| 1 | Reconstruction based approach to sensor fault diagnosis using auto-associative neural networks显示文摘Fault diagnostics is an important research area including different techniques.Principal component analysis(PCA)is a linear technique which has been widely used.For nonlinear processes,however,the nonlinear principal component analysis(NLPCA)should be applied.In this work,NLPCA based on auto-associative neural network(AANN)was applied to model a chemical process using historical data.First,the residuals generated by the AANN were used for fault detection and then a reconstruction based approach called enhanced AANN(E-AANN)was presented to isolate and reconstruct the faulty sensor simultaneously.The proposed method was implemented on a continuous stirred tank heater(CSTH)and used to detect and isolate two types of faults(drift and offset)for a sensor.The results show that the proposed method can detect,isolate and reconstruct the occurred fault properly. | Mousavi Hamidreza Shahbazian Mehdi Jazayeri-Rad Hooshang Nekounam Aliakbar | 2014 | Journal of Central South University2014，21，6： | 4 |
| 2 | Prediction of asphaltene precipitation using support vector regression tuned with genetic algorithms显示文摘Due to the severe and costly problems caused by asphaltene precipitation in petroleum industry,developing a quick and accurate model,to predict the asphaltene precipitation under different conditions,seems crucial.In this study,a new model,namely genetic algorithm e support vector regression(GA-SVR)is proposed,which is applied to predict the amount of asphaltene precipitation.GA is used to select the best optimal values of SVR parameters and kernel parameter,simultaneously,to increase the generalization performance of the SVR.The GA-SVR model is trained and tested on the experimental data sets reported in literature.The performance of the GASVR model is compared with two scaling equation models,using statistical error measures and graphical analyses.The results show that the prediction performance of the proposed model,is highly reliable and satisfactory. | Mohammad Ghorbani Ghasem Zargar Hooshang Jazayeri-Rad | 2016 | Petroleum2016，2，3： | 3 |
