1Mechanical strength of wheat grain varieties influenced by moisture content and loading rate显示文摘Mechanical shear resistance of wheat grain is a significant concern for the designers and researchers related to the design of threshing,handling and processing machinery of the field crops.The grain mechanical properties directly affect the machine geometry and its operational parameters.The present study was carried out to determine the shear resistance of five wheat varieties(Locally names;TD-02,Sindhu-1105,Benazir,China and SKD-118)influenced by moisture content(16.7%,18.7%and 19.5%)and loading rate(3 mm/s,6 mm/s and 9 mm/s).However,some physio-dimensional properties(length,width,thickness,slenderness ratio,surface area and sphericity)were obtained at different moisture contents.The results showed that the shear resistance reduced by increasing the moisture content and loading rate.The average shear resistance decreased from 10.45 N to 3.74 N for 3-9 mm/s loading rate at moisture content of 16.7%to 19.5%.Thus,the maximum correlation(r=0.905)of shear resistance obtained at 16.7%,whereas minimum correlation(r=0.692)obtained at 19.5%.The shear resistance of wheat grain was highly significant(p<0.05)at 9 mm/s for 19.5%.Shear resistance decreased with an increase in the moisture content in the grain whereas deformation is increasing with the increase of moisture content.However,the maximum bulk density of wheat grain obtained at 19.5%for SKD-118,while the minimum obtained at 16.7%for TD-02.It is recommended that the design and modification of wheat grain processing equipment should be executed on the physio-mechanical properties of grain varieties.Yaoming Li Farman Ali Chandio Zheng Ma Imran Ali Lakhiar Abdul Razaque Sahito Fiaz Ahmad Irshad Ali Mari Umer Farooq Muhammad Suleman 2018International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,4:4

9An Intelligent MCGDM Model in Green Suppliers Selection Using Interactional Aggregation Operators for Interval-Valued Pythagorean Fuzzy Soft Sets显示文摘Green supplier selection is an important debate in green supply chain management(GSCM),attracting global attention from scholars,especially companies and policymakers.Companies frequently search for new ideas and strategies to assist them in realizing sustainable development.Because of the speculative character of human opinions,supplier selection frequently includes unreliable data,and the interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy soft set(IVPFSS)provides an exceptional capacity to cope with excessive fuzziness,inconsistency,and inexactness through the decision-making procedure.The main goal of this study is to come up with new operational laws for interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy soft numbers(IVPFSNs)and create two interaction operators-the intervalvalued Pythagorean fuzzy soft interaction weighted average(IVPFSIWA)and the interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy soft interaction weighted geometric(IVPFSIWG)operators,and analyze their properties.These operators are highly advantageous in addressing uncertain problems by considering membership and non-membership values within intervals,providing a superior solution to other methods.Moreover,specialist judgments were calculated by the MCGDM technique,supporting the use of interaction AOs to regulate the interdependence and fundamental partiality of green supplier assessment aspects.Lastly,a statistical clarification of the planned method for green supplier selection is presented.Rana Muhammad Zulqarnain Wen-Xiu Ma Imran Siddique Hijaz Ahmad Sameh Askar 2024Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2024,139,5:0
10Facile sol-gel preparation of high-entropy multielemental electrocatalysts for efficient oxidation of methanol and urea显示文摘High-entropy multi-elemental(HEM)electrocatalysts present superior catalytic performance due to the efficient synergism of their components.HEM electrocatalysts are usually prepared through hydrothermal reactions or calcination,which could generate undesired heterogeneous structures that hinder the exploration of the structure–property relationship of these HEM electrocatalysts.Herein,we report a sol-gel method to synthesize homogeneous HEM electrocatalysts for electro-oxidation of methanol and urea(methanol oxidation reaction(MOR)and urea oxidation reaction(UOR)),through an acid-catalyzed gelation at room temperature.With Ni as the primary component for MOR and UOR,Co can reduce the overpotentials,while Fe can increase the catalytic activities and durability.Borate and phosphate can tune the charge distribution in active sites and speed up the reaction kinetics through fast proton transfer.Thus,the optimal Ni_(2)Fe_(0.5)Co_(0.5)-BP HEM catalyst demonstrates superior catalytic activity together with good durability and great resistance to CO poisoning.In addition,a direct methanol fuel cell with Ni_(2)Fe_(0.5)Co_(0.5)-BP electrode can not only provide power,but also produce formic acid with high yield and high Faraday efficiency.This work presents a simple strategy to prepare high-performance HEM electrocatalysts for fuel cells and production of valueadded chemicals.Talifhani Mushiana Mustafa Khan Muhammad Imran Abdullah Ning Zhang Mingming Ma 2022Nano Research2022,15,6:0
11Enhanced stability and electrochemical properties of lanthanum and cerium co-modified LiVOPO_(4) cathode materials for Li-ion batteries显示文摘A facile and efficient ball-milling assisted sol-gel synthesis route was developed to prepare triclinic e-LiVOPO_(4)(LVOP)material with lanthanum(La)and cerium(Ce)modification individually as well as simultaneously.An LVOP/LaPO_(4)/CePO_(4)composite cathode material was successfully synthesized and results show that La and Ce co-modification noticeably improves the electrochemical performance by enhancing the high voltage capacity upon cycling,which indicates contributions from the good ionic conductors LaPO_(4)and CePO_(4).The simultaneous La and Ce modification improves the high voltage performance significantly with an increase of 50%in high voltage capacity after 20 cycles compared to pure LVOP.It also shows stabilized cycling perfo rmance with 91%capacity rete ntion after 50 cycles at 0.1 C rate,along with high-rate capability with a capacity of 83.1 mAh/g compared to the pristine sample showing the capacity of 51.6 mAh/g at a high rate of 5C.This can be attributed to the good conductivity of LaPO_(4)and CePO_(4).In addition,the LVOP/LaPO_(4)/CePO_(4)composite and the pristine LVOP give a charge transfer resistance of-105 and-212Ω,respectively,showing much lower impedance due to a combination of La and Ce addition.Zishan Ahsan Zhenfei Cai Shuai Wang Haichuan Wang Yangzhou Ma Guangsheng Song Shihong Zhang Weidong Yang Muhammad Imran Cuie Wen 2023Journal of Rare Earths2023,41,10:0
12Predicting 3D forces of disc tool and soil disturbance area using fuzzy logic model under sensor based soil-bin显示文摘A knowledge-based fuzzy logic model was developed on experimental data and used to predict the draft,side and vertical forces and soil disturbance area by disc tillage tool operation.The laboratory research work was conducted to evaluate the performance of the disc tool at three working speeds(1.25 m/s,1.98 m/s and 2.47 m/s,respectively)and depths(0-5 cm,5-10 cm and 10-15 cm,respectively)on paddy soil under soil-bin environment.Further,draft(Fx),side(Fz)and vertical(Fy)forces of disc and soil disturbance area were assessed and predicted towards working speeds and depths.A fuzzy prediction model with two input variables(speed and depth)and four output variables was developed and the Mamdani inference approach was used.Draft,side and vertical forces of disc and soil disturbance area were positively responded 0.97,0.95 and 0.84 and 0.99,respectively.The prediction results showed a close relationship between measured and predicted data.Similarly,the measured and predicted results revealed that the draft,side,vertical forces,and soil disturbance area slightly increased,while increasing the speed and depth of the disc tool.Furthermore,disc forces and soil disturbed area were highly significant(p<0.05)for higher speed towards depth.It was concluded that the fuzzy model may be introduced for predicting the disc forces and soil disturbance area during the disc tillage tool operation with high accuracy.Farman Ali Chandio Yaoming Li Lizhang Xu Zheng Ma Fiaz Ahmad Do Minh Cuong Imran Ali Lakhiar 2020International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2020,13,4:0
