| 1 | 血小板机采过程中年龄依赖性骨代谢变化分析显示文摘目的了解柠檬酸盐抗凝剂(ACD-A)对机采血小板献血员骨骼代谢的影响。方法比较37名健康男性机采血小板献血员[平均年龄(31.9±6.4)岁]机采前、后及不同年龄组血清骨代谢生化指标,包括:(1)骨生成指标:骨钙素(OC)、骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(B-ALP);(2)骨吸收指标:Ⅰ型胶原蛋白 C 端片段(CTX);(3)全段甲状旁腺素(i-PTH)的变化和相互关系。结果 i-PTH、OC、CTX水平分别由采前的(44.4±20.4)pg/ml、(22.9±8.5)ng/ml、(2.6±1.3)nmol/L 上升到采后的(129.2±49.1)pg/ml、(29.8±11.7)ng/ml和(3.9±1.7)nmol/L;而 B-ALP 水平则由采前的(20.5±5.2)U/L 下降到采后的(18.0±5.0)U/L。同时机采后 CTX/OC 比值亦由0.12±0.04上升到0.13±0.03。相关分析表明,无论机采前或后血清 CTX 与 OC 水平间变化均呈显著相关(r=0.62,0.89,P<0.01)。不同年龄组的数据比较显示,A 组(21~30岁)采后 CTX 增幅明显大于 B 组(31~40)岁,P=0.02。而其他指标未见显著性差异。结论机采过程中柠檬酸盐抗凝剂(ACD-A)的应用在男性献血者中可引起以骨吸收增强为主的骨转换的提高,此现象存在着年龄依赖性。 | 陈颖 Markus Dettke Paul Hoecker Christian Bieglmayer | 2007 | 中华检验医学杂志2007，30，8： | 10 |
