1Microsatellite polymorphisms of Sichuan golden monkeys显示文摘Previous study using protein electrophoresis shows no polymorphism in 44 nuclear loci of Sichuan golden monkey (Rhinopithecus roxellana), which limits our understandings of its population genetic patterns in the nuclear genome. In order to obtain sufficient information, we scanned 14 microsatellite loci in a sample of 32 individuals from its three major habitats (Minshan, Qinling and Shen-nongjia). A considerable amount of polymorphisms were detected. The average heterozygosities in the local populations were all above 0.5. The differentiations among local populations were significant. There was evidence of geneflow among subpopulations, but geneflow between Qinling and Shennongjia local populations was the weakest. Minshan and Qinling populations might have gone through recent bottlenecks. The estimation of the ratio of the effective population sizes among local populations was close to that from census sizes. Comparisons to available mitochondria data suggested that R. roxellana’s social structures played an important role in shaping its population genetic patterns. 2Reversing cold tumors to hot: An immunoadjuvant-functionalized metalorganic framework for multimodal imaging-guided synergistic photoimmunotherapy显示文摘Immunotherapy assays using immunoadjuvants and tumor antigens could greatly increase the survival rates of patients with malignant tumors.As effective carriers,metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)have been widely utilized in cancer therapy due to their remarkable histocompatibility and low toxicity.Herein,we constructed a multimodal imaging-guided synergistic cancer photoimmunotherapy by employing a specific MOF(MIL101-NH2)as the core carrier;the MOF was dual-dressed with photoacoustic and fluorescent signal donors(indocyanine green,ICG)and immune adjuvants(cytosine-phosphate-guanine sequence,CpG)and named ICGCpG@MOF.This nanocarrier could passively target the tumor site through the EPR effect and achieve multimodal imaging(fluorescence,photoacoustic,photothermal and magnetic resonance imaging)of the tumor.Synergistic cancer photoimmunotherapy was achieved via simultaneous photodynamic and photothermal methods with 808 nm laser irradiation.ICG-CpG@MOF achieved the GSH-controlled release of immunoadjuvant into the tumor microenvironment.Furthermore,the released tumor-associated antigen along with CpG could induce the transformation of tumor cells from cold to hot by activating the immune system,which significantly enhanced tumor cytotoxicity and achieved high cure rates with minimal side-effects.This strategy utilizing multimodal imaging and synergistic cancer photoimmunotherapy provides a promising approach for the diagnosis and treatment of cancer.Zhijin Fan Hongxing Liu Yaohua Xue Jingyan Lin Yu Fu Zhaohua Xia Dongming Pan Jian Zhang Kun Qiao Zhenzhen Zhang Yuhui Liao 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,2:4

4Self‐suspended rare‐earth doped up‐conversion luminescent waveguide:propagating and directional radiation显示文摘Near-infrared excited rare-earth(RE)-doped up-conversion(UC)-luminescent materials have attracted enormous attention because of their unique emission properties,such as narrow emission bands,long luminescence lifetimes,and multiple colors.However,current development of RE-doped luminescent material is hindered by weak and narrowband absorption problems and low photon-conversion quantum efficiencies.In addition to conventional approaches to enhance fluorescence intensity,controlling emission directivity to improve detection efficiency has become a promising approach to obtain higher luminescence brightnesses.In this paper,a self-suspended RE-doped UC luminescent waveguide is designed to realize directional emissions.Benefitting from the special morphology of the crown-like NaYF4:Yb3+/Er3+microparticle,the points contact between the waveguide and substrate can be obtained to decrease energy loss.An attractive UC luminescent pattern accompanied by powerful and controllable directional emissions is observed,and the spatial emission angle and intensity distribution are explored and analyzed in detail by introducing Fourier imaging detection and simulation.This work provides a new method for achieving controllable directional fluorescence emissions and obtaining improved detection efficiency by narrowing emission directivity,which has potential applications in 3-dimensional displays and micro-optoelectronic devices,especially when fabricating self-fluorescence micron lasers.Changjian Zhang Chengyun Zhang Zhenglong Zhang Tao He Xiaohu Mi Ting Kong Zhengkun Fu Hairong Zheng Hongxing Xu 2020Opto-Electronic Advances2020,3,6:3
5Enhanced catalytic performance of Cu-and/or Mn-loaded Fe-Sep catalysts for the oxidation of CO and ethyl acetate显示文摘The Fe-modi fied sepiolite-supported Mn–Cu mixed oxide(Cux Mny/Fe-Sep) catalysts were prepared using the co-precipitation method.These materials were characterized by means of the XRD,N_2 adsorption–desorption,XPS,H_2-TPR,and O_2-TPD techniques,and their catalytic activities for CO and ethyl acetate oxidation were evaluated.The results show that catalytic activities of the Cux Mny/Fe-Sep samples were higher than those of the Cu1/Fe-Sep and Mn2/Fe-Sep samples,and the Mn/Cu molar ratio had a distinct in fluence on catalytic activity of the sample.Among the Cux Mny/Fe-Sep and Cu1Mn2/Sep samples,Cu1Mn2/Fe-Sep performed the best for CO and ethyl acetate oxidation,showing the highest reaction rate and the lowest T50 and T90 of 4.4×10^(-6) mmol·g-1·s-1,110,and 140 °C for CO oxidation,and 1.9×10^(-6) mmol·g-1·s-1,170,and210 °C for ethyl acetate oxidation,respectively.Moreover,the Cu1Mn2/Fe-Sep sample possessed the best lowtemperature reducibility and the lowest temperature of oxygen desorption as well as the highest surface Mn^(4+)/Mn^(3+) and Cu^(2+)/CuO atomic ratios.It is concluded that factors,such as the strong interaction between the Cu or Mn and the Fe-Sep support,good low-temperature reducibility,and good mobility of chemisorbed oxygen species,might account for the excellent catalytic activity of Cu1Mn2/Fe-Sep.Lisha Liu Yong Song Zhidan Fu Qing Ye Shuiyuan Cheng Tianfang Kang Hongxing Dai 2017Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2017,25,10:2

11An optimal design of the broadcast ephemeris for LEO navigation augmentation systems显示文摘As the deployment of large Low Earth Orbiters(LEO)communication constellations,navigation from the LEO satellites becomes an emerging opportunity to enhance the existing satellite navigation systems.The LEO navigation augmentation(LEO-NA)systems require a centimeter to decimeter accuracy broadcast ephemeris to support high accuracy positioning applications.Thus,how to design the broadcast ephemeris becomes the key issue for the LEO-NA systems.In this paper,the temporal variation characteristics of the LEO orbit elements were analyzed via a spectrum analysis.A non-singular element set for orbit fitting was introduced to overcome the potential singularity problem of the LEO orbits.Based on the orbit characteristics,a few new parameters were introduced into the classical 16 parameter ephemeris set to improve the LEO orbit fitting accuracy.In order to identify the optimal parameter set,different parameter sets were tested and compared and the 21 parameters data set was recommended to make an optimal balance between the orbit accuracy and the bandwidth requirements.Considering the real-time broadcast ephemeris generation procedure,the performance of the LEO ephemeris based on the predicted orbit is also investigated.The performance of the proposed ephemeris set was evaluated with four in-orbit LEO satellites and the results indicate the proposed 21 parameter schemes improve the fitting accuracy by 87.4%subject to the 16 parameters scheme.The accuracy for the predicted LEO ephemeris is strongly dependent on the orbit altitude.For these LEO satellites operating higher than 500 km,10 cm signal-in-space ranging error(SISRE)is achievable for over 20 min prediction.Xueli Guo Lei Wang Wenju Fu Yingbo Suo Ruizhi Chen Hongxing Sun 2022Geo-Spatial Information Science2022,25,1:1

13Versatile optical manipulation of trions,dark excitons and biexcitons through contrasting exciton-photon coupling显示文摘Various exciton species in transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs),such as neutral excitons,trions(charged excitons),dark excitons,and biexcitons,have been individually discovered with distinct light-matter interactions.In terms of valley-spin locked band structures and electron-hole configurations,these exciton species demonstrate flexible control of emission light with degrees of freedom(DOFs)such as intensity,polarization,frequency,and dynamics.However,it remains elusive to fully manipulate different exciton species on demand for practical photonic applications.Here,we investigate the contrasting light-matter interactions to control multiple DOFs of emission light in a hybrid monolayer WSe2-Ag nanowire(NW)structure by taking advantage of various exciton species.These excitons,including trions,dark excitons,and biexcitons,are found to couple independently with propagating surface plasmon polaritons(SPPs)of Ag NW in quite different ways,thanks to the orientations of transition dipoles.Consistent with the simulations,the dark excitons and dark trions show extremely high coupling efficiency with SPPs,while the trions demonstrate directional chiral-coupling features.This study presents a crucial step towards the ultimate goal of exploiting the comprehensive spectrum of TMD excitons for optical information processing and quantum optics.Zhe Li Xin-Yuan Zhang Rundong Ma Tong Fu Yan Zeng Chong Hu Yufeng Cheng Cheng Wang Yun Wang Yuhua Feng Takashi Taniguchi Kenji Watanabe Ti Wang Xiaoze Liu Hongxing Xu 2023Light(Science & Applications)2023,12,12:0

15Long range dynamic displacement:precision PGC with sub-nanometer resolution in an LWSM interferometer显示文摘We propose a precision phase-generated-carrier(PGC) demodulation method with sub-nanometer resolution that avoids nonlinear errors in a laser wavelength sinusoidal modulation fiber-optic interferometer for long range dynamic displacement sensing.Using orthogonal detection and an AC-DC component extraction scheme,the PGC carrier phase delay(CPD) and laser intensity modulation phase delay can be obtained simultaneously to eliminate the nonlinear error from accompanied optical intensity modulation and CPD.Further,to realize long range displacement sensing,PGC phase modulation depth(PMD),determined by the laser wavelength modulation amplitude and the working distance of the interferometer,is required to maintain an optimal value during measurement,including initial position and dynamic movement.By combining frequency sweeping interference and modified PGC-arctan demodulation to measure real-time working distance,adaptive PMD technology is realized based on proportion control.We construct a fiber-optic Michelson and SIOS commercial interferometer for comparison and perform experiments to verify the feasibility of the proposed method.Experimental results demonstrate that an interferometer with sub-nanometer resolution and nanometer precision over a large range of 400 mm can be realized.YISI DONG PENG-CHENG HU HAIJIN FU HONGXING YANG RUITAO YANG JIUBIN TAN 2022Photonics Research2022,10,1:0
16A review on magnesium alloys for application of degradable fracturing tools显示文摘The vulnerable corrosion resistance of Mg alloys is regarded as one of the main disadvantages restricting their application,while it can be used as an extraordinary specialty in some particular fields,such as petroleum exploitation and medicine.In recent years,many Mg alloys with high corrosion rate and high strength have been developed for fracturing temporary plugging tools in the oil exploitation.This review briefly introduces the performance requirements of the degradable fracturing tools classified into mechanical and corrosion properties.Recent progress on corrosion behavior of degradable Mg-Al,Mg-Zn,Mg-RE alloys and Mg matrix composites is then summarized and discussed.Finally,the factors influencing the degradation rate of Mg alloys are analyzed and divided into secondary phase,texture,dislocation,grain size and surface film.From the summary,it can be found that addition of Ni or Cu to the degradable Mg alloys is a common and effective method to enhance the degradation rate due to increasing the amount of secondary phases and deteriorating the corrosion product layers.For the as-extruded degradable Mg alloys,grain size,texture and dislocation are the key factors affecting the corrosion rate under different processing conditions.We expect this review is helpful for those who are working on developing Mg-based functional materials with superior degradation rate.Jian Sun Wenbo Du Junjian Fu Ke Liu Shubo Li Zhaohui Wang Hongxing Liang 2022Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2022,10,10:0

19On microstructure and performance of tempered high-boron high-speed steel roll显示文摘Influences of the tempering temperature on the microstructure, mechanical property and wear resistance of High-Boron High Speed Steel (HBHSS) roll materials were investigated by means of optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction, hardness measurement, impact tester, tensile tester and pin abrasion tester. The results show that the as-cast structure of HBHSS consists of a great amount of martensite and M2(B,C) and a few retained austenites and M23(B,C)6. After solution treated at 1,050 °C and followed by oil cooling, the amount of M23(B,C)6 carbo-borides in quenched HBHSS increases obviously and the macrohardness of the quenched HBHSS is 66 HRC, which is very close to the 65.8 HRC of as-cast HBHSS. On the whole, the hardness of HBHSS alloy shows a trend of slight decrease with increasing tempering temperature when tempered below 500 °C. While when above 500 °C, the hardness increases slightly as the tempering temperature increases and reaches a peak at 525 °C and then decreases obviously. The impact toughness of HBHSS has a tendency to increase as the tempering temperature increases. Tempering can improve the tensile strength and elongation of HBHSS, but a higher tempering temperature causes a slight decrease in both tensile strength and elongation.
