| 1 | 蔬菜大棚种植工人职业相关疾病及其时间分布调查显示文摘[目的]了解蔬菜大棚操作工人职业相关疾病分布和时间分布,初步探求其危险因素,为制订疾病预防措施提供依据。[方法]在山东某地随机抽取1018名大棚种植人员,通过面对面访谈收集过去12个月内的疾病发生情况及时间分布信息,采用spearman相关性分析、χ2检验、线性趋势性检验。[结果]总疾病发生率为71.9%,类型以疼痛(腰痛(22.9%)、肩关节疼痛(12.6%)、膝关节疼痛(12.2%)和感冒(22.5%)为主。疾病发生无性别差异(χ2=0.538,P=0.565),年龄差异不明显(linear-by-linear association统计量=1.103,P=0.294),与从业人员身份有关(χ2=0.034,P=0.050),与从业时间有关(spearman’s相关系数-0.0111,P=0.000)。疾病发生与工作强迫体位和工作状态有关。疾病分布时间存在集中趋势(r=0.5990,P﹤0.05)。[结论]蔬菜大棚操作工人的疾病分布具有自身的特点,其发生原因可能与大棚特殊小环境有关,预防措施的制定应考虑人群的特殊性。 | 韩晓春 吴翠珍 王成岗 崔宁 郝志 Huiyun Xiang Lorann Stallones | 2010 | 现代预防医学2010,37,24: | 13 |
| 2 | 影响大棚蔬菜种植农民就诊的因素分析显示文摘目的:为了解影响大棚蔬菜种植农民就诊的因素。方法:在进行职业性健康问题流行病学调查的基础上,采用整群随机抽样方法,调查过去一年至少发生一次职业性病损的农民572人,调查内容是病损后影响其就诊的因素,同时对农民所在村诊所和乡镇卫生院负责人进行结构式访谈。结果:显示随着年龄和经济收入的增加就诊率下降,病损后家人的关心可提高就诊率,病损越严重就诊率越高。该地卫生机构开展的针对性卫生服务项目有限,但愿意接受相关防控知识培训。结论:大棚蔬菜种植农民病损后未就诊率与农民空闲时间少和健康问题没有有效的治疗措施有关,应对该地卫生人员进行主要职业性病损防控知识培训。 | 王成岗 吴翠珍 韩晓春 崔宁 郝志 Huiyun xiang Lorann stallones | 2010 | 中国卫生事业管理2010,27,7: | 11 |

| 4 | 江苏省农村居民生产性农药中毒危险因素的配对病例对照研究显示文摘目的探讨江苏省农民生产性农药中毒的危险因素。方法采用以人群为基础的1:2病例对照研究,按同性别、同村庄和年龄相差不超过3岁的匹配原则,对121例生产性农药中毒病例和242名对照进行统一问卷调查。用EpiData3.1软件建立数据库,SPSS16.0软件进行单因素、多因素条件logistic回归分析。结果单因素分析结果显示,缺乏安全指导、喷洒农药前不阅读标签、不退步打药、用手擦汗、药械滴漏、打药时身体受到污染和打药过程中身体感到不适仍继续打药与生产性农药中毒有关;多因素logistic回归分析结果表明,缺乏安全指导、喷洒农药前不阅读标签、用手擦汗、药械滴漏4项为农民生产性农药中毒的危险因素,其OR值分别为2.25(95%CI:1.35~3.74)、1.95(95%CI:1.19—3.18)、1.97(95%CI:1.20~3.24)、1.82(95%CI:1.10~3.01)。结论江苏省农民生产性农药中毒与缺乏安全指导、喷洒农药前不阅读标签、用手擦汗、药械滴漏等危险因素有关。 | 涂志斌 崔梦晶 么鸿雁 胡国清 Huiyun Xiang Lorann Stallones 张徐军 | 2012 | 中华流行病学杂志2012,33,4: | 8 |
| 5 | Global pattern and trends of colorectal cancer survival: a systematic review of population-based registration data显示文摘This review will describe the global patterns and trends of colorectal cancer survival,using data from the population-based studies or cancer registration.We performed a systematic search of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data,PubMed,Web of Science,EMBASE,and SEER and collected all population-based survival studies of colorectal cancer(up to June 2020).Estimates of observed and relative survival rates of colorectal cancer by sex,period,and country were extracted from original studies to describe the temporal patterns and trends from the late 1990s to the early 21st century.Globally,5-year observed survival rates were higher in Seoul,Republic of Korea(1993–1997;56.8%and 54.3%for colon and rectum cancers,respectively),Zhejiang province(2005–2010;52.9%for colon cancer),Tianjin(1991–1999;52.5%for colon cancer),Shanghai(2002–2006;50.0%for rectum cancer)of China,and in Japan(1993–1996,59.6%for colorectal cancer).Five-year relative survival rates of colorectal cancer in the Republic of Korea(2010–2014),Queensland,Australia(2005–2012),and the USA(2005–2009)ranked at relatively higher positions compared to other countries.In general,colorectal cancer survival rates are improving over time worldwide.Sex disparities in survival rates were also observed in the colon,rectum,and colorectal cancers in most countries or regions.The poorest age-specific 5-year relative survival rate was observed in patients>75 years of age.In conclusion,over the past 3 decades,colorectal cancer survival has gradually improved.Geographic variations,sex differences,and age gradients were also observed globally in colorectal cancer survival.Further studies are therefore warranted to investigate the prognostic factors of colorectal cancer. | Yufei Jiang Huiyun Yuan Zhuoying Li Xiaowei Ji Qiuming Shen Jiayi Tuo Jinghao Bi Honglan Li Yongbing Xiang | 2022 | Cancer Biology & Medicine2022,19,2: | 1 |
