6心房扑动和大折返性房性心动过速的射频消融治疗显示文摘心房扑动(简称房扑)的射频消融治疗已经由一项实验技术发展成为一线治疗方案。房扑以大折返性房性心动过速为特征。房扑的成功消融包括:(1)对折返环路内的传导区带进行标测,确定房扑的类型:峡部依赖性、非峡部依赖性或非典型性房扑;(2)对大折返环的缓慢传导区进行点状或线性消融,破坏房扑的折返环路,并使点状或线性消融区域与解剖标志相连;(3)终止心动过速发作,并验征消融后的折返环路发生传导阻滞。本文探讨房扑和大折返性房速的分类方法,并对应用于房扑的传统和新型的射频消融技术进行评述。RichardC.Wu RonaldBerger PhD HughCalkins 赵擎 于维雅 2003世界医学杂志2003,7,2:0
