1Reactive capillary hemangiomas: a novel dermatologic toxicity following anti-PD-1 treatment with SHR-1210显示文摘Objective: SHR-1210 is a new and promising anti-PD-1 agent for solid tumors. During the phase I study of SHR-1210, we encountered a novel but prevalent immune-related dermatologic toxicity: reactive capillary hemangiomas(RCHs). Thus we tried to summarize the features of RCHs and estimate their relationship with tumor response.Methods: This prospective observational study systematically enrolled 98 patients with advanced solid tumors from April 27th,2016 to June 8th, 2017 in the context of the phase I clinical study of SHR-1210. This report focused on the skin toxicities. Patients underwent entire skin inspection every two weeks while taking medication. The clinical course of RCHs was recorded and their association with tumor response was estimated. The data cut-off date was November 15th, 2017.Results: After a median follow-up of 242(range, 29–567) days, RCHs were observed in 85.7%(84/98) of patients on cutaneous/mucosal surfaces; 84.5%(71/84) of the RCHs were evaluated as grade 1 adverse events. No grade 3 or 4 RCHs were observed. The time of onset of RCHs was dose dependent and shortest in the 400 mg-dose cohort(P < 0.001). Spontaneous and complete regression of RCHs was observed both during and after treatment. The objective response rate of tumors for patients with RCHs was 28.9%(24/83). However, no responders were observed among the patients without RCHs.Conclusions: RCHs were prevalent but manageable during treatment with SHR-1210. 2Terrestrial carbon sinks in China and around the world and their contribution to carbon neutrality显示文摘Enhancing the terrestrial ecosystem carbon sink(referred to as terrestrial C sink) is an important way to slow down the continuous increase in atmospheric carbon dioxide(CO_(2)) concentration and to achieve carbon neutrality target.To better understand the characteristics of terrestrial C sinks and their contribution to carbon neutrality,this review summarizes major progress in terrestrial C budget researches during the past decades,clarifies spatial patterns and drivers of terrestrial C sources and sinks in China and around the world,and examines the role of terrestrial C sinks in achieving carbon neutrality target.According to recent studies,the global terrestrial C sink has been increasing from a source of (-0.2±0.9) Pg C yr^(-1)(1 Pg=1015g)in the 1960s to a sink of (1.9±1.1) Pg C yr^(-1) in the 2010s.By synthesizing the published data,we estimate terrestrial C sink of 0.20–0.25 Pg C yr^(-1) in China during the past decades,and predict it to be 0.15–0.52 Pg C yr^(-1) by 2060.The terrestrial C sinks are mainly located in the mid-and high latitudes of the Northern Hemisphere,while tropical regions act as a weak C sink or source.The C balance differs much among ecosystem types:forest is the major C sink;shrubland,wetland and farmland soil act as C sinks;and whether the grassland functions as C sink or source remains unclear.Desert might be a C sink,but the magnitude and the associated mechanisms are still controversial.Elevated atmospheric CO_(2) concentration,nitrogen deposition,climate change,and land cover change are the main drivers of terrestrial C sinks,while other factors such as fires and aerosols would also affect ecosystem C balance.The driving factors of terrestrial C sink differ among regions.Elevated CO_(2) concentration and climate change are major drivers of the C sinks in North America and Europe,while afforestation and ecological restoration are additionally important forcing factors of terrestrial C sinks in China.For future studies,we recommend the necessity for intensive and long-term ecosystem C monitoring over broad geographic scale to improve terrestrial biosphere models for accurately evaluating terrestrial C budget and its dynamics under various climate change and policy scenarios.Yuanhe Yang Yue Shi Wenjuan Sun Jinfeng Chang Jianxiao Zhu Leiyi Chen Xin Wang Yanpei Guo Hongtu Zhang Lingfei Yu Shuqing Zhao Kang Xu Jiangling Zhu Haihua Shen Yuanyuan Wang Yunfeng Peng Xia Zhao Xiangping Wang Huifeng Hu Shiping Chen Mei Huang Xuefa Wen Shaopeng Wang Biao Zhu Shuli Niu Zhiyao Tang Lingli Liu Jingyun Fang 2022Science China(Life Sciences)2022,65,5:32
3Application of Hot Forming High Strength Steel Parts on Car Body in Side Impact显示文摘Lightweight structure is an important method to increase vehicle fuel efficiency.High strength steel is applied for replacing mild steel in automotive structures to decrease thickness of parts for lightweight.However,the lightweight structures must show the improved capability for structural rigidity and crash energy absorption.Advanced high strength steels are attractive materials to achieve higher strength for energy absorption and reduce weight of vehicles.Currently,many research works focus on component level axial crash testing and simulation of high strength steels.However,the effects of high strength steel parts to the impact of auto body are not considered.The goal of this research is to study the application of hot forming high strength steel(HFHSS) in order to evaluate the potential using in vehicle design for lightweight and passive safety.The performance of HFHSS is investigated by using both experimental and analytical techniques.In particular,the focus is on HFHSS which may have potential to enhance the passive safety for lightweight auto body.Automotive components made of HFHSS and general high strength steel(GHSS) are considered in this study.The material characterization of HFHSS is carried out through material experiments.The finite element method,in conjunction with the validated model is used to simulate the side impact of a car with GHSS and HFHSS parts according to China New Car Assessment Programme(C-NCAP) crash test.The deformation and acceleration characteristics of car body are analyzed and the injuries of an occupant are calculated.The results from the simulation analyses of HFHSS are compared with those of GHSS.The comparison indicates that the HFHSS parts on car body enhance the passive safety for the lightweight car body in side impact.Parts of HFHSS reduce weight of vehicle through thinner thickness offering higher strength of parts.Passive safety of lightweight car body is improved through reduction of crash deformation on car body by the application of HFHSS parts.The experiments and simulation are conducted to the HFHSS parts on auto body.The results demonstrate the feasibility of the application of HFHSS materials on automotive components for improved capability of passive safety and lightweight.SUN Hongtu HU Ping MA Ning SHEN Guozhe LIU Bo ZHOU Dinglu 2010Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2010,23,2:19
4CapOX as neoadjuvant chemotherapy for locally advanced operable colon cancer patients: a prospective single-arm phase Ⅱ trial显示文摘Objective: The aim of this prospective, single-arm phase II trial was to confirm the safety and efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NAC) using oxaliplatin plus capecitabine(Cap OX) for patients with operable locally advanced colon cancer(CC).Methods: Patients with computed tomography-defined T4 or lymph node-positive CCs were enrolled. After radiological staging, patients were treated with at least 2 cycles of NAC consisting of 130 mg/m2 oxaliplatin on d 1,plus 1,000 mg/m2 capecitabine twice daily for 14 d every 3 weeks, followed by surgery, and then with the rest cycles of adjuvant chemotherapy. Radiological response was evaluated after 2 cycles of NAC. Tumor response, treatment toxicity, and surgical complications were recorded. The pathological response to therapy was evaluated according to the tumor regression grade(TRG) score. The primary endpoint was pathologic tumor response. This trial is registered in Clinical Trials.gov(No: NCT02415829).Results: Forty-seven patients were enrolled in the study. Forty-two patients completed the planned treatments.The total radiological response rate was 68%(32/47), including complete and partial response rates of 2%(1/47)and 66%(31/47), respectively. Stable disease was observed in 32%(15/47) and progressive disease was observed in none. Complete pathologic response, major regression, and at least moderate regression were achieved in 1(2%), 2(4%), and 29(62%) patients, respectively. Four patients developed grade 3 treatment toxicities. One patient with wound infection occurred after operation(1/47, 2%). 6SF_(6)decomposition and insulation condition monitoring of GIE:A review显示文摘The statistics of the Conference International des Grands Reseaux Electriques(CIGRE)indicate that the operational reliability of SF6 gas‐insulated equipment(GIE)is very high;however,the failure rate of the GIE in operation is much higher than that of the IEC standard,and the fault occurs frequently in the GIE at a high voltage level.The reason is due to the complex and strong on‐site electromagnetic interference environment and fully enclosed structure of GIE.The key method and technology for effective on‐line monitoring and fault diagnosis of GIE are still lacking.Given the partial strong electromagnetic energy and high temperature induced by early latent insulation faults in the equipment,SF6 gas insulation presents different degrees of decomposition.The decomposition products mainly include SO_(2)F_(2),SOF_(2),SO_(2),HF,and H2S.The decomposition characteristics of SF6 are closely related to the property of insulation faults.At present,this area is attracting attention from the power industry and research institutes.This study summarises the current research on SF_(6)decomposition component analysis(DCA).The content mainly includes the latest progress of SF_(6)decomposition characteristics and mechanism under fault conditions,and fault diagnosis methods based on decomposition components.Fuping Zeng Haotian Li Hongtu Cheng Ju Tang Yilu Liu 2021High Voltage2021,6,6:3

9Crystallographic orientation dependence on nanoscale friction behavior of energetic β-HMX crystal显示文摘Tribology behaviors of energetic crystals play critical roles in the friction-induced hotspot in highenergy explosive,however,the binder and energetic crystals are not distinguished properly in previous investigations.In this study,for the first time,the nanoscale friction ofβ-octahydro-1,3,5,7-tetranitro1,3,5,7-tetrazocine(β-HMX)crystal is studied with nanoscratch tests under the ramping load mode.The results show that the nanoscale friction and wear ofβ-HMX crystal,as a typical energetic material,is highly depended on the applied load.The friction coefficient ofβ-HMX crystal is initially high when no discernible wear is observed,and then it decreases to a stable value which varies from~0.2 to~0.7,depending on the applied load,scratch direction,and crystal planes.Theβ-HMX(011)surfaces show weakly friction and wear anisotropy behavior;in contrast,theβ-HMX(110)surfaces show strongly friction and wear anisotropy behavior where the friction coefficient,critical load for the elastic–plastic deformation transition and plastic–cracking deformation transition,and deformation index at higher normal load are highly depended on the scratch directions.Further analyses indicate the slip system and direction ofβ-HMX surfaces play key roles in determining the nanoscale friction and wear ofβ-HMX surfaces.The obtained results can provide deeper insight into the friction and wear of energetic crystal materials.Ying YIN Hongtao LI Zhihong CAO Binghong LI Qingshan LI Hongtu HE Jiaxin YU 2023Friction2023,11,12:2
10Synthesis of thermoresponsive polystyrene-based comb-type grafted poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)显示文摘Narrowly distributed polystyrene-g-p(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PSt-g-PNIPAM) was prepared by atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) of N-isopropylacrylamide using the brominated polystyrene as macroinitiator and CuCl combined with hexamethyltriethylenetetramine as catalyst. Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy confirmed the structure of PSt-g-PNIPAM. The gel permeation chromatography (GPC) showed that the graft copoly- mer had a single distribution peak with molecular weight, Mn (g/mol) of 19815 g/mol (using polystyrene as the standard). 14Quantitative analysis of the tribological properties of phosphate glass at the nano- and macro-scales显示文摘Processing(grinding,polishing)of phosphate laser(PL)glass involves material removal at two vastly different(spatial)scales.In this study,the nano‐and macro‐tribological properties of PL glass are investigated by rubbing the glass against a SiO_(2) counter‐surface in both dry and humid conditions.The results indicate that the friction of the PL glass/SiO_(2) pair has opposing trends at the nano‐and macroscales.At the nanoscale,the friction coefficient(COF)in humid air is much higher than in dry air,which is attributed to the capillary effect of the absorbed water‐film at the interface.At the macroscale,on the other hand,the COF in humid air is lower than in dry air,because the water‐related mechanochemical wear makes the worn surface less susceptible to cracking.Material removal for PL glass is better facilitated by humid air than by dry air at both scales,because the stress‐enhanced hydrolysis accelerates the material‐removal process in glass.Moreover,the material‐removal is more sensitive to contact pressure at the macroscale,because stronger mechanical‐interaction occurs during material removal at the macroscale with the multi asperity contact mode.At the macroscale,the material removal is more sensitive to contact pressure in humid air compared to dry air.Because almost all mechanical energy is used to remove material in humid air,and most of the mechanical energy is used to produce cracks in PL glass in dry air.The results of this study can help optimize the multi‐scale surface processing of optical glasses.Huimin QI Wen HU Hongtu HE Yafeng ZHANG Chenfei SONG Jiaxin YU 2021Friction2021,9,5:1
