1Transparency and amplification in a hybrid system of the mechanical resonator and circuit QED显示文摘We theoretically study the transparency and amplification of a weak probe field applied to the cavity in hybrid systems formed by a driven superconducting circuit QED system and a mechanical resonator,or a driven optomechanical system and a superconducting qubit.We find that both the mechanical resonator and the superconducting qubit can result in the transparency to a weak probe field in such hybrid systems when a strong driving field is applied to the cavity.We also find that the weak probe field can be amplified in some parameter regimes.We further study the statistical properties of the output field via the degrees of second-order coherence.We find that the nonclassicality of the output field strongly depends on the system parameters.Our studies show that one can control single-photon transmission in the optomechanical system via a tunable artificial atom or in the circuit QED system via a mechanical resonator.WANG Hui SUN HuiChen ZHANG Jing LIU YuXi 2012Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2012,55,12:6
2Structural and molecular basis for foot-andmouth disease virus neutralization by two potent protective antibodies显示文摘Dear Editor,Foot-and-mouth disease(FMD)is an economically devastating and highly contagious viral disease of cloven-hoofed animals with a global distribution.The causative agent,FMD virus(FMDV)is a small non-enveloped RNA virus,belonging to the Aphthoviruses genus within Picornaviridae family(Tuthill et al.,2010).Control of FMD has been largely reliant on vaccinations with inactivated virus vaccines.However,significant antigenic diversity within FMDV serotypes and inability of the vaccines to induce immune protection for a long duration of time impinge on the efficacy of available vaccines.The roles of neutralizing antibodies(NAbs)as the principal protective components of the immune responses to FMDV vaccination or infection have been well established(Pay and Hingley,1987;Juleff et al.,2009).Passive immunization of NAbs has also been demonstrated to be effective in curing FMD and many viral diseases(Harmsen et al.,2007;Qiu et al.,2018).A deep understanding of the molecular basis for viral neutralization by antibodies and the identification of key viral epitopes would aid in the development of potent rationally designed broad-spectrum vaccine.Hu Dong Pan Liu Manyuan Bai Kang Wang Rui Feng Dandan Zhu Yao Sun Suyu Mu Haozhou Li Michiel Harmsen Shiqi Sun Xiangxi Wang Huichen Guo 2022Protein & Cell2022,13,6:3
3Deformation failure and countermeasures of deep tertiary extremely soft rock roadway in Liuhai coal mine显示文摘In view of failure phenomena with nonlinear large deformation including extensive damage,whole section destruction in short time,high rate of repair,most destruction forms occurred in the tertiary roadway of soft rocks engineering in Liuhai mine,according to the methods of geological survey,theoretical analysis,numerical calculation and in-situ test,the composite failure mechanism of molecular expansion,tectonic stress,gravity stress and engineering deviatoric stress,faults and random joint in this area is analyzed deeply,then an coupling support of double-layer-truss is proposed.The research results show that the first wave of deformation energy was released by bolt-mesh-cable fixed into the roof,floor and two sides of the roadway.While the second wave of deformation energy was released through the interface function between double-layer-truss and the surrounding rock.The double-layer-truss that characterized by high strength,good integrity can absorb high deformation energy of surrounding rocks,which led to the uniform distribution of the stress.Engineering practice shows this technology has been successfully applied to control the deformation failure of the tertiary extremely soft rock roadway.Yang Jun Wang Dong Shi Haiyang Xu Huichen 2015International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2015,25,2:2

11Unravelling the essential difference between TiO_(x) and AlO_(x) interface layers on Ta_(3)N_(5) photoanode for photoelectrochemical water oxidation显示文摘Tantalum nitride(Ta_(3)N_(5))is a very promising photoanode material due to its narrow band gap(2.1 eV)and suitable band alignment for solar water splitting.However,it suffers from severe photocorrosion during water oxidation.In this work,it was found that surface passivation by AlO_(x) and TiO_(x) layers results in dramatically different PEC performance of Ta_(3)N_(5) photoanode for water oxidation.The mechanism study indicates that the negative charges on AlO_(x) can generate additional field to promote separation of photogenerated charges,while the positive charges on TiO_(x) layer show the opposite effect.As a result,the Ta_(3)N_(5) based photoanode modified with AlO_(x) layer gives a high photocurrent of 12.5 mA cm^(-2) for 24 h at 1.23 V versus the reversible hydrogen electrode(RHE).Dynamic analysis implies that the hole extraction and transfer are significantly improved by the modification with the AlO_(x) layer.This work reveals the importance of the charges on surface passivation layer in interface engineering of photoelectrodes.Yongle Zhao Huichen Xie Wenwen Shi Hong Wang Chenyi Shao Can Li 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,1:0

13Creep behavior and effect factors of a TiAl-Nb alloy at high temperatu显示文摘The effect of solution treatment on the microstructure and creep properties of forged TiAl-Nb alloys was investigated.The results showed that the microstructure of forged alloy mainly consisted ofγ/α2 lamellar colonies and fine equiaxed recrystallizedγ/α2 grains.During the solution treatment the microstructure of the alloy transformed into a fully lamellar structure due to the lamellar colonies growth by consuming equiaxed grains.Compared with the forged alloy the creep life of the solution treated alloy at 800℃/220 MPa increased from 116 h to 339 h.The better creep resistance may be attributed to the transform of fine equiaxedγ/α2 grain to the lamellar colonies with serrated grain boundaries due to the solution treatment.The deformation mechanism of the solution treated alloy during creep is considered to be dislocation slipping within the lamellarγ/α2 phases,and the dislocation movement may be hindered by theγ/α2 interface and the formation of dislocation tangles.The interaction of the dislocations with the tangles may increase the resistance of the dislocation motion and hence improve the creep resistance of the alloy.It was found that during the creep of the forged alloys the cracks mainly initiated at the equiaxed grain,and in the solution treated alloy the cracks initiated at the grain boundaries.As creep continued the cracks propagated and connected to each other,leading to the damage and rupture of the forged and solution treated alloys.Shunke Zhang Sugui Tian Gengyu Li Ning Tian Fangwei Jin Huichen Yu Xiaoxia Lv Guangyan Wang Deyuan Li 2021Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2021,31,3:0
