1Attitude tracking control for variable structure near space vehicles based on switched nonlinear systems显示文摘An adaptive robust attitude tracking control law based on switched nonlinear systems is presented for a variable structure near space vehicle (VSNSV) in the presence of uncertainties and disturbances. The adaptive fuzzy systems are employed for approximating unknown functions in the flight dynamic model and their parameters are updated online. To improve the flight robust performance, robust controllers with adaptive gains are designed to compensate for the approximation errors and thus they have less design conservation. Moreover, a systematic procedure is developed for the synthesis of adaptive fuzzy dynamic surface control (DSC) approach. According to the common Lyapunov function theory, it is proved that all signals of the closed-loop system are uniformly ultimately bounded by the continuous controller. 2Schisandra sphenanthera extract(Wuzhi Tablet)protects against chronic-binge and acute alcohol-induced liver injury by regulating the NRF2-ARE pathway in mice显示文摘Alcohol abuse leads to alcoholic liver disease and no effective therapy is currently available.Wuzhi Tablet(WZ), a preparation of extract from Schisandra sphenanthera that is a traditional hepatoprotective herb, exerted a significant protective effect against acetaminophen-induced liver injury in our recent studies, but whether WZ can alleviate alcohol-induced toxicity remains unclear. This study aimed to investigate the contribution of WZ to alcohol-induced liver injury by using chronic-binge and acute models of alcohol feeding. The activities of ALT and AST in serum were assessed as well as the level of GSH and the activity of SOD in the liver. The expression of CYP2E1 and proteins in the NRF2-ARE signaling pathway including NRF2, GCLC, GCLM, HO-1 were measured, and the effect of WZ on NRF2 transcriptional activity was determined. We found that both models resulted in liver steatosis accompanied by increased transaminase activities, but that liver injury was significantly attenuated by WZ. WZ administration also inhibited CYP2E1 expression induced by alcohol, and elevated the level of GSH and the activity of SOD in the liver. Moreover, the NRF2-ARE signaling pathway was activated by WZ andthe target genes were all upregulated. Furthermore, WZ significantly activated NRF2 transcriptional activity. 4Analysis of complex intermittency in Boost converter from a bifurcation control viewpoint显示文摘Due to undesirable interference via unintended coupling paths, switching converters may exhibit complex intermittency, which appears as a form of bifurcation un-dergoing regular operation, subharmonics, and chaos orderly and repeatedly for a long period of time. Such intermittent operation, being an unwanted operating state, should normally be avoided in power converters. This paper expounds the mechanism and conditions for the emergence of intermittency in a common current-mode controlled Boost converter. It is found that interference at frequencies near the switching frequency or its rational multiples may induce intermittent operation. The strengths and frequencies of the interfering signals determine the type and period of intermittency. The problem is analyzed by transforming the time-bifurcation analysis to a conventional parameter-bifurcation analysis. Based on this transformation, intermittency can be investigated from the bifurcation control viewpoint. 6Principle of designing slope compensation in PFC Boost converter显示文摘Due to wide input fluctuation with line frequency of 50 Hz, power-factor-correction (PFC) Boost converters tend to exhibit fast-scale instability over time domain. The traditional remedy is to impose slope compensation so as to weaken or eliminate this instability. A theoretical principle on the implementation of slope compensation signal is still lacking. Empirical design will induce over compensation frequently, resulting in a large decrease of power factor. In order to tackle this issue, by constructing the discrete-time iterative map of the PFC Boost converter from the viewpoint of bifurcation control theory of nonlinear systems, consequently, the criterion of critical stability for the PFC circuit can be established. Based on this stability criterion, appropriate design of slope compensation can be achieved. Our work indicates that 3 main circuit parameters (i.e. switching cycle, output reference voltage and inductor) determine the effective amplitude design of the slope compensation signal. 7Theoretical Calculations and Experimental Verification for the Pumping Effect Caused by the Dynamic Micro-tapered Angle显示文摘The atomizer with micro cone apertures has advantages of ultra-fine atomized droplets, low power consumption and low temperature rise. The current research of this kind of atomizer mainly focuses on the performance and its application while there is less research of the principle of the atomization. Under the analysis of the dispenser and its micro-tapered aperture's deformation, the volume changes during the deformation and vibration of the micro-tapered aperture on the dispenser are calculated by coordinate transformation. Based on the characters of the flow resistance in a cone aperture, it is found that the dynamic cone angle results from periodical changes of the volume of the micro-tapered aperture of the atomizer and this change drives one-way flows. Besides, an experimental atomization platform is established to measure the atomization rates with different resonance frequencies of the cone aperture atomizer. The atomization performances of cone aperture and straight aperture atomizers are also measured. The experimental results show the existence of the pumping effect of the dynamic tapered angle. This effect is usually observed in industries that require low dispersion and micro- and nanoscale grain sizes, such as during production of high-pressure nozzles and inhalation therapy. Strategies to minimize the pumping effect of the dynamic cone angle or improve future designs are important concerns. 8Adaptive sliding mode backstepping control for near space vehicles considering engine faults显示文摘A fault tolerant control methodology based adaptive sliding mode(ASM) backstepping is proposed for near space vehicle(NSV) attitude control system under engine faults. The proposed scheme combined adaptive backstepping with the sliding mode control strategy could guarantee the system's stability and track desired signals under external disturbances and engine faults. Firstly, attitude mode description and the engine faulty model are given. Secondly, a nominal control law is designed.Thirdly, a sliding mode observer is given later in order to estimate both the information of engine faults and external disturbances. An adaptive sliding mode technology based on the previous nominal control law is developed via updating faulty parameters. 91-Naphthol induced PtsAg nanocorals as bifunctional cathode and anode catalysts of direct formic acid fuel cells显示文摘Developing highly efficient bifunctional cathode and anode electrocatalysts is very important for the large-scale application of direct formic acid fuel cells. However, the high-cost and poor CO-tolera nee ability of the most commonly used Pt greatly block this process. To in crease the utilizatio n efficie ncy and exte nd bifunctional properties of precious Pt, herei n, coral-like Pt3Ag nano crystals are developed as an excelle nt bifunctional electrocatalyst through a facile one-pot solvothermal method. The formation mechanism of Ptgg nanocorals has been elaborated well via a series of control experiments. It is proved that 1-naphthol serving as a guiding surfactant plays a key role in the formation of high-quality nano corals. Thanks to the unique coral-like structure and alloy effects, the developed Ptgg nano corals present sign ificantly enhanced electrocatalytic properties (including activity, stability and CO-toleranee ability) towards both the cathodic oxygen reduction and anodic formic acid oxidati on, as compared with those of commercial Pt black and Pt-based nan oparticles. 10Fabrication of gelatin methacryloyl hydrogel microneedles for transdermal delivery of metformin in diabetic rats显示文摘Injection therapy for diabetes has poor patient compliance,and the pain occurring at the site of subcutaneous injections causes significant inconvenience to diabetic patients.In this work,to demonstrate the benefits of an alternative drug delivery technique that overcomes these issues,methacrylated gelatin hydrogel-forming microneedles integrated with metformin were developed to adjust blood glucose levels in diabetic rats.Gelatin methacryloyl microneedles(GelMA-MNs)with different degrees of substitution were successfully prepared by a micro-molding method.The resultant GelMA-MNs exhibited excellent mechanical properties and moisture resistance.Metformin,an anti-diabetic drug,was further encapsulated into the GelMA-MNs,and its release rate could be controlled by the three-dimensional cross-linked network of microneedles,thereby exhibiting sustained drug release behaviors in vitro and implying a better therapeutic effect compared with that of subcutaneous injection in diabetic rats.The drug release period could be significantly prolonged by improving the cross-link density of GelMA-MNs.The results of hypoglycemic effect evaluation show that the application of GelMA-MNs for transdermal delivery in diabetic rats has promising benefits for diabetes treatment.Zhiyong Zeng Guohua Jiang Tianqi Liu Gao Song Yanfang Sun Xueya Zhang Yanting Jing Mingjia Feng Yufei Shi 2021Bio-Design and Manufacturing2021,4,4:4
11Integrative Analysis Reveals Enhanced Regulatory Effects of Human Long Intergenic Non-Coding RNAs in Lung Adenocarcinoma显示文摘Although there is an accumulating appreciation of the key roles that long intergenic non-coding RNAs(linc RNAs) play in diverse cellular processes, our knowledge of how linc RNAs function in cancer remains sparse. Here, we present a comprehensive landscape of RNA-seq transcriptome profiles of lung adenocarcinomas and their paired normal counterparts to unravel gene regulation rules of linc RNAs.Consistent with previous findings of co-expression between neighboring protein-coding genes, linc RNAs were typically co-expressed with their neighboring genes, which was found in both cancerous and normal tissues. By building a mathematical model based on correlated gene expression, we distinguished an additional subset of linc RNAs termed 'regulatory linc RNAs', representing their dominant roles in gene regulation. The number of regulatory linc RNAs was significantly higher in cancerous compared to normal tissues, and most of them positively regulated protein-coding genes in trans. Functional validation, using knockdown, determined that regulatory linc RNA,GAS5, affected its predicted protein-coding targets. Moreover, we discovered hundreds of differentially expressed regulatory linc RNAs with inclusion of some cancer-associated linc RNAs. 16Thermodynamic analysis for a chemically recuperated scramjet显示文摘Endothermic hydrocarbon fuel is regarded as an optimal fuel for a scramjet with regenerative cooling,which provides extra cooling through endothermic chemical conversion to avoid the severly limited cooling capacity when conventional fuels are adopted for cooling.Although endothermic cooling is proposed from the view point that the heat sink of a conventional fuel is insufficient,the heat-absorbing through endothermic chemical reaction is actually a chemical recuperation process because the wasted heat dissipated from the engine thermal structure is recovered through the endothermic chemical reaction.Therefore,the working process of a scramjet with endothermic hydrocarbon fuel cooling is a chemical recuperative cycle.To analyze the chemical recuperative cycle of a chemically recuperated scramjet engine,we defined physical and chemical recuperation effectivenesses and heating value increment rate,and derived engine performance parameters with chemical recuperation.The heat value benefits from both physical and chemical recuperations,and it increases with the increase in recuperation effectiveness.The scramjet performance parameters also increase with the increase in chemical recuperation effectiveness.The increase in chemical recuperation effectiveness improves both the performances of the fuel cooling system and the combustion system.The results of analysis prove that the existence of a chemical recuperation process greatly improves the performance of the whole scramjet.QIN Jiang BAO Wen ZHANG SiLong SONG YuFei YU DaRen 2012Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,11:2
17Effects of the slip wall on the drag and coherent structures of turbulent boundary layer显示文摘A comparative experiment by time-resolved particle image velocimetry(TRPIV)of the turbulent boundary layer(TBL)over a smooth surface and an anisotropy superhydrophobic(SH)surface was carried out in an open-surface recirculating water channel at Re_(τ,smooth)=650.Thewall friction velocity is fittedwell from the velocity of the viscous sublayer calculated by the Single-pixel resolution ensemble correlation(SPEC).After that,a drag reduction rate of 17%,a slip velocity of 0.0119 m/s,and a slip length of 90.8μm are obtained over the SH surface.In the main modes of the reduced-order flow fields,the wave packet structures over the SH surface become“upright”.Such large-scale structures in motion are also found in the instantaneous field.According to the statistical results of the correlation,it is found that the slip wall leads to the change of the convection velocity at different positions of the structure,which leads to the change of structure morphology and the distortion of the shear layer.Xinwei Wang Yufei Wang Haiping Tian Nan Jiang 2021Acta Mechanica Sinica2021,37,8:2

20Joint Power and Duty-Cycle Design Using Alternating Optimization Algorithm under Energy Harvesting Architectures显示文摘In the emerging sixth generation(6G)communication network,energy harvesting(EH)is a promising technology to achieve the unlimited energy supply and hence makes the wireless communication systems self-sustainable in terms of energy.However,in practice,the efficiency of energy harvesting is often low due to the limited device capability.In this paper,we formulate three types of different EH architectures,i.e.,the harvest-use architecture,the harvest-store-use architecture,and the harvest-use-store architecture from the perspective of energy storage efficiency.We propose resource allocation schemes to jointly design the sensor power and duty-cycle via an alternating optimization algorithm under the above EH architectures,in both simultaneous and non-simultaneous harvesting and utilization models,aiming at achieving a higher throughput and energy efficiency.Non-ideal circuit power is also considered.Numerical results show that our proposed schemes under EH architectures outperform the existing classic continuous transmission schemes.Tong Wang Xiang Yang Feng Deng Lin Gao Yufei Jiang Zhihua Yang 2020China Communications2020,17,12:1
