1Tectonically deformed coal types and pore structures in Puhe and Shanchahe coal mines in western Guizhou显示文摘To evaluate the effect of tectonic deformation on coal reservoir properties, we provide an analysis of the types of tectonically deformed coal, macroand microscopic deformation and discuss pore structural characteristics and connectivity based on samples from the Puhe and Shanchahe coal mines. Our research shows that the tectonically deformed coal mostly includes cataclastic structural coal, mortar structural coal and schistose structural coal of a brittle deformation series. The major pore structures of different types of tectonically deformed coal are transitional pores and micropores. The pore volumes of macropores and visible fracture pores produced by structural deformations vary over a large range and increase with the intensity of tectonic deformation. Mesopores as connecting passages develop well in schistose structural coal. According to the shapes of intrusive mercury curves, tectonically deformed coal can be divided into parallel, open and occluded types. The parallel type has poor connectivity and is relatively closed; the open type reflects uniformly developed open pores with good connectivity while the occluded type is good for coalbed methane enrichment, but has poor connectivity between pores.Li Ming Jiang Bo Lin Shoufa Wang Jilin Ji Mingjun Qu Zhenghui 2011Mining Science and Technology2011,21,3:19
2Routing optimization for multi-type containerships in a hub-and-spoke network显示文摘This paper considers the ship routing optimization problem in a hub-and-spoke network.A routing optimization model for multi-type containerships with time deadlines is established,and the target is to minimize the total cost,which consists of the total travelling cost,total service cost and total waiting cost.The model is set up through an improved genetic algorithm.The study data are from the Pearl River Delta region of China,which include 1 hub port and 29 feeder ports and have a population of 30 million.Result shows that when the iteration time reaches 190,the total cost comes to 521 thousand yuan near the optimal value.There are 6 routes,including 3 containerships of 100 TEU,2 containerships of 150 TEU and 1 containership of 200 TEU.At the same time,in the single-type containerships case,there are 7 routes,and when the iteration time reaches 120,the total cost comes to 573 thousand yuan,which is close to the optimal value.Comparing the two cases,it shows that the model for multi-type containerships with time deadlines is reasonable,and the algorithm is practicable.In the last,three factors,which may affect the total cost to carry out sensitivity analysis are chosen.It shows that time deadline,containership capacity and cargo handling capacity of each port have significant influence on the total cost.It is also shown that the total cost for multi-type containerships is always less than that for the single-type containerships.Mingjun Ji Lixin Shen Baishun Shi Yanyan Xue Fei Wang 2015Journal of Traffic and Transportation Engineering(English Edition)2015,2,5:5

17Fabrication of SA/Gel/C scaffold with 3D bioprinting to generate micro-nano porosity structure for skin wound healing: a detailed animal in vivo study显示文摘Bioprinting has exhibited remarkable promises for the fabrication of functional skin substitutes.However,there are some significant challenges for the treatment of full-thickness skin defects in clinical practice.It is necessary to determine bioinks with suitable mechanical properties and desirable biocompatibilities.Additionally,the key for printing skin is to design the skin structure optimally,enabling the function of the skin.In this study,the full-thickness skin scaffolds were prepared with a gradient pore structure constructing the dense layer,epidermis,and dermis by different ratios of bioinks.We hypothesized that the dense layer protects the wound surface and maintains a moist environment on the wound surface.By developing a suitable hydrogel bioink formulation(sodium alginate/gelatin/collagen),to simulate the physiological structure of the skin via 3D printing,the proportion of hydrogels was optimized corresponding to each layer.These results reveal that the scaffold has interconnected macroscopic channels,and sodium alginate/gelatin/collagen scaffolds accelerated wound healing,reduced skin wound contraction,and re-epithelialization in vivo.It is expected to provide a rapid and economical production method of skin scaffolds for future clinical applications.Changmei Niu Liyang Wang Dongdong Ji Mingjun Ren Dongxu Ke Qiang Fu Kaile Zhang Xi Yang 2022Cell Regeneration2022,11,1:0
18Mechanistic Insights into Membrane Protein Clustering Revealed by Visualizing EGFR Secretion显示文摘Most plasmalemmal proteins are organized into clusters to modulate various cellular functions.However,the machineries that regulate protein clustering remain largely unclear.Here,with EGFR as an example,we directly and in detail visualized the entire process of EGFR from synthesis to secretion onto the plasma membrane(PM)using a high-speed,high-resolution spinning-disk confocal microscope.First,colocalization imaging revealed that EGFR secretory vesicles underwent transport from the ER to the Golgi to the PM,eventually forming different distribution forms on the apical and basal membranes;that is,most EGFR formed larger clusters on the apical membrane than the basal membrane.A dynamic tracking image and further siRNA interference experiment confirmed that fusion of secretory vesicles with the plasma membrane led to EGFR clusters,and we showed that EGFR PM clustering may be intimately related to EGFR signaling and cell proliferation.Finally,we found that the size and origin of the secretory vesicles themselves may determine the difference in the distribution patterns of EGFR on the PM.More importantly,we showed that actin influenced the EGFR distribution by controlling the fusion of secretory vesicles with the PM.Collectively,a comprehensive understanding of the EGFR secretion process helps us to unravel the EGFR clustering process and elucidate the key factors determining the differences in the spatial distribution of EGFR PM,highlighting the correlation between EGFR secretion and its PM distribution pattern.Haijiao Xu Jinrui Zhang Yijia Zhou Guanfang Zhao Mingjun Cai Jing Gao Lina Shao Yan Shi Hongru Li Hongbin Ji Yikai Zhao Hongda Wang 2023Research2023,,1:0
