12D titanium carbide(MXene) electrodes with lower-F surface for high performance lithium-ion batteries显示文摘MXene has shown distinctive advantages as anode materials of lithium-ion batteries. However, local surface chemistry, which was confirmed that can block ion transfer and limit redox reaction, has a significant effect on electrochemical performance. Herein, annealing MXene under hydrogen was employed for removing-F and turning-OH to-O terminations. We demonstrate that it improves the kinetics of Li-ion transport between the electrolyte and electrode. As a result, a lower interfacial charge transfer impedance was obtained. 2Characteristics of distribution of Mycobacterium tuberculosis lineages in China显示文摘The genotyping methods of Mycobacterium tuberculosis would dramatically improve our understanding of the molecular epidemiology of tuberculosis. 3,929 isolates, from a National Survey of Drug-Resistant Tuberculosis in 2007 in China, were successfully genotyped by large sequence polymorphisms and 15 loci variable number tandem repeats. We found that 2,905(2,905/3,929, 73.9%) cases belonged to Lineage 2, dominated in the east and central regions, 975 cases(975/3,929, 24.8%) were Lineage 4, highly prevailed in the west regions, and 36 and 13 cases were Lineage 3 and Lineage 1, respectively. We also explored the associations between lineages(Lineage 2 vs. Lineage 4) and clinical characteristics by logistic regression. For Lineage 2, the risk factors were Han-ethnicity population and fever. However, for Lineage 4, they were occupation(farmer), and degree of education(non-literate). 3Brazing of WC–8Co cemented carbide to steel using Cu–Ni–Al alloys as filler metal: Microstructures and joint mechanical behavior显示文摘Three novel Cu–Ni–Al brazing filler alloys with Cu/Ni weight ratio of 4:1 and 2.5–10 wt% Al were developed and characterized, and the wetting of three Cu–Ni–Al alloys on WC–8 Co cemented carbide were investigated at 1190–1210?C by the sessile drop technique. Vacuum brazing of the WC–8 Co cemented carbide to SAE1045 steel using the three Cu–Ni–Al alloys as filler metal was further carried out based on the wetting test results. The interfacial interactions and joint mechanical behaviors involving microhardness, shear strength and fracture were analyzed and discussed. The experimental results show that all the three wetting systems present excellent wettability with final contact angles of less than 5?and fast spreading. An obvious degeneration layer with continuous thin strip forms in the cemented carbide adjacent to the Cu–Ni–Al/WC–8 Co interface. The variation of microhardness in the joint cross-section is closely related to the interactions(such as diffusion and solid solution) of WC–8 Co/Cu–Ni–Al/steel system. Compared with the other two brazed joints, the WC–8 Co/Cu–19 Ni–5 Al/steel brazed joint presents more reliable interlayer microstructure and mechanical property while brazing at the corresponding wetting temperatures for 5 min, and its average shear strength is over 200 MPa after further optimizing the brazing temperature and holding time. 5An antioxidant system through conjugating superoxide dismutase onto metal-organic framework for cardiac repair显示文摘Acute myocardial infarction(AMI)remains a dominant origin of morbidity,mortality and disability worldwide.Increases in reactive oxygen species(ROS)are key contributor to excessive cardiac injury after AMI.Here we developed an immobilized enzyme with Superoxide Dismutase(SOD)activity cross-link with Zr-based metal-organic framework(ZrMOF)(SOD-ZrMOF)for mitigate ROS-caused injury.In vitro and in vivo evidence indicates that SOD-ZrMOF exhibits excellent biocompatibility.By efficiently scavenging ROS and suppressing oxidative stress,SOD-ZrMOF can protect the function of mitochondria,reduce cell death and alleviate inflammation.More excitingly,long-term study using an animal model of AMI demonstrated that SOD-ZrMOF can reduce the infarct area,protect cardiac function,promote angiogenesis and inhibit pathological myocardial remodeling.Therefore,SOD-ZrMOF holds great potential as an efficacious and safe nanomaterial treatment for AMI.Jiacheng Guo Zhenzhen Yang Yongzheng Lu Chunyan Du Chang Cao Bo Wang Xiaoting Yue Zenglei Zhang Yanyan Xu Zhen Qin Tingting Huang Wei Wang Wei Jiang Jinying Zhang Junnan Tang 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,4:4

8High-performance polarization-sensitive photodetector based on a few-layered PdSe2 nanosheet显示文摘The extraordinary optical and electronic properties of anisotropic two-dimensional materials,such as black phosphorus,ReS2,and GeSe,enable them a promising component of polarization-sensitive photodetectors.However,these applications are significantly limited by the challenges of air-stability,response time,and linearly dichroic ratio.Interestingly,palladium diselenide(PdSe2)with high air stability is an emerging material that has robust in-plane anisotropy induced by its asymmetric pentagonal lattice structure.We have successfully prepared a few-layer PdSe2 using micromechanical exfoliation,and here we demonstrate the strong linear dichroism behavior of PdSe2 by polarization-resolved absorption spectra measurements.Such unique linear dichroism,endows the PdSe2 photodetector powerful ability to detect polarized light.The photodetector based on 5L PdSe2,as tested with polarization-dependent photocurrent mapping,exhibited competitive capability to detect polarized light,achieving a significant photocurrent on/off ratio(>10^2),the quite fast response time(<11 ms)and robust linearly dichroic ratios(/max//min≈1.9 at 532 nm).These results are essential advance in the development of polarization-sensitive photodetector,a crucial step towards opening up a new avenue for the application of 2D optoelectronic devices.Jiahong Zhong Juan Yu Lingkai Cao Cheng Zeng Junnan Ding Chunxiao Cong Zongwen Liu Yanping Liu 2020Nano Research2020,13,6:4
9Three-dimensional architectures based on carbon nanotube bridged Ti_(2)C MXene nanosheets for Li-S batteries显示文摘Lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries are promising candidates for high density electrochemical energy storage systems.However,the poor conductivity of S and the shuttle effect of polysulfides are a bottleneck to practical applications.Herein,a three-dimensional architecture,based on carbon nanotube(CNT)bridged Ti_(2)C MXene nanosheets,was constructed as a sulfur host.This architecture was based on Ti atoms,which can chemically absorb polysulfides.The CNTs are highly conductive and intercalate into the MXene nanosheets to prevent their stacking and construct an interspace for polysulfides.This hybrid,as a host of S,can effectively alleviate the shuttle effect through a combination of physical confinement and chemical adsorption.This resulted in an open internal space,which served as a cathode for the loaded S to promote electron transport and enhance electrochemical kinetics of the polysulfide conversion in Li-S batteries.Qinhua Gu Ming Lu Junnan Chen Yujie Qi Bingsen Zhang 2021Particuology2021,19,4:3

12NaV6O15:A promising cathode material for insertion/extraction of Mg^2+with excellent cycling performance显示文摘The rechargeable magnesium batteries(RMBs)are getting more and more attention because of their high-energy density,high-security and low-cost.Nevertheless,the high charge density of Mg^2+makes the diffusion of Mg2+in the conventional cathodes very slow,resulting in a lack of appropriate electrode materials for RMBs.In this work,we enlarge the layer spacing of V2Os by introducing Na^2+in the crystal structure to promote the diffusion kinetics of Mg^2+.The NaVeO15(NVO)synthesized by a facile method is studied as a cathode material for RMBs with the anhydrous pure Mg^2+electrolyte.As a result,the NVO not only exhibits high discharge capacity(119.2 mAh:g^-1 after 100 cycles at the current density of 20 mA:g^-1)and working voltage(above 1.6 V vs.Mg^2+/Mg),but also expresses good rate capability.Besides,the eX-situ characterizations results reveal that the Mg^2+storage mechanism in NVO is based on the intercalation and deintercalation.The density functional theory(DFT)calculation results further indicate that Mg^2+tends to occupy the semi-occupied sites of Na^+in the NVO.Moreover,the galvanostatic intermittent titration technique(GITT)demonstrates that NVO electrode has the fast diffusion kinetics of Mg^2+during discharge process ranging from 7.55×10^-13 to2.41×10^-11 cm^2·s^-1.Our work proves that the NVO is a potential cathode material for RMBs.Dongzheng Wu Jing Zeng Haiming Hua Junnan Wu Yang Yang Jinbao Zhao 2020Nano Research2020,13,2:2
13Study on Changes in the Characteristics of Key Carbohydrates in Wheat during the After-ripening Period显示文摘Three wheat cultivars—Zhengmai 366(ZM366), Zhoumai 27(ZM27) and Yangmai 15(YM15)—were used in the present study. After storage at 25?C for 15, 30, 45, 60, 90, 120 and 150 d, the crude starch, amylose, amylopectin, damaged starch and reducing sugar contents in wheat during the after-ripening period were measured. The results revealed(1) a marginal decrease in the total starch content;(2) no significant change in the amylopectin content; and(3) significant change in the amylose and reducing sugar contents during the after-ripening period in all the three wheat cultivars. Further, the amylose content in the three cultivars exhibited an increasing trend during the initial phase of the after-ripening period. Among the cultivars, ZM366 exhibited the highest increase,which stabilized after 90 d. The reducing sugar content showed a significant decrease during the initial phase of the after-ripening period with ZM366 showing the highest decrease, which attained stability after 90 d. The damaged starch content in all the three wheat cultivars exhibited a decreasing trend with ZM27 showing the highest decrease, which stabilized after 90 d. There were no changes in the forms of starch crystal among the three wheat cultivars after the after-ripening period, with only ZM366 showing a significant increase in starch crystallinity. 14Molecular cloning,sequencing,and expression profiles of heat shock protein 90 (HSP90) in Hyriopsis cumingii exposed to different stressors:Temperature,cadmium and Aeromonas hydrophila显示文摘Heat shock protein 90(HSP90)represents a suite of highly conserved and multi-functional molecular chaperone proteins that play an important role in cellular stress responses.In order to better understand the expression of HSP90 in mollusks,a full-length complementary DNA(cDNA)of HSP90(HcHSP90)was identified in Hyriopsis cumingii.HcHSP90 cDNA was 2659 bp in length,consisting of 30 and 50-untranslated regions and an open reading frame of 2187 bp,that encoded a 728 amino acid protein.Homology analyses showed that the HcHSP90 protein was highly conserved and had 5 well-conserved family signatures of HSP90 proteins.HcHSP90 mRNA expressed in various tissues of H.cumingii.The expression level of HcHSP90 was the highest in the digestive gland.In all tissues,with the exception of the digestive gland where it was down-regulated,HcHSP90 mRNA expression was significantly induced by temperature treatments(0,5,25,and 35℃)relative to the control(15℃).Exposure of H.cumingii to different concentrations of cadmium(50,100,and 200 mg/L),up-regulated HcHSP90 mRNA in the haemolymph and gill but without an obvious dose-dependent response.When H.cumingii were infected with Aeromonas hydrophila,HcHSP90 mRNA expression in the haemolymph was up-regulated and peaked 36 h post-infection,while in the gills it was significantly up-regulated 3 h post-infection in the gills,then remained constant until returning to pre-challenge expression levels at 36 h post-infection.The results show that HcHSP90 expression can be significantly regulated by changes in temperature,cadmium exposure and bacterial infection.We deduced that HSP90 may play an important role in helping H.cumingii to cope with environmental stress.Qin Wang Junnan Wang Guiling Wang Congdi Wu Jiale Li 2017Aquaculture and Fisheries2017,2,2:2

16Clinical characteristics and risk factors for mortality in cancer patients with COVID-19显示文摘Patients with cancer are at increased risk of severe infections.From a cohort including 3060 patients with confirmed COVID-19,109(3.4%)cancer patients were included in this study.Among them,23(21.1%)patients died in the hospital.Cancer patients,especially those with hematological malignancies(41.6%),urinary carcinoma(35.7%),malignancies of the digestive system(33.3%),gynecological malignancies(20%),and lung cancer(14.3%),had a much higher mortality than patients without cancer.A total of 19(17.4%)cancer patients were infected in the hospital.The clinical characteristics of deceased cancer patients were compared with those of recovered cancer patients.Multivariate Cox regression analysis indicated that a Nutritional Risk Screening(NRS2002)score≥3(adjusted hazard ratio(HR)11.00;95%confidence interval(CI)4.60–26.32;P<0.001),high-risk type(adjusted HR 18.81;95%CI 4.21–83.93;P<0.001),tumor stage IV(adjusted HR 4.26;95%CI 2.34–7.75;P<0.001),and recent adjuvant therapy(<1 month)(adjusted HR 3.16;95%CI 1.75–5.70;P<0.01)were independent risk factors for in-hospital death after adjusting for age,comorbidities,D-dimer,and lymphocyte count.In conclusion,cancer patients showed a higher risk of COVID-19 infection with a poorer prognosis than patients without cancer.Cancer patients with high-risk tumor,NRS2002 score≥3,advanced tumor stage,and recent adjuvant therapy(<1 month)may have high risk of mortality.Junnan Liang Guannan Jin Tongtong Liu Jingyuan Wen Ganxun Li Lin Chen Wei Wang Yuwei Wang Wei Liao Jia Song Zeyang Ding Xiao-ping Chen Bixiang Zhang 2021Frontiers of Medicine2021,15,2:2
17What is the meaning of health literacy?A systematic review and qualitative synthesis显示文摘The objective of this review was to clarify what health literacy represents.A systematic review with qualitative syntheses was performed(CRD42017065149).Studies concerning health literacy in all settings were included.Studies before 15 March 2017 were identified from PubMed,Medline,Embase,Web of Science,Scopus,PsycARTICLES and the Cochrane Library.The included literature either had defined the concept of health literacy or made a detailed explanation of health literacy.A total of 34 original studies met the inclusion criteria,including 13 involved in previous systematic reviews and 21 new studies.Health literacy was commonly conceptualised as a set of knowledge,a set of skills or a hierarchy of functions(functional-interactive critical).The construct of health literacy covers three broad elements:(1)knowledge of health,healthcare and health systems;(2)processing and using information in various formats in relation to health and healthcare;and(3)ability to maintain health through self-management and working in partnerships with health providers.Health literacy is defined as the ability of an individual to obtain and translate knowledge and information in order to maintain and improve health in a way that is appropriate to the individual and system contexts.This definition highlights the diversity of needs from different individuals and the importance of interactions between individual consumers,healthcare providers and healthcare systems.Chenxi Liu Dan Wang Chaojie Liu Junnan Jiang Xuemei Wang Haihong Chen Xin Ju Xinping Zhang 2020Family Medicine and Community Health2020,8,2:2
