries,highlighting the value of proteomic studies in the context of heat stress.Furthermore,this work reveals that HT alters key proteins driving berry development and ripening.Finally,we provide a list of differentially abundant proteins that can be considered as potential markers for developing or selecting grape varieties that are better adapted to warmer climates or extreme heat waves.David Lecourieux Christian Kappel Stéphane Claverol Philippe Pieri Regina Feil John E.Lunn Marc Bonneu Lijun Wang Eric Gomès Serge Delrot Fatma Lecourieux 2020Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2020,62,8:2

7Net absorption and liver metabolism of amino acids and heat production of portaldrained viscera and liver in multiparous sows during transition and lactation显示文摘Background:Determination of nutrient requirements in the late gestating and lactating sows is essential to optimize sow productivity.The objectives of the present study were to quantify amino acid(AA)fluxes and heat production across portal-drained viscera(PDV)and liver in multiparous sows during transition and lactation.Methods:Eight second parity sows were fitted with indwelling catheters in the femoral artery and in the mesenteric,portal and hepatic veins.Eight hourly sets of blood samples were taken starting 0.5 h before feeding at−10,−3,+3,and+17 d in milk(DIM).Blood gases,plasma metabolites and apparent total tract digestibility(ATTD)of nutrients were measured.Results:Feed intake,the ATTD of DM,energy,nitrogen,fat and crude fiber changed with DIM(P<0.001).Except for Glu,O2,and urea,all net portal fluxes were positive,and all were affected by DIM(P<0.05)and by sampling time(P<0.01).Compared with pre partum levels,net portal uptake of AA was 3-63%lower at+3 DIM but 40-100%higher at+17 DIM.Net portal fluxes of AA peaked at 1.5 to 2.5 h after feeding except for Glu,and they were positively correlated with changes in sow feed intake across DIM.The net portal recovery was low for Met(49%),Thr(54%),and His(54%)and high for the remaining essential AA(63-69%)and none of them differed across DIM.Net hepatic uptake(i.e.hepatic oxidation)of Lys,Thr,Ile,Leu and Phe peaked at 0.5 to 2.5 h after feeding,whereas uptake of Trp,Val,and His was constant,while that of Met was close to zero.Conclusion:The net portal recovery was substantially lower for Met,Thr,and His than the remaining essential AA.Hepatic AA oxidation peaks 0.5 to 2.5 h after feeding.The heat production in PDV and liver was approximately two-fold higher at peak lactation compared to other stages.The study suggests that lysine was the limiting AA in peak lactation but not in early lactation.Liang Hu Niels Bastian Kristensen Lianqiang Che De Wu Peter Kappel Theil 2020Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2020,11,2:2
