1Design of soil moisture distribution sensor based on high-frequency capacitance显示文摘In order to obtain accurate real-time soil moisture data and the spatial distribution of soil moisture,the soil moisture measurement methods based on high-frequency capacitance edge field effect were analyzed,the structure of probe was studied,and a multi-channel soil moisture sensor was designed.Moreover,with the established two-dimensional trace planar capacitance probe model and the method of the finite element analysis,relationship between the structure of sensor probe and electric field intensity was studied and capacitance of the probe trace amount planar capacitance model was analyzed,the most optimal structure of sensor probe was determined.Design parameters of the probe which can achieve optimal sensitivity and detection range are:outer diameter 40 mm and inner diameter 38.4 mm for the probe copper ring electrode,axial length 20 mm and axial spacing 10 mm.The sensor is suitable for measuring the moisture of different type of soil.Moreover,the features of the profile soil moisture sensor were experimentally explored.The measurement accuracy reached±1.31%with better stability and consistency.Sensor probes can be assembled according to the measurement depth and used to measure soil moisture of different crop root zone.Yan Hua Tang Zejun Xing Zhen Gao Dingneng Hong Haoxing 2016International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,3:5
2Release and uptake mechanisms of vesicular Ca^2+stores显示文摘Cells utilize calcium ions(Ca^2+)to signal almost all aspects of cellular life,ranging from cell proliferation to cell death,in a spatially and temporally regulated manner.A key aspect of this regulation is the compartmen-talization of Ca^2+in various cytoplasmic organelles that act as intracellular Ca^2+stores.Whereas Ca^2+release from the large-volume Ca^2+stores,such as the endoplasmic reticulum(ER)and Golgi apparatus,are preferred for signal transduction,Ca^2+release from the small-volume individual vesicular stores that are dispersed throughout the cell,such as lysosomes,may be more useful in local regulation,such as membrane fusion and individualized vesicular movements.Conceivably,these two types of Ca^2+stores may be established,maintained or refilled via distinct mechanisms.ER stores are refilled through sustained Ca^2+influx at ER-plasma membrane(PM)membrane contact sites(MCSs).In this review,we discuss the release and refilling mechanisms of intracellular small vesicular Ca^2+stores,with a special focus on lysosomes.Recent imaging studies of Ca2+release and organelle MCSs suggest that Ca^2+exchange may occur between two types of stores,such that the small stores acquire Ca^2+from the large stores via ER-vesicle MCSs.Hence vesicular stores like lysosomes may be viewed as secondary Ca^2+stores in the cell.Junsheng Yang Zhuangzhuang Zhao Mingxue Gu Xinghua Feng Haoxing Xu 2019Protein & Cell2019,10,1:3

17Effect of TGO on the tensile failure behavior of thermal barrier coatings显示文摘Thermally grown oxide(TGO)may be generated in thermal barrier coatings(TBCs)after high-temperature oxidation.TGO increases the internal stress of the coatings,leading to the spalling of the coatings.Scanning electron microscopy and energy-dispersive spectroscopy were used to investigate the growth characteristics,microstructure,and composition of TGO after high-temperature oxidation for 0,10,30,and 50 h,and the results were systematically compared.Acoustic emission(AE)signals and the strain on the coating surface under static load were measured with AE technology and digital image correlation.Results showed that TGO gradually grew and thickened with the increase in oxidation time.The thickened TGO had preferential multi-cracks at the interface of TGO and the bond layer and delayed the strain on the surface of the coating under tensile load.TGO growth resulted in the generation of pores at the interface between the TGO and bond layer.The pores produced by TGO under tensile load delayed the generation of surface cracks and thus prolonged the failure time of TBCs.Le WANG Yuelan DI Ying LIU Haidou WANG Haoxing YOU Tao LIU 2019Frontiers of Mechanical Engineering2019,14,4:1

19Iterative Multiuser Receiver Based on Factor Graph for Asynchronous Coded CDMA Systems显示文摘Factor graph, so named because it graphically represents function factorization, with which and its sum-product algorithm the iterative algorithm can be derived clearly. An iterative multiuser receiver based on factor graph for asynchronous coded CDMA system is proposed. In this paper, the a posteriori probability of users information bits conditioned on the noise-whitening filters output is represented by factor graphs, after numbers of iterations with the sum-product algorithm the information bits are estimated. The authors also propose a reduced complexity algorithm. 20Tributyltin causes generational neurodevelopmental toxicity and the protective effect of folic acid in zebrafish显示文摘Tributyltin(TBT),a common organotin environmental pollutant,may pose a threat to human development during critical early-life periods.We aimed to assess the neurodevelopmental intergenerational toxicity of early-life exposure to TBT and the protective effect of DNA methyl donor folic acid(FA).Specifically,after early-life exposure(1–21 days postfertilization,dpf)to TBT(0,1,10 and 100 ng/L),zebrafish(Danio rerio)were cultured in clean medium until sexual maturity.The exposed females were mated with unexposed males to produce embryos(F1).The F1 generation were cultured(4–120 hours post-fertilization,hpf)with and without 1 mmol/L FA.The neurotoxic effects of early-life TBT exposure for zebrafish and their offspring(F1)were significantly enhanced anxiety and reduced aggression,decreased gene expression of DNA methyltransferase in the brain and increased serotonin levels in the body.Moreover,the intergenerational neurodevelopmental toxicity,as manifested in the F1 generation,was attenuated by FA supplementation.In summary,early-life TBT exposure led to intergenerational neurodevelopmental deficits in zebrafish,and DNA methyl donors had a protective effect on F1 neurodevelopment,which can inform the prevention and treatment of intergenerational neurotoxicity due to organotin pollutants.Haoxing Cai Naying Zheng Chen Tang Yuxuan Zhang Zhenghong Zuo Chengyong He 2024Journal of Environmental Sciences2024,,3:0
