| 3 | Insight of the stability and activity of platinum single atoms on ceria显示文摘Single-atom catalysts (SACs) have recently attracted broad attention in the catalysis field due to their maximized atom efficiency and unique catalytic properties.An atomic-level understanding of the interaction between the metal atoms and support is vital for developing stable and high-performance SACs.In this work,Pt1 single atoms with Ioadings up to 4 wt.% were fabricated on ceria nanorods using the atomic layer deposition technique.To understand the Pt-O-Ce bond interfacial interactions,the stability of Pt1 single atoms in the hydrogen reducing environment was extensively investigated by using in situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy CO chemisorption measurements.It was found that ceria defect sites,metal Ioadings and high-temperature calcination are effective ways to tune the stability of Pt1 single atoms in the hydrogen environment.X-ray photoemission spectroscopy further showed that Pt1 single atoms on ceria are dominantly at a +2 valence state at the defect and step edge sites,while those on terrace sites are at a +4 state.The above tailored stability and electronic properties of Pt1 single atoms are found to be strongly correlated with the catalytic activity in the dry and water-mediated CO oxidation reactions. | Xuxu Ye Hengwei Wang Yue Lin Xinyu Liu Lina Cao Jian Gu Junling Lu | 2019 | Nano Research2019,12,6: | 13 |
| 4 | Antibacterial activity of Cu_2O and Ag co-modified rice grains-like ZnO nanocomposites显示文摘In this work, a series of Cu_2O-Ag/ZnO, Cu_2O/ZnO and Ag/ZnO nanocomposites with various compositions were prepared via a hydrothermal method followed by chemical modification, and their antibacterial performance was investigated in detail. X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy results confirmed that 31 nm Cu20 and 30 nm Ag nanoparticles are well-dispersed on 202 nm ZnO grains to form a Cu_2O/ZnO and Ag/ZnO heterojunction, respectively. The bi-heterojuction structure in the Cu20-Ag/ZnO provided a synergistic effect on antibacterial activity, and the(Cu_2O)_(0.04)Ag_(0.06)ZnO_(0.9) nanocomposites showed the highest antimicrobial activity of all samples with minimum inhibitory concentration and minimum bactericidal concentration against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus as low to 31.25 μg/mL, 250μg/mL, 125μg/mL and 500μg/mL, respectively. | 14 | Mechanism of Lingbao Huxin Dan(灵宝护心丹)in the treatment of bradyarrhythmia complicated with coronary heart disease:a network pharmacology analysis显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigate the mechanism of action of the Lingbao Huxin Dan(灵宝护心丹)in treating bradycardia arrhythmia with coronary heart disease(BACHD)by network pharmacology.METHODS:The active ingredients of the Lingbao Huxin Dan were screened on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform and Bioinformatics tools designed for the analysis of molecular mechanisms of Chinese medicine platform;target prediction was conducted with the SwissTargetPrediction database,and Cytoscape 3.8 was used to construct a drug ingredient-target network.The Genecards,Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man,and DrugB ank databases were searched for disease targets.Venn plots were used to display the common targets of BA-CHD and active ingredients.The STRING platform was used to construct a protein-protein interaction network.The Metascape data platform was used for Gene Ontology(GO)enrichment analysis and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway analysis to construct a signaling pathway network of the active ingredients of the Lingbao Huxin Dan.RESULTS:There were 121 active ingredients,899 related targets,39 targets important in BA-CHD and 14 targets which intersected between the active ingredients and BA-CHD.There were 27 core therapeutic ingredients,153 biological processes,18 cell ingredients and 20 molecular functions obtained by GO enrichment analysis.The KEGG pathway analysis yielded 19 signaling pathways.CONCLUSION:RBA-CHD may treat BA-CHD by regulating adrenergic receptor beta-1,alpha 1-αadrenergic receptor,calcium voltage-gated channel subunit alpha1 C,alpha-1β-adrenergic receptor,nitric oxide synthase 2,beta-2 adrenergic receptor,voltagedependent calcium channel subunit alpha-2/delta-1,angiotensin-converting enzyme,Raf-1 proto-oncogene serine/threonine-protein kinase,and other targets,potentially by affecting adrenergic receptor binding and calcium channel opening,to regulate the activity of cardiomyocytes. | HAN Huagang LI Ziqiang OUYANG Jingfeng WANG Tianquan DONG Lingyan CAO Junling | 2023 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2023,43,5: | 0 |
