| 1 | 秸秆和地膜覆盖对黄土高原旱作小麦田土壤团聚体氮组分的影响显示文摘利用田间定位试验研究旱作农田不同覆盖措施对土壤团聚体氮组分的影响。基于黄土高原8年冬小麦覆盖定位试验,试验设置生育期秸秆覆盖(SM)、生育期地膜覆盖(PM)和无覆盖对照(CK)3个处理。采用干筛法测定团聚体分布特征及不同粒径团聚体中全氮(STN)、微生物量氮(MBN)和潜在可矿化氮(PNM)含量。结果表明:(1)与CK处理相比,2种覆盖处理均未在各粒径团聚体全氮含量有显著变化,但SM处理相较于PM处理提高了0-10 cm土层的1.00~0.25 mm粒径团聚体STN含量(12.88%,P<0.05)。(2)与CK处理相比,SM处理在0-10 cm土层中>2.00,2.00~1.00,<0.25 mm粒径团聚体MBN含量分别提高18.67%,24.05%,20.08%(P<0.05),且各粒径团聚体PNM含量分别提高35.13%,30.03%,42.88%(P<0.05);SM处理在10-20 cm土层中>2.00 mm粒径团聚体MBN含量提高23.02%(P<0.05),分别提高>2.00,2.00~1.00,<0.25 mm粒径团聚体PNM含量28.59%,31.31%,32.48%(P<0.05)。(3)PM处理较CK处理提高0-10 cm土层中<0.25 mm粒径团聚体PNM含量(32.34%,P<0.05)。(4)微团聚体(<0.25 mm)氮组分含量均高于大团聚(>0.25 mm)氮组分含量,但大团聚体氮组分贡献率为81.88%~87.66%。可见,SM处理可提高土壤表层大团聚体氮组分的贡献率,使更多的氮素储存在大团聚体中,而PM处理对团聚体氮素贡献率的影响作用较小。总体而言,与CK和PM处理相比,SM处理可提高总土壤氮组分含量,提高微团聚体和大团聚体氮组分含量,使更多的氮储存在大团聚体中,促进土壤氮素周转。 | 张少宏 付鑫 IHSAN Muhammad 刘文清 王俊 | 2020 | 水土保持学报2020,34,1: | 14 |

| 3 | Preliminary study of microstructure, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of antibacterial Ti-15Zr-xCu alloy for dental application显示文摘Ti-15 Zr-xCu(3≤x≤7,wt.%) novel antibacterial and antibiofilm alloys with competitive mechanical properties,biological responses and corrosion resistance were designed and fabricated.Annealing heat treatment on Ti-15 Zr-7 Cu(TZC-7 A),after holding for 2 h at slightly above their beta transus temperature(BTT) ensured their tensile strength(UTS),yield strength(YS) and hardness(HRV) were improved by31.2%,20% and 12.3% respectively compared to the control without Cu,Ti-15 Zr(T-15 ZA).Although the3 wt.% Cu alloy displayed the highest elongation(26%),the TZC-7 A alloy also possessed a good ductility.Presence of evenly dispersed Ti2 Cu and Zr2 Cu Cu-rich intermetallic phases formed as interwoven and alternating lamellae within the α+β matrix as a result of Cu addition,as revealed by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).These greatly contributed to their strengthening and bactericidal properties.Over 98% antibacterial effect against E.coli and S.aureus have been imparted,coupled with excellent biofilm inhibition.Potentiodynamic polarization curves showed that the TZC-7 A alloy possessed higher corrosion resistance than commercially pure titanium,cp-Ti;contact angle test revealed enhanced hydrophilicity;while confocal laser scanning microscopy(CLSM) and cell counting kit(CCK-8) assays also displayed drastically lowered bacterial adhesion rate with comparatively no cytotoxicity.Cell attachment on all alloys was similar but the best spread was obtained on TZC-7 A after 24 h.The developed alloy has good potential as an antibacterial implant material with combination of optimized properties. | Sharafadeen Kunle Kolawole Wang Hai Shuyuan Zhang Ziqing Sun Muhammad Ali Siddiqui Ihsan Ullah Wei Song Frank Witte Ke Yang | 2020 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,47,15: | 2 |

| 5 | Preliminary study of adsorption behavior of bovine serum albumin(BSA) protein and its effect on antibacterial and corrosion property of Ti-3Cu alloy显示文摘The adsorption behavior, antibacterial, and corrosion properties of a Ti-3 Cu alloy were studied in a phosphate-buffered saline solution containing 0, 1, 3, and 6 gL^(-1) bovine serum albumin protein at 37℃ and pH = 7.4(±0.2). The protein adsorption behavior was examined via cyclic voltammetry, secondary ions mass spectroscopy(SIMS), and angle-resolved X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(ARXPS). The corrosion property was analyzed by the open circuit potential(OCP), potentiodynamic polarization(PD),and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) examinations. The antibacterial test was conducted according to the GB/T 21510 China Standard. It was observed that the surface charge density(QA DS) was directly proportional to the amount of the adsorbed BSA protein, signifying that the protein adsorption was accompanied by the charge transfer, pointing to chemisorptions phenomena. BSA amino groups and other organic species were observed in the surface analysis examinations. It was shown that the formation of barrier complexes between the TiO_(2) oxide-layer and PBS solution resulted in decreasing the release of Cu-ions, which consequently reduced the antibacterial activity. | 7 | Physico-chemical analysis and antimicrobial potential of Apis dorsata,Apis mellifera and Ziziphus jujube honey samples from Pakistan显示文摘Objective:To evaluale physico-chemical properties and antimicrobial potential of indigenous honey samples against different reference strains including Escherichia coli ATCC 8739.Enterobacter aerogenes ATCC 13048.Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 9027.Bacillus subtilis ATCC6633.Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923.Salmonella typhi ATCC 14028,Klebsiella pneumonia ATCC 13883.Aspergillus niger ATCC 16404.Rhizopus oligasparus PCSIR1.Candida albicans ATCC14053 and Candida utilis ATCC 9950.Methods:By using standard methods samples were evaluated for their antimicrobial properties including additive effect of starch and non—peroxidase activity,antioxidative properties(phenol contents,flavonoid contents,1,1-diphenyl-2-pierylhydrazyl radical scavenging activity).Prior to this evaluation,complete physico-chemical properties including pH,color,ash contents,protein contents,moisture contents,hydroxymethyl furfural contents,total sugar contents,reducing sugar and non-reducing sugar contents were analyzed.Results:Relatively higher ash contents were found in the Siddar honey i.e.(0.5900±0.0336)%and small honey showed relatively higher protein contents i.e.(777.598±9.880) mg/kg.The moisture contents of tested honey samples ranged between 13.8%—16,6%,total sugar contents foam 61.672%-72.420%and non-reducing sugar contents from 1.95%—3.93%.Presences of phenolic contents indicate higher antioxidant potential of these honey samples.All bacteria showed clear inhibition zones in response to tested honey samples whereas fungi and yeast showed inhibition at higher concentrations of these honey samples.For Escherichia coli.Bacillus subtilis.Salmonella typhi.Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Aspergillus niger,overall the small honey showed the higher activity than other honey samples.Conclusion:Physico-chemical analysis of honey samples confirmed good quality of honey according to the standards set by European Union Commission and Codex Alimcntarius Commission.Evaluation of these honey samples confirms antimicrobial potential of particular types of honeys indigenous to Pakistan. | Hira Fahim Javid Iqbal Dasti Ihsan Ali Safia Ahmed Muhammad Nadeem | 2014 | Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Biomedicine2014,4,8: | 1 |

| 12 | Bacterial Spectrum and Antimicrobial Profile of Pediatric Blood Stream Infection at a Tertiary Care Hospital in Pakistan显示文摘Objectives Blood stream infections(BSIs)are the main cause of morbidity and mortality in children worldwide.The present study was carried out to determine the prevalence of BSI with a focus on the identification of the causative agent of BSI,and to further evaluate the antibiotic susceptibility profile of the causing bacterial pathogens.Methods A cross-section study was carried out at the tertiary care hospital in Peshawar,Pakistan from January to December,2018.Blood samples were collected in BACTEC™botdes and standard microbiological protocols were applied for the isolation and identification of bacterial strains.The antibiotic susceptibility tests were performed using disc diffusion method as per the 2014 guideline of Clinical Laboratory Standard Institute(CLSI).Results Of 567 blood cultures in total,111(19.6%)were positive for BSI.Male children were 64%(71/111)and female children were 36%(40/111).For the causative predominant group of microorganisms,Gramnegative bacteria were identified in 79(71.1%)isolates,and Gram-positive bacteria in 32(28.9%)isolates.The common bacteria of isolates were S.typhi(n=35,31.5%),E.coli(n=19,17.1%),S.aureus(n=18,16.2%),K.pneumonia(n=12,10.8%),and Enterococcus species(n=7,6.3%).The 36.7%(29/79)isolates of Gram-negative bacteria were ESBL producers,and 61.1%(11/18)of S.aureus isolates were methicillin resistant.Overall,72.9%isolates were multidrug resistant.Conclusions Gram-negative bacteria were the main cause of pediatric BSIs,where the predominant microorganism was S.卯hi.Remarkably,majority of the S.typhi isolates were resistant to ciprofloxacin. | Anees Muhammad Sadiq Noor Khan Tahir Jamal Irshad Ul Haq Abdul Jabbar Ihsan Ali | 2020 | Chinese Medical Sciences Journal2020,35,4: | 0 |

| 14 | 怀豆和黑麦草绿肥残体还田对旱地土壤温室气体排放的影响显示文摘以怀豆和黑麦草两种绿肥为对象,分别进行了为期63 d的不同绿肥残体还田量和残体混合比例室内培养试验,其中绿肥残体还田量试验分别设0、1、2、4、6 t·hm^(-2)共5个水平;残体混合比例试验设100%怀豆、25%怀豆+75%黑麦草、50%怀豆+50%黑麦草、75%怀豆+25%黑麦草和100%黑麦草共5个处理,还田量均为4 t·hm^(-2)。采用气相色谱法观测了培养期间土壤温室气体(CO_(2)、N_(2) O、CH_(4))通量变化。结果表明:(1)与未添加绿肥残体相比,绿肥残体还田土壤CO_(2)累积排放通量提高了11.3%~80.2%,土壤N_(2) O排放提高了15.8%~51.1%,综合增温潜势(GWP)提高了11.9%~79.4%(P<0.05)。随绿肥残体还田量的增加,土壤CO_(2)排放通量和综合增温潜势(GWP)均呈线性增加,土壤CH_(4)吸收通量则呈线性下降趋势,而土壤N_(2) O排放通量呈现先增后减趋势,并在还田量约为3 t·hm^(-2)时达到最大。相同还田量下添加黑麦草残体较怀豆残体具有更高的土壤CO_(2)排放和CH_(4)吸收,而添加怀豆残体较黑麦草残体显著促进了土壤N_(2) O排放;(2)土壤温室气体累计通量与绿肥残体混合物中黑麦草比例存在线性相关,随黑麦草添加比例的提高,土壤CO_(2)排放通量显著增加了5.8%~19.7%(P<0.05),GWP显著增加了5.3%~17.7%(P<0.05),而N_(2) O排放通量显著下降了11.2%~41.5%(P<0.05),CH_(4)吸收通量则显著下降了13.4%~50.9%(P<0.05)。综合来看,选择非豆科作物比例较低的绿肥残体,并以较低生物量进行还田,能在保持低GWP的同时获得生态效益。 | 谈光野 IHSAN Muhammad 杨彩迪 王俊 | 2024 | 干旱地区农业研究2024,42,2: | 0 |
| 15 | Hydrological response under CMIP6 climate projection in Astore River Basin,Pakistan显示文摘Climate change strongly influences the available water resources in a watershed due to direct linkage of atmospheric driving forces and changes in watershed hydrological processes.Understanding how these climatic changes affect watershed hydrology is essential for human society and environmental processes.Coupled Model Intercomparison Project phase 6(CMIP6)dataset of three GCM's(BCC-CSM2-MR,INM-CM5-0,and MPIESM1-2-HR)with resolution of 100 km has been analyzed to examine the projected changes in temperature and precipitation over the Astore catchment during 2020-2070.Bias correction method was used to reduce errors.In this study,statistical significance of trends was performed by using the Man-Kendall test.Sen's estimator determined the magnitude of the trend on both seasonal and annual scales at Rama Rattu and Astore stations.MPI-ESM1-2-HR showed better results with coefficient of determination(COD)ranging from 0.70-0.74 for precipitation and 0.90-0.92 for maximum and minimum temperature at Astore,Rama,and Rattu followed by INM-CM5-0 and BCC-CSM2-MR.University of British Columbia Watershed model was used to attain the future hydrological series and to analyze the hydrological response of Astore River Basin to climate change.Results revealed that by the end of the 2070s,average annual precipitation is projected to increase up to 26.55%under the SSP1-2.6,6.91%under SSP2-4.5,and decrease up to 21.62%under the SSP5-8.5.Precipitation also showed considerable variability during summer and winter.The projected temperature showed an increasing trend that may cause melting of glaciers.The projected increase in temperature ranges from-0.66℃ to 0.50℃,0.9℃ to 1.5℃ and 1.18℃ to 2℃ under the scenarios of SSP1-2.6,SSP2-4.5 and SSP5-8.5,respectively.Simulated streamflows presented a slight increase by all scenarios.Maximum streamflow was generated under SSP5-8.5 followed by SSP2-4.5 and SSP1-2.6.The snowmelt and groundwater contributions to streamflow have decreased whereas rainfall and glacier melt components have increased on the other hand.The projected streamflows(2020-2070)compared to the control period(1990-2014)showed a reduction of 3%-11%,2%-9%,and 1%-7%by SSP1-2.6,SSP2-4.5,and SSP5-8.5,respectively.The results revealed detailed insights into the performance of three GCMs,which can serve as a blueprint for regional policymaking and be expanded upon to establish adaption measures. | Zeshan ALI Mudassar IQBAL Ihsan Ullah KHAN Muhammad Umer MASOOD Muhammad UMER Muhammad Usama Khan LODHI Muhammad Atiq Ur Rehman TARIQ | 2023 | Journal of Mountain Science2023,20,8: | 0 |
