| 2 | 捻针时真、假穴不同中枢激活效应的脑功能MRI显示文摘目的 利用功能磁共振 (fMRI)观察捻针针刺方法对大脑的作用。方法 用盲法随机分别针刺 13例正常人左侧太冲、丘墟和假穴 ,手法采用捻针和不捻针 ,利用 1 5TMR仪行全脑功能成像 ,用SPM99b分析图像。结果 发现只在真穴捻针针刺时有更强的激活效应 ,有显著性意义的Brodmann激活区域为 :针刺太冲穴激活了左右顶叶BA4 0区 ,右额叶BA4 7和 10区 ,右丘脑 ,左小脑 ;针刺丘墟穴激活了左右顶叶BA4 0区 ,右顶叶BA2区 ,左额叶BA9、10、4 4区 ,左岛叶BA13区 ,左颞叶BA2 2区 ,右颞叶BA4 2区 ,右壳核 ,左小脑。两真穴激活部位部分相同 ,部分不同。在假穴捻针对不捻针的研究中 ,未见到有显著性意义的激活区。结论 真穴捻针时可能对皮层神经活动有较特异的作用 ,而假穴未观察到此种现象 ,推测这可能是针刺治疗作用的机制之一。 | 方继良 Timo Krings Juergen Weidemann Ingo Meister Armin Thron | 2004 | 中华放射学杂志2004,38,12: | 40 |

| 5 | Percutaneous left atrial appendage closure:Technical aspects and prevention of periprocedural complications with the watchman device显示文摘Transcatheter closure of the left atrial appendage has been developed as an alternative to chronic oral anticoagulation for stroke prevention in patients with atrial fibrillation, and as a primary therapy for patients with contraindications to chronic oral anticoagulation. The promise of this new intervention compared with warfarin has been supported by several, small studies and two pivotal randomized trial with the Watchman Device. The results regarding risk reduction for stroke have been favourable although acute complications were not infrequent. Procedural complications, which are mainly related to transseptal puncture and device implantation, include air embolism, pericardial effusions/tamponade and device embolization. The mission aims at determining the equation of state of matter at supra-nuclear density, measuring effects of QED, and understanding the dynamics of matter in strong-field gravity. In addition to investigating fundamental physics, eXTP will be a very powerful observatory for astrophysics that will provide observations of unprecedented quality on a variety of galactic and extragalactic objects. | 7 | Foreign Direct Investment with Chinese Characteristics:A Middle Path Between Ownership-Location-Internalization Model and Linkage-Leverage-Learning Model显示文摘The majority of multinational enterprises(MNEs) traditionally originate from developed countries.In the last ten years,however,there has been dramatic growth in foreign direct investment(FDI) from China.It is a comparatively new phenomenon that challenges the classic FDI theories.In this paper,we review the pros and cons of two important theories,known as the Ownership-Location-Internalization(OLI) model and Linkage-Leverage-Learning(LLL) model,and use the statistical data and company case studies from China to test the plausibility of these two models.We believe that neither of them suits totally: the OLI model is quite useful for understanding FDI from China to developing economies,while the LLL model is more powerful for explaining the FDI to developed economies.We argue that the companies from China attain a very advantageous position as intermediates in the global economy.They may catch up with the first movers if they integrate OLI-led and LLL-led FDI within one firm.This combination can bring together the most advanced knowledge acquired in developed economies with the knowledge about adaptation needs and the needs for cost reduction in production as expressed in developing economies.It may also accelerate the knowledge transfer globally.We thus fill a gap in research into the geographical pattern of Chinese FDI and offer a deeper understanding of the internationalization of Chinese MNEs and revolving knowledge transfer. | SI Yuefang Ingo LIEFNER WANG Tao | 2013 | Chinese Geographical Science2013,23,5: | 7 |
| 8 | Malignant solitary fibrous tumor involving the liver显示文摘Solitary fibrous tumors are predominantly benign and are most commonly found in the thoracic cavity and pleura; while reports exist in the literature of malignant solitary fibrous tumors and those located in extrathoracic organs, these cases are considered extremely rare. Herein, a case is reported of a malignant solitary fibrous tumor involving the liver that was diagnosed and treated in a 62-year-old woman. The patient presented with complaints of upper abdominal pain and unintentional weight loss. Computed tomography scan of the abdomen revealed a remarkably large mass, measuring 15 cm × 10 cm × 20 cm, which appeared to be unrelated to any particular organ. The intraoperative finding of a wide communication with the left liver suggested hepatic origin, and served as an indicator for tumor resection via left hemihepatectomy. The diagnosis of solitary fibrous tumor and its malignant nature was confirmed by histological and immunohistochemical examination of the resected tissues. Hepatic solitary fibrous tumor is very rare, and surgery remains the mainstay of treatment. | 9 | The fungal UmSrt1 and maize ZmSUT1 sucrose transporters battle for plant sugar resources显示文摘The biotrophic fungus Ustilago maydis causes corn smut disease, inducing tumor formation in its host Zea mays. Upon infection, the fungal hyphae invaginate the plasma membrane of infected maize cells, establishing an interface where pathogen and host are separated only by their plasma membranes. At this interface the fungal and maize sucrose transporters, UmSrt1 and ZmSUT1, compete for extracellular sucrose in the corn smut/maize pathosystem. Here we biophysically characterized ZmSUT1 and UmSrt1 in Xenopus oocytes with respect to their voltage-,pH-and substrate-dependence and determined affinities toward protons and sucrose. In contrast to ZmSUT1,UmSrt1 has a high affinity for sucrose and is relatively pH-and voltage-independent. Using these quantitative parameters, we developed a mathematical model to simulate the competition for extracellular sucrose at the contact zone between the fungus and the host plant. This approach revealed that UmSrt1 exploits the apoplastic sucrose resource, which forces the plant transporter into a sucrose export mode providing the fungus with sugar from the phloem. | 13 | Expression of the oxygen-sensitive transcription factor subunit HIF-1α in patients suffering from secondary Raynaud syndrome显示文摘Anti-ischemic therapy remains a challenge due to the complexity of hypoxia response pathways. Hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF)-1 is a heterodimer tran scription factor con sisti ng of 2 sub units, HIF-1α and HIF-1β. Hypoxia-depe ndent activatio n of HIF-1α regulates cellular 02 homeostasis. Raynaud syndrome (RS), as a comorbidity of the autoimmune disease systemic sclerosis (SS), is characterized by vasospasms that limit blood flow to the limbs, resulting in hypoxia. A single-center randomized study was con ducted to compare prostagla ndin E1 (PgEI) therapy with a treatme nt combi ning PgE1 and an en dotheli n-1 blocker, bosentan. A total of 30 patients suffering from SS with RS were enrolled. We examined the regulation of HIF-1α, its target heme oxygenase-1 (HMOX-1), and the serum levels of the HIF-1α protein in a subset of patients as well as in ten healthy individuals. The expression of HIF-1α and HMOX-1 in monocytes was measured using absolute plasmid-based quantitative real-time PCR, whereas serum HIF-1α levels were measured with ELISA. Samples were taken at the time of randomization and after 24 weeks. We found that HIF-1α and HMOX-1 mRNA expression in monocytes and serum HIF-1α protein levels were significantly higher in the SS/RS patients compared to the healthy control group. Single-drug therapy significantly increased HIF-1α and HMOX-1 mRNA expression in monocytes and serum HIF-1α protein levels in the SS/RS patients compared to those at the time of randomization, whereas combining PgE1 with an en dotheli n-1 blocker preve nted the further in creases in HIF-1α and HMOX-1 expressi on. | 17 | 知识网络的空间极化与扩散研究——以我国生物技术为例显示文摘知识网络是由创造、转移、吸收和应用知识的行为主体在知识的传播与交流过程中彼此联结而形成的网络结构。以国际ISI和国内VIP数据库中2000~2009年发表于生物技术领域的合著论文作者信息统计数据为数据源,基于社会网络分析的理论和方法,从国际和国内省级层面运用UCINET和Pajek软件分析知识网络的空间极化和扩散规律。总体上看网络仍处于量的扩张期,网络的稳健性正在逐步提高,网络结构开始向成熟型转变。国际层面上看,知识网络的空间极化现象明显。国内层面上看,知识网络由等级结构向扁平结构转变,空间上相应地经历了由一极向多核再向多中心发展的过程。依据知识网络空间分布特征,将知识交流区域分为知识集聚区、知识门户区、知识途径区及知识边缘区四大类型,并对我国的技术创新政策提出对策建议。 | 汪涛 HENNEMANN Stefan LIEFNER Ingo 李丹丹 | 2011 | 长江流域资源与环境2011,20,7: | 4 |
| 18 | Review of accelerator driven heavy ion nuclear fusion显示文摘Using high energy accelerators for energy production by nuclear fission goes back to the 1950's with plans for“breeder accelerators”as well as with early ideas on subcritical reactors,which are currently pursued in China and other countries.Also,fusion came in,when the idea emerged in the mid 1970's to use accelerators and their highly time and space compressed beams in order to generate the extremely high density and temperatures required for inertial fusion energy production.Due to the higher repetition rates and efficiencies of accelerators,this was seen as a promising alternative to using high power lasers.After an introduction to nuclear fission applications of accelerators,this review summarizes some of the scientific developments directed towards this challenging application e with focus on the European HIDIF-study-and outlines parameters of future high energy density experiments after construction of the FAIR/Germany and HIAF/China heavy ion accelerator projects. | Ingo Hofmann | 2018 | Matter and Radiation at Extremes2018,3,1: | 4 |
