1An Approach of Steganography in G.729 Bitstream Based on Matrix Coding and Interleaving显示文摘This paper proposes an approach of secure communication through the Internet based on the technology of speech information hiding. In this approach,the algorithm of embedding a 2.4Kbps low-bit-rate Mixexcitation linear prediction(MELP) speech into G.729 coding speech is presented by adapting the techniques of covering code and the interleaving. The parameters in G.729 source codec are analyzed in the Capability of noise tolerance(CNT) and selected to carry secret speech data because these parameters have less impact on the quality of being reconstructed speech. Experiment results show that the proposed steganography algorithm not only gained a high data embedding rate up to 2.4Kbps but also achieved better imperceptibility, which indicates that the algorithm can be used for high data embedding capacity hiding and can achieve good effect.WU Zhijun CAO Haijuan LI Douzhe 2015Chinese Journal of Electronics2015,24,1:9

3152 W high-power blue diode laser operated at 447 nm显示文摘We demonstrate a high-power blue diode laser operated at 447 nm combining laser diodes using an optical fiber bundle. As many as 127 diode lasers at 447 nm were coupled into 400 μm/0.22 NA fibers using an aspherical lens group with different focus lengths. The bare fibers were mechanically bundled through high temperature ultraviolet adhesive after the coatings of the 127 fibers were stripped. The diameter of the fiber bundle was 6 mm. 5A green,efficient and precise hydrogen therapy of cancer based on in vivo electrochemistry显示文摘By combined use of traditional Chinese acupuncture Fe needle electrode and in vivo electrochemistry,we achieved in vivo H2 generation in tumors in a controllable manner and exploited it for effective and green therapy of tumors for the first time.The cathodic acupuncture electrodes working under an applied voltage of~3 V(with minimal damage to the living body)undergo effective electrochemical reactions in the acidic tumor area that produce sufficient H2 locally to cause cancer cells to burst and die.Due to puncture positioning,the acidic tumor microenvironment and gas diffusion effect,the developed H2 generation electrochemotherapy(H2-ECT)strategy enables precise and large-scale tumor therapy,as demonstrated by in vivo treatment of diseased mice(glioma and breast cancers).Such green H2-ECT is simple,highly efficient and minimally invasive,requiring no expensive medical equipment or nano materials and medication,and is therefore very promising for potential clinical applications.Guohua Qi Bo Wang Xiangfu Song Haijuan Li Yongdong Jin 2020National Science Review2020,7,3:2

8Age-related Resistance and the Defense Signaling Pathway of Ph-3 Gene Against Phytophthora infestans in Tomatoes显示文摘Resistance(R) genes against plant pathogens often have age-related resistance(ARR) effects. However, the mechanism involved in this phenomenon remains unknown. In this paper, Solanum lycopersicum ‘CLN2037B' and S. pimpinellifolium ‘L3708' harboring the Ph-3 gene, as well as S. habrochaites ‘LA2099', ‘LA1777' and ‘LA1033' harboring quantitative trait loci(QTLs), were tested to investigate age-related resistance against late blight(LB; caused by Phytophthora infestans) in the three-leaf stage of the plants. The results demonstrated that the QTL-related LB resistance showed the same age-related resistance as the Ph-3-mediated resistance at the six- and nine-leaf stages compared with the three-leaf stage. This indicated that there is a common defense mechanism in tomatoes against P. infestans via ARR. In addition, we combined ethylene(ET), salicylic acid(SA) and jasmonic acid(JA) mutants with virus-induced gene silencing(VIGS) to study the Ph-3-dependent resistance signaling pathway. 13Environmental filtering does not necessarily prevent trait divergence: a case study of the Xilin River Basin in Inner Mongolia, China显示文摘Aims Understanding how environmental factors and human activity drive plant community assembly remains a major challenge in community ecology.Two opposing processes,namely determinis-tic environmental filtering and nondeterministic elements such as interspecies competition,can be quantified by analyzing trait distri-butions in the community-assembly process.Methods We examined the trait-mediated effects of environmental filtering and stochastic process and the distribution over time of nine traits related to vegetative growth,regenerative phase,dispersal capability,decom-position and interspecific competition in plant communities along a degradation gradient in the Xilin River Basin,Inner Mongolia,China.We analyzed the turnover of environmental trait filtering and the diver-gence/convergence of different traits along the degradation gradient.Important Findings Our results showed the following.(i)The patterns of trait distribu-tion and filtering were strongly dependent upon the degradation gradient and trait types.Most traits were filtered intensely in degraded grasslands.(ii)Plants with two different strategies showed contrasting trait-distribution patterns.The traits that were related to biological matter cycling showed divergent pat-terns in highly degraded grasslands,while convergent patterns along the overall gradient were demonstrated in traits associated with other plant strategies.This suggests that the coexistence of multiple‘biological matter cycling-related niches’might be a basic structuring pattern of plant communities in our study area.(iii)The simultaneous occurrence of strong filtering and diver-gence revealed that environmental filtering does not necessar-ily prevent competition,and that different traits show different signatures.Saruul Kang Jianming Niu Qing Zhang Dan Li Haijuan Ren Jing Ren Xuefeng Zhang Jianjun Dong 2017Journal of Plant Ecology2017,10,3:1
14Craniometrical evidence for population admixture between Eastern and Western Eurasians in Bronze Age southwest Xinjiang显示文摘Xinjiang,the most northwest provincial administrative area of China,was the area where the oriental people met the occidental.The populations in Xinjiang exhibit very high genetic diversity.Previous study revealed that the eastern Xinjiang populations of the Bronze Age were mixed by the Eastern and the Western Eurasians.However,few studies have been performed to reveal when the population admixture started and how far to the west it reached.In this paper,we studied 148 craniofacial traits of 18 skulls from the Bronze Age Liushui graveyard in Khotan(Keriya County) in the southwest of Xinjiang.Seventeen craniometrical parameters of the Khotan samples were then compared with those of other ancient samples from around Xinjiang using dendrogram cluster analysis,principal components analysis,and multidimensional scaling.The results indicated that population sample of Liushui graveyard was mixed by the Western and Eastern Eurasians with about 79% contribution from the east.Therefore,we demonstrated that population admixture between east and west Eurasia can be traced back to as early as 1000 BC in southwest Xinjiang.TAN JingZe LI LiMing ZHANG JianBo FU WenQing , GUAN HaiJuan2, AO Xue2,WANG LingE1, WU XinHua3, HAN KangXin3, JIN Li1'2 & LI Hui1'2. 17Porous graphene decorated silica as a new stationary phase for separation of sulfanilamide compounds in hydrophilic interaction chromatography显示文摘Porous graphene(PG) has potential applications in numerous fields because of the existence of nanopores in the plane. In this study, porous graphene decorated silica microspheres(Sil-PG) were successfully fabricated by assembling PG onto the silica particles surface in deep eutectic solvents(DESs).Experimental results demonstrate that this new stationary phase can facilitate the separation of six sulfonamides compounds in hydrophilic chromatographic conditions. 19Leveraging nano-engineered mesenchymal stem cells for intramedullary spinal cord tumor treatment显示文摘Intramedullary spinal cord tumor(IMSCT)is comparatively rare malignant tumor in the central nervous system and is very difficult accessible by conventional chemotherapy regimen.Currently,there are very limited researches for IMSCT treatment using nanomedicine.To fill this gap,we originally reported a targeted strategy by leveraging nano-engineered mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)for synergistic antiIMSCT treatment.In this study,two mode drugs paclitaxel(PTX)and metformin(MET)were co-loaded in maleimide-modified poly(lactic-co-glycolicacid)(PLGA-MAL)nanoparticles,which were further conjugated onto MSCs surface via the thioether bond formed between PLGA-MAL and MSCs without affecting the migration ability of MSCs.Owing to the excellent tumor tropism and penetrability of MSCs and good biodegradability of PLGA,the designed drug delivery platform could accurately target IMSCT sites to exert long-term synergistic antitumor efficacy,exhibiting promising research value for alternative IMSCT management beyond surgery.Lu Tang Mengying Xie Jing Li Yijun Mei Yuqi Cao Qiaqia Xiao Haijuan Dong Yuhui Zhang Wei Wang 2023Chinese Chemical Letters2023,34,5:0
20Evaluation of Application Effect of Silicon-containing Water-soluble Fertilizer on Fast Vegetables显示文摘[Objectives]The study aims to verify the application effect of silicon-containing water-soluble fertilizer on fast vegetables.[Methods]Two vegetable crops,rape and lettuce,were studied,and three treatments were set up,including treatment 1(conventional fertilization+foliar spraying of silicon-containing water-soluble fertilizer,treatment 2(conventional fertilization+foliar spraying of the same amount of clear water),and treatment 3(conventional fertilization).[Results]The yield of lettuce and rape in treatment 1 increased by 15.1%and 8.6%,respectively;compared with treatment 3,the yield of lettuce and rape rose by 18.6%and 10.9%,respectively.Variance analysis shows that the F values of lettuce and rape were 20.938 and 35.372,respectively,and the differences among various treatments were extremely significant.[Conclusions]The application of silicon-containing water-soluble fertilizer on lettuce and rape significantly increased their yield.Guanghui FENG Dongwen SUN Haijuan ZHANG Bo GENG Liyuan LI Lihua DU Tong SONG 2022Asian Agricultural Research2022,14,9:0
