1Achieving maximum power transfer of inductively coupled wireless power transfer system based on dynamic tuning control显示文摘As an emerging research field,inductively coupled wireless power transfer(ICWPT) technology has attracted wide spread attention recently.In this paper,the maximum power transfer performances of four basic topologies labeled as SS,SP,PS and PP are investigated.By modeling the equivalent circuits of these topologies in high frequency(HF),the primary resonance compensation capacitances for maximum power transfer capability are deduced.It is found that these capacitances fluctuate with load resistance change,which is disadvantageous to SP,PS and PP topologies and an obstacle to their practical applications as well.To solve this problem,a phase controlled inductor circuit is proposed.By adjusting the triggering angle,the real-time dynamic tuning control can be achieved to guarantee maximum power transfer.Finally,simulations and experiments show that the proposed method is of great effectiveness and reliability to solve the issue of resonance compensation capacitance fluctuation with load change and to guarantee the flexible applications of all topologies.QIANG Hao HUANG XueLiang TAN LinLin JI QingJing ZHAO JiaMing 2012Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,7:23
2World’s first spaceflight on-orbit demonstration of a flexible solar array system based on shape memory polymer composites显示文摘With a 10%reversible compressive strain in more than 10 deformation cycles,the shape memory polymer composites(SMPCs)could be used for deployable structure and releasing mechanism.In this paper,without traditional electro-explosive devices or motors/controllers,the deployable SMPC flexible solar array system(SMPC-FSAS)is studied,developed,ground-based tested,and finally on-orbit validated.The epoxy-based SMPC is used for the rolling-out variable-stiffness beams as a structural frame as well as an actuator for the flexible blanket solar array.The releasing mechanism is primarily made of the cyanate-based SMPC,which has a high locking stiffness to withstand 50 g gravitational acceleration and a large unlocking displacement of 10 mm.The systematical mechanical and thermal qualification tests of the SMPC-FSAS flight hardware were performed,including sinusoidal sweeping vibration,shocking,acceleration,thermal equilibrium,thermal vacuum cycling,and thermal cycling test.The locking function of the SMPC releasing mechanisms was in normal when launching aboard the SJ20 Geostationary Satellite on 27 Dec.,2019.The SMPC-FSAS flight hardware successfully unlocked and deployed on 5 Jan.,2020 on geostationary orbit.The triggering signal of limit switches returned to ground at the 139 s upon heating,which indicated the successful unlocking function of SMPC releasing mechanisms.A pair of epoxy-based SMPC rolled variable-stiffness tubes,which clapped the flexible blanket solar array,slowly deployed and finally approached an approximate 100%shape recovery ratio within 60 s upon heating.The study and on-orbit successful validation of the SMPC-FSAS flight hardware could accelerate the related study and associated productions to be used for the next-generation releasing mechanisms as well as space deployable structures,such as new releasing mechanisms with low-shocking,testability and reusability,and ultra-large space deployable solar arrays.LAN Xin LIU LiWu ZHANG FengHua LIU ZhengXian WANG LinLin LI QiFeng PENG Fan HAO SiDa DAI WenXu WAN Xue TANG Yong WANG Mian HAO YanYan YANG Yang YANG Cheng LIU YanJu LENG JinSong 2020Science China(Technological Sciences)2020,63,8:7
3Hydrogen sulfide promotes flowering in heading Chinese cabbage by S-sulfhydration of BraFLCs显示文摘Heading Chinese cabbage(Brassica rapa L.syn.B.campestris L.ssp.chinensis Makino var.pekinensis(Rupr.)J.Cao et Sh.Cao)is a cruciferous Brassica vegetable that has a triplicate genome,owing to an ancient genome duplication event.It is unclear whether the duplicated homologs have conserved or diversi fied functions.Hydrogen sulfide(H_(2)S)is a plant gasotransmitter that plays important physiological roles in growth,development,and responses to environmental stresses.The modification of cysteines through S-sulfhydration is an important mechanism of H_(2)S,which regulates protein functions.H?S promotes flowering in Arabidopsis and heading Chinese cabbage.Here we investigated the molecular mechanisms of H_(2)S used to promote flowering in the latter.Four,five,and four BraFLC,BraSOC I,and BraFT homologs were identi fi ed in heading Chinese cabbage.Different BraFLC proteins were bound to different CArG boxes in the promoter regions of the BraSOC I and BraFT homologs,producing different binding patterns.Thus,there may be functionally diverse BraFLC homologs in heading Chinese cabbage.Exogenous H_(2)S at 100μmol L^(-1) significantly promoted flowering by compensating for insuf fi cient vernalization.BraFLC 1 and BraFLC_(3) underwent S-sulfhydration by H_(2)S,after which their abilities to bind most BraSOC I or BraFT promoter probes weakened or even disappeared.These changes in binding ability were consistent with the expression pattern of the BraFT and BraSOC I homologs in seedlings treated with H_(2)S.These results indicated that H_(2)S signaling regulates flowering time.In summary,H_(2)S signaling promoted plant flowering by weakening or eliminating the binding abilities of BraFLCs to downstream promoters through S-sulfhydration.Xiaoli Ma Liping Zhang Zhuoya Pei Linlin Zhang Zhiqiang Liu Danmei Liu Xuefeng Hao Zhuping Jin Yanxi Pei 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:6

5Application of Bis[2-(3,4-epoxycyclohexyl)ethyl]octamethyltetrasiloxane in the Preparation of a Photosensitive Resin for Stereolithography 3D Printing显示文摘Bis[2-(3,4-epoxycyclohexyl)ethyl]octamethyltetrasiloxane is also called diepoxycyclohexylethyl octamethyltetrasiloxane. In the present paper, diepoxycyclohexylethyl octamethyltetrasiloxane was synthesized, and the synthesized product was characterized by FTIR and 1 HMR. The synthesized product was compounded with some acrylates and an expoxide as well as photoinitiators to obtain a 3D printing stereolithography resin(3DSLR111). The properties of 3DSLR111 and its UV-cured samples were investigated by some instruments and equipments. The experimental results show that the critical exposure(Ec) of 3DSLR111 is 10.1 mJ/cm^2, its penetration depth(Dp) is 0.15 mm, and its viscosity at 30 ℃ is 319 mPa·s. Some samples were printed with 3DSLR111, and their linear shrinkage and warping factor were evaluated. 6How to Select the Best Sensors for TDOA and TDOA/AOA Localization?显示文摘This paper focuses on the sensor subset optimization problem in time difference of arrival(TDOA) passive localization scenario. We seek for the best sensor combination by formulating a non-convex optimization problem, which is to minimize the trace of covariance matrix of localization error under the condition that the number of selected sensors is given. The accuracy metric is described by the localization error covariance matrix of classical closed-form solution, which is introduced to convert the TDOA nonlinear equations into pseudo linear equations. The non-convex optimization problem is relaxed to a standard semi-definite program(SDP) and efficiently solved in a short time. In addition, we extend the sensor selection method to a mixed TDOA and angle of arrival(AOA) localization scenario with the presence of sensor position errors. 9Weakly-Supervised Single-view Dense 3D Point Cloud Reconstruction via Differentiable Renderer显示文摘In recent years,addressing ill-posed problems by leveraging prior knowledge contained in databases on learning techniques has gained much attention.In this paper,we focus on complete three-dimensional(3D)point cloud reconstruction based on a single red-green-blue(RGB)image,a task that cannot be approached using classical reconstruction techniques.For this purpose,we used an encoder-decoder framework to encode the RGB information in latent space,and to predict the 3D structure of the considered object from different viewpoints.The individual predictions are combined to yield a common representation that is used in a module combining camera pose estimation and rendering,thereby achieving differentiability with respect to imaging process and the camera pose,and optimization of the two-dimensional prediction error of novel viewpoints.Thus,our method allows end-to-end training and does not require supervision based on additional ground-truth(GT)mask annotations or ground-truth camera pose annotations.Our evaluation of synthetic and real-world data demonstrates the robustness of our approach to appearance changes and self-occlusions,through outperformance of current state-of-the-art methods in terms of accuracy,density,and model completeness.Peng Jin Shaoli Liu Jianhua Liu Hao Huang Linlin Yang Michael Weinmann Reinhard Klein 2021Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2021,34,5:2
10Insulin-like growth factor 2 mRNA binding protein 2 promotes aerobic glycolysis and cell proliferation in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma via stabilizing GLUT1 mRNA显示文摘Insulin-like growth factor 2 mRNA binding protein 2 (IGF2BP2) is a member of the IGF2BP protein family consisting of IGF2BP1~3 with the capacity of binding to many transcripts and regulating RNA stability, localization, and translation. In this study, we discovered that expression of IGF2BP2 was upregulated and led to a poor prognosis in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). IGF2BP2 protein was gradually elevated from normal pancreas, pancreatic intraepithelial neoplasia to PDAC in an LSL-KrasG12D/+;LSL-Trp53R172H/+;Pdx1-Cre mouse model. Furthermore, we demonstrated that IGF2BP2 promoted aerobic glycolysis and PDAC cell proliferation through directly binding to and stabilizing GLUT1 mRNA. 17Pathway-pathway network-based study of the therapeutic mechanisms by which salvianolic acid B regulates cardiovascular diseases显示文摘Investigation of the potential therapeutic mechanisms of drug candidates is an essential step in the process of new drug discovery.With the rapid development of systems biology,recent network analyses of proteins,drugs,and diseases have enabled great progress in delineating the molecule mechanisms of drug candidates.However,most analyses perform a direct association between gene/protein and disease levels without considering the intermediate biological pathways regulated by the drugs.Given that a protein performs its biological roles through pathways,we propose using a novel pathway-pathway network analysis to investigate the potential therapeutic functions of the drug candidates.Many studies have demonstrated that salvianolic acid B(SalB) of Salvia miltiorrhiza is an effective therapy for cardiovascular diseases(CVD).Using molecular docking methods to identify direct interacting targets of Sal B,we collected all Sal B-regulated proteins with supporting experimental evidence in PubMed abstracts.FDA-approved CVD drugs and their corresponding targets were also collected.From a traditional drug-protein network analysis,we found that Sal B could affect ACE and REN of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system to relax vessels and alleviate hypertension.Subsequent pathway-pathway network analysis was attempted to study the mechanisms of Sal B in treating CVD,and demonstrated that Sal B regulates immunity/inflammation,apoptosis,ion transport and basic metabolism processes in the treatment of CVD.Regulating the immune/inflammation process may be the major mechanism of Sal B.We believe that pathwaypathway network analysis is a novel method for studying the therapeutic mechanisms of herbal ingredients.YE Li HE Yuan YE Hao LIU XuePing YANG LinLin CAO ZhiWei TANG KaiLin 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,14:1
18Long-term tribocorrosion resistance and failure tolerance of multilayer carbon-based coatings显示文摘Current tribocorrosion research of metallic materials and their surface protective coatings mainly focuses on their short-term properties,with test time of 0.5‒2.0 h and a sliding distance 50‒500 m,which may significantly deviate from the practical long-term service condition and thus cause a catastrophe of marine equipments.In this study,three carbon-based multilayer coatings(Ti/DLC,TiC_(x)/DLC,and Ti‒TiC_(x)/DLC)were deposited on S32750 substrates,and both short-term and long-term tribocorrosion behaviors were investigated.The experimental results indicate that the coatings substantially improve the tribocorrosion resistance of the S32750 stainless steel.During the short-term tribocorrosion test,TiC_(x)/DLC exhibited the best tribocorrosion resistance owing to its high hardness.During the long-term tribocorrosion test,however,Ti‒TiC_(x)/DLC coating indicated the best anti-tribocorrosion performance owing to its excellent fracture toughness together with high hardness.Moreover,under 5 N,Ti‒TiC_(x)/DLC can withstand a long-term test of more than 24 h.Additionally,under a higher load of 20 N,the Ti‒TiC_(x)/DLC with a corresponding sliding distance of approximately 1,728 m maintained a low friction coefficient of approximately 0.06.However,the coating was completely worn out;this is attributable to the formation of tribocorrosion products consisting of graphitized carbon and nanocrystalline Fe_(x)O_(y).Hao LI Linlin LIU Peng GUO Lili SUN Jing WEI Yingrui LIU Shuyu LI Shuyuan WANG Kwang-Ryeol LEE Peiling KE Aiying WANG 2022Friction2022,10,10:1
19Inhibition of different types of inert dust on aluminum powder explosion显示文摘Aluminum powder explosion accidents occurred frequently,but the mechanism of aluminum powder explosion is unclear.Therefore,the inhibitive effect of aluminum powder explosion plays a key role.To evaluate the inhibition capacity of different kinds of carbonates and phosphates:Na H2PO4,(NH4)2HPO4,NH4H2PO4,KHCO3 and Na HCO3 on aluminum deflagrations,a standard 20-L spherical chamber was used to determine the explosion severity,characterized by the maximum explosion pressure(Pmax).New parameters have been proposed:the minimum significant inert concentration(MSIC)and the minimum complete inert concentration(MCIC),which characterized the effect of inert.Experimental results showed that from the minimum significant inert concentration(MSIC)and the minimum complete inert concentration(MCIC),phosphate can have a significant inhibiting effect.40%Na H2PO4 can totally inert the aluminum explosion,and 50%(NH4)2HPO4or 50%NH4H2PO4 can also suppress the explosion.Through simulation,phosphate mainly acts via a chemical inhibition pathway,which inhibits the reaction of aluminum powder and oxygen by catalyzing the recombination of H atoms and O atoms.Carbonate performs inhibition in chemically,producing CO2,diluting the oxygen around the aluminum powder.Studies indicated that the explosion pressure of the mixture decreases as the concentration of inert dust increases.However,when the concentration of carbonates was low,SEEP(suppressant enhanced explosion parameter)phenomenon was found.This research work has a potential industrial application in high hazard aluminum working condition,which can help decrease the explosion pressure and reduce the accident loss.Linlin Dai Lin Hao Wei Kang Wei Xu Ning Shi HongyuanWei 2020Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2020,28,7:1
20An Extreme Gale Event in East China under the Arctic Potential Vorticity Anomaly through the Northeast China Cold Vortex显示文摘Arctic changes influence not only temperature and precipitation in the midlatitudes but also contribute to severe convection.This study investigates an extreme gale event that occurred on 30 April 2021 in East China and was forced by an Arctic potential vorticity(PV)anomaly intrusion.Temperature advection steered by storms contributed to the equatorward propagation of Arctic high PV,forming the Northeast China cold vortex(NCCV).At the upper levels,a PV southward intrusion guided the combination of the polar jet and the subtropical jet,providing strong vertical wind shear and downward momentum transportation to the event.The PV anomaly cooled the upper troposphere and the northern part of East China,whereas the lower levels over southern East China were dominated by local warm air,thus establishing strong instability and baroclinicity.In addition,the entrainment of Arctic dry air strengthened the surface pressure gradient by evaporation cooling.Capturing the above mechanism has the potential to improve convective weather forecasts under climate change.This study suggests that the more frequent NCCV-induced gale events in recent years are partly due to high-latitude waviness and storm activities,and this hypothesis needs to be investigated using more cases.Wei TAO Linlin ZHENG Ying HAO Gaoping LIU 2023Advances in Atmospheric Sciences2023,40,12:1
