| 1 | 柏芩提取液的药效学及对奶牛子宫内膜炎的疗效评价显示文摘柏芩提取液是由黄柏、黄芩、红花、党参等组成,为了探讨其对奶牛子宫内膜炎的治疗作用,采用实验性家兔子宫内膜炎模型进行柏芩提取液的主要药效学研究。确定药效作用后,按照农业农村部颁布的《防治奶牛临床子宫内膜炎的抗微生物兽药的靶动物安全性和有效性试验指导原则》对其进行奶牛子宫内膜炎的临床疗效评价。药效学试验结果表明,与模型组比较,柏芩提取液能明显改善实验性子宫内膜炎家兔的临床症状,血液白细胞计数分类、子宫分泌物涂片镜检、尿液及子宫分泌物化学检查结果趋于正常,并且能够减轻子宫充血、炎性细胞浸润、上皮细胞脱落等组织病理学改变。临床疗效试验结果表明,给药后第10天,柏芩提取液高、中剂量组的治愈率极显著高于低剂量组(P<0.01),且与阳性药物对照组无显著差异(P>0.05);各试验组的总有效率差异均不显著(P>0.05)。给药后第21天,柏芩提取液高、中剂量组的治愈率显著高于低剂量组(P<0.05),且与阳性药物对照组差异不显著(P>0.05);各试验组的总有效率未见明显差异(P>0.05)。以上结果证明柏芩提取液对实验性家兔子宫内膜炎和临床奶牛子宫内膜炎具有良好的治疗作用,其中1.5和1.0 g/mL浓度(30 mL/次)对临床病例的治疗效果明显,与土霉素效果相似,0.5 g/mL浓度效果不明显。本研究为其进一步研究和开发应用奠定了基础。 | 钱峰 苗钰松 MUHAMMAD Ishfaq 尹鹏 尹建丽 李继昌 | 2020 | 中国畜牧兽医2020,47,5: | 6 |

| 3 | Growth,yield and water productivity of dry direct seeded rice and transplanted aromatic rice under different irrigation management regimes显示文摘Sustainability of traditionally cultivated rice in the rice-wheat cropping zone(RWCZ)of Pakistan is dwindling due to the high cost of production,declining water resources and escalating labour availability.Thus,farmers and researchers are compelled to find promising alternatives to traditional transplanted rice(TPR).A field study was conducted in Punjab,Pakistan,in 2017 and 2018 to explore the trade-offs between water saving and paddy yield,water productivity and economics of two aromatic rice varieties under dry direct seeded rice(DDSR)and TPR.The experiment was comprised of three irrigation regimes on the basis of soil moisture tension(SMT)viz.,continuous flooded(>–10 kPa SMT),alternate wetting and drying(AWD)(–20 kPa SMT)and aerobic rice(–40 kPa SMT),maintained under TPR and DDSR systems.Two aromatic rice verities:Basmati-515 and Chenab Basmati-2016 were used during both years of study.In both years,DDSR produced higher yields(13–18%)and reduced the total water inputs(8–12%)in comparison to TPR.In comparison to traditional continuous flooded(CF),AWD under DDSR reduced total water input by 27–29%and improved the leaf area index(LAI),tillering,yield(7–9%),and water productivity(44–50%).The performance of AWD with regard to water savings and increased productivity was much higher in DDSR system as compared to AWD in TPR system.Cultivation of DDSR with aerobic irrigation improved water savings(49–55%)and water productivity(22–30%)at the expense of paddy yield reduction(36–39%)and spikelet sterility.With regard to variety,the highest paddy yield(6.6 and 6.7 t ha–1)was recorded in DDSR using Chenab Basmati-2016 under AWD irrigation threshold that attributed to high tiller density and LAI.The economic analysis showed DDSR as more beneficial rice establishment method than TPR with a high benefit-cost ratio(BCR)when the crop was irrigated with AWD irrigation threshold.Our results highlighted that with the use of short duration varieties,DDSR cultivation in conjunction with AWD irrigation can be more beneficial for higher productivity and crop yield. | Muhammad Ishfaq Nadeem Akbar Shakeel Ahmed Anjum Muhammad Anwar-Ul-haq | 2020 | Journal of Integrative Agriculture2020,19,11: | 2 |

| 10 | Industrial Automation Information Analogy for Smart Grid Security显示文摘Industrial automation or assembly automation is a strictly monitored environment,in which changes occur at a good speed.There are many types of entities in the focusing environment,and the data generated by these devices is huge.In addition,because the robustness is achieved by sensing redundant data,the data becomes larger.The data generating device,whether it is a sensing device or a physical device,streams the data to a higher-level deception device for calculation,so that it can be driven and configured according to the updated conditions.With the emergence of the Industry 4.0 concept that includes a variety of automation technologies,various data is generated through numerous devices.Therefore,the data generated for industrial automation requires unique Information Architecture(IA).IA should be able to satisfy hard real-time constraints to spontaneously change the environment and the instantaneous configuration of all participants.To understand its applicability,we used an example smart grid analogy.The smart grid system needs an IA to fulfill the communication requirements to report the hard real-time changes in the power immediately following the system.In addition,in a smart grid system,it needs to report changes on either side of the system,i.e.,consumers and suppliers configure and reconfigure the system according to the changes.In this article,we propose an analogy of a physical phenomenon.A point charge is used as a data generating device,the streamline of electric flux is used as a data flow,and the charge distribution on a closed surface is used as a configuration.Finally,the intensity changes are used in the physical process,e.g.,the smart grid.This analogy is explained by metaphors,and the structural mapping framework is used for its theoretical proof.The proposed analogy provides a theoretical basis for the development of such information architectures that can represent data flows,definition changes(deterministic and non-deterministic),events,and instantaneous configuration definitions of entities in the system.The proposed analogy provides a mechanism to perform calculations during communication, using a simpleconcept on the closed surface to integrate two-layer cyber-physical systems(computation, communication, and physical process). | 11 | Roadside dust contamination with toxic metals along industrial area in Islamabad, Pakistan显示文摘An investigation has been carried out to understand the contamination characteristics of roadside dust in the industrial area of Islamabad, Pakistan. The amounts of Si, S, Cl, K, Ca, Sc, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Pb,Zn, Ga, As, Se and Cd were determined from 95 roadside dust samples collected along the Islamabad industrial area using Proton Induced X-ray Emission(PIXE). The results indicated that concentrations of all elements,except Cd, in the roadside dust were significant. The results of the enrichment factor show that the elementary composition of the roadside dust could be categorized as soil elements from the crust of the earth and elements from anthropogenic pollution. The high enrichment factors imply that elements such Cr, Cu, Pb, Zn, As, Se,Cd, Ni, Co and S came from anthropogenic activities. The source of metal contamination was identified using multivariate statistical analysis. | 13 | High-performance and Multi-functional Control of Transformerless Single-phase Smart Inverter for Grid-connected PV System显示文摘Highly reliable and flexible control is required for distributed generation(DG) to efficiently connect to the grid.Smart inverters play a key role in the control and integration of DG into the power grid and provide advanced functionalities. In this paper, an energy-based single-phase voltage-source smart inverter(SPV-SSI) of 5 k VA is designed and analyzed in detail. SPV-SSI is capable of supplying the power to local load and the utility load up to the rated capacity of the inverter, injecting the power into the grid, storing the energy in lead-acid battery bank, controlling the voltage at the point of common coupling(PCC) during voltage sags or faults, and making decisions on real-time pricing information obtained from the utility grid through advanced metering. The complete design of smart inverter in dq frame, bi-directional DC-DC buck-boost converter, IEEE standard 1547 based islanding and recloser, and static synchronous compensator(STATCOM) functionalities is presented in this paper. Moreover, adaptive controllers, i. e., fuzzy proportional-integral(F-PI) controller and fuzzy-sliding mode controller(F-SMC) are designed. | 15 | Screening of Adoptive Elite Tea (Camellia sinensis) Clones显示文摘The research screening of adoptive elite tea clones was conducted at NTRI, Mansehra during 2011-2012. Nine clones 101 Aa, 105 aa, 108 aa, 561 aa, 117 aa, 219 ab, 470 bb and 180 bd were evaluated for seedling performance. Randomized complete block design was used with three replications. Data was recorded on various morphological characters after 8 months. The results showed that high survival percentage, shoot length, number of roots plant^(-1), number of leaves plant^(-1) and root length were observed in clone 105 aa. While the highest fresh weight and dry weight of leaves were observed in clones 117 aa and 105 aa. The clone 105 aa was drought resistant, high survival percentage and root growth. | 16 | Anti-inflammatory Effects of Baicalin (In Vitro and In Vivo)显示文摘Baicalin(BA)is commonly used to treat inflammatory diseases and shows anti-inflammatory effects.The present study aimed to evaluate the analgesic and anti-inflammatory activities of BA both in vitro and in vivo.In animal models,acetic acid-induced writhing was used to assess analgesic activity.In addition,a variety of tests including xylene-induced ear edema test,minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)assays and acetic acid-induced peritoneal capillary hyperpermeability test were used to evaluate antiinflammatory activity of BA.BA at 0.2 and 0.1 mg·mL-1 doses expressed analgesic as well as anti-inflammatory activities in mice.In acetic acid induced writhing test,BA applying three times,twice and once a day significantly inhibited the acetic acid-induced writhing response within 15 min by 7.80%(*p<0.05),7.50%(**p<0.01)and 6.25%(**p<0.01).In xylene-induced ear edema test,BA at 0.2,0.1 and 0.05 mg·mL-1 decreased ear edema by 45.50%(**p<0.01),15.20%(*p<0.05)and 9.10%(*p<0.05).In acetic acidinduced peritoneal capillary hyperpermeability test,BA exhibited significant inhibition(*p<0.05 versus control)of inflammation.In MIC assays,the MIC values of baicalin for S.aureus and Escherichia coli were 125 mg•mL-1,and the MIC values for the control bacteria ATCC25922 and ATCC25923 were 62.5 mg·mL-1.These findings suggested baicalin might contain analgesic and antiinflammatory agents which supported its use in traditional medicine. | Miao Yu-song Ishfaq Muhammad Chen Chun-li Xu Jia Li Ji-chang | 2020 | Journal of Northeast Agricultural University(English Edition)2020,27,4: | 0 |
| 17 | A Progressive Approach to Generic Object Detection: A Two-Stage Framework for Image Recognition显示文摘Object detection in images has been identified as a critical area of research in computer vision image processing.Research has developed several novel methods for determining an object’s location and category from an image.However,there is still room for improvement in terms of detection effi-ciency.This study aims to develop a technique for detecting objects in images.To enhance overall detection performance,we considered object detection a two-fold problem,including localization and classification.The proposed method generates class-independent,high-quality,and precise proposals using an agglomerative clustering technique.We then combine these proposals with the relevant input image to train our network on convolutional features.Next,a network refinement module decreases the quantity of generated proposals to produce fewer high-quality candidate proposals.Finally,revised candidate proposals are sent into the network’s detection process to determine the object type.The algorithm’s performance is evaluated using publicly available the PASCAL Visual Object Classes Challenge 2007(VOC2007),VOC2012,and Microsoft Common Objects in Context(MS-COCO)datasets.Using only 100 proposals per image at intersection over union((IoU)=0.5 and 0.7),the proposed method attains Detection Recall(DR)rates of(93.17%and 79.35%)and(69.4%and 58.35%),and Mean Average Best Overlap(MABO)values of(79.25%and 62.65%),for the VOC2007 and MS-COCO datasets,respectively.Besides,it achieves a Mean Average Precision(mAP)of(84.7%and 81.5%)on both VOC datasets.The experiment findings reveal that our method exceeds previous approaches in terms of overall detection performance,proving its effectiveness. | Muhammad Aamir Ziaur Rahman Waheed Ahmed Abro Uzair Aslam Bhatti Zaheer Ahmed Dayo Muhammad Ishfaq | 2023 | Computers, Materials & Continua2023,,6: | 0 |
