| 1 | Ganoderma Lucidum polysaccharide peptides protect kidney from renal ischemia reperfusion injury via counteracting oxidative stress显示文摘OBJECTIVE Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide peptides(GLPP)have an anti-oxidant activity.The oxidative stress implicates in the pathogenesis of renal ischemia-reperfusion injury(RIRI).The objective of this study was to determine whether GLPP could attenuate RIRI via counteracting the oxidative stress.METHODS Mice subjected to uninephrectomy with the right kidney ischemia for 35 min and reperfusion for 24 hwere used to explore the protective activity of GLPP against RIRI.In GLPP-treated group,100mg·kg-1·d-1 of GLPP were intraperitoneally injected for 7dbefore the procedure.In vitro,NRK-52 Ecells subjected to hypoxia-reoxygenation(H/R)and tunicamycin were used to explore the protective effect of GLPP against oxidative stress.The mechanisms in which GLPP protected kidney from RIRI were studied using a series of physiological and molecular biological methods.RESULTS Kidneys undergone ischemia-reperfusion showed renal dysfunction and characteristic morphological changes including cellular necrosis,brush border loss,cast formation,vacuolization and tubular dilatation while these damages were significantly attenuated by GLPP treatment.The abnormal levels of MPO,MDA and SOD caused by renal ischemia-reperfusion were significantly reversed by GLPP treatment.More apoptotic cells were found in the renal ischemia-reperfusion group than the sham group whereas GLPP reduced apoptotic cells in the ischemia-reperfusion mice by21.75%(P<0.01).The GLPPs(25-1μg·mL)alleviated H/R induced cell viability loss by 20.12%(P<0.01)andΔφm dissipation by 27.3%(P<0.01)in vitro as well and its pretreatment dramatically reduced H/R and tunicamycin induced cell injury.CONCLUSION Our study found that GLPP had a protective effect on RIRI via its anti-oxidative capacity,which suggests that GLPP may be developed as a candidate drug for preventing acute kidney injury. | Dan-danZHONG Hong-kaiWANG MingLIU Ying-liJIA MingHUANG HongZHOU Shu-qianLIN Zhi-binLIN Bao-xueYANG | 2015 | 中国药理学与毒理学杂志2015,29,S1: | 21 |

| 5 | Influence of Magnetic Reluctances of Magnetic Elements on Servo Valve Torque Motors显示文摘The current research of electro-hydraulic servo valves mainly focuses on the vibration, pressure oscillating and source of noise. Unfortunately, literatures relating to the study of the influence of the magnetic reluctances of the magnetic elements are rarely available. This paper aims to analyze the influence of the magnetic reluctances of the magnetic elements on torque motor. Considering these magnetic reluctances ignored in previous literatures, a new mathematical model of servo valve torque motor is developed and proposed based on the fundamental laws of electromagnetism. By using this new mathematical model and the previous models, electromagnetic torque constant and magnetic spring stiffness are evaluated for a given set of torque motor parameters. A computer simulation by using AMESim software is also performed for the same set of torque motor parameters to verify the proposed model. The theoretical results of electromagnetic torque constant and magnetic spring stiffness evaluated by the proposed model render closer agreement with the simulation results than those evaluated by the previous models. In addition, an experimental measurement of the magnetic flux densities in the air-gaps is carried out by using SFL218 servo valve torque motor. Compared with the theoretical results of the magnetic flux densities in the air-gaps evaluated by the previous models, the theoretical results evaluated by the proposed model also show better agreement with the experimental data. The proposed model shows the influence of the magnetic reluctances of the magnetic elements on the servo valve torque motor, and offers modified and analytical expressions to electromagnetic torque constant and magnetic spring stiffness. | 6 | Occurrence of Haloacetic Acids in Drinking Water in Certain Cities of China显示文摘Objective Since haloacetic acids (HAAs), which are nonvolatile and of high carcinogenic risk, are common species of chlorinated disinfection by-products(DBPs) in drinking water, and little has been known in China, it is necessary to make a survey about the kinds and levels of HAAs in drinking water of the nation. Method HAAs were analyzed using gas chromatography with electron capture detector(GC/ECD) and relatively complex pretreatment process of sample was applied. Five main cities in different areas of China were chosen in the survey. Results Studies showed that the main species of HAAs in drinking water in China were DCAA and TCAA, ranging from 0.4 礸/L to 12.85 礸/L and from 0.56 礸/L to 10.98 礸/L, respectively. MBAA and DBAA were also detected in one city, ranging from 2.20 礸/L to 4.95 礸/L and 1.10 礸/L to 2.81 礸/L, respectively. Therefore, the contents of HAAs varied, usually no more than 25 礸/L. Based on the acquired data to date, it is known that the concentrations of HAAs in drinking water in China were surely under the limits of Sanitary Standard for Drinking Water Quality (China, 2001). | 9 | Wind impact on pollutant transport in a shallow estuary显示文摘A three-dimensional numerical model,EFDC(environmental fluid dynamics code)is applied to the Pamlico River Estuary(PRE)in eastern North Carolina of the United States to examine the wind impact on pollutant age distributions and residence time.A series of model experiments representing base case,remote-wind-induced water level set-up and local winds cases are conducted.Model results indicate that the pollutant mean age and the system residence time are functions of gravitational circulation in the PRE.The system responses to remote-wind-induced water level set-up are different in different portions of the PRE.Under such condition,dissolved substances in the upstream portion of the PRE have a younger age and shorter residence time(compared with the base case),by contrast,they have a older age and longer residence time in the downstream portion of the PRE.Upriver and downriver local winds appear to have opposite impacts on pollutant age distributions.The substances are retained much longer within the PRE under upriver wind than those under downriver wind.The model results also suggest that across-river winds may lead to longer residence time through enhanced turbulence mixing,which slows down the gravitational circulation in the PRE. | XU Hongzhou LIN Jing SHEN Jian WANG Dongxiao | 2008 | Acta Oceanologica Sinica2008,27,3: | 7 |

These deductions are based on fundamental laws of electromagnetism, fluid, and general mechanics. The coefficients of the proposed seventhorder model are derived in terms of servo valve physical parameters and fluid properties explicitly.For validating the results of the proposed model, an AMESim simulation model based on physical laws and the existing low-order models validated by other researchers through experiments are used to compare with the seventh-order model. | 15 | Thermally stable and highly efficient red-emitting Eu^(3+)-doped Cs3GdGe309 phosphors for WLEDs:non-concentration quenching and negative thermal expansion显示文摘Red phosphor materials play a key role in improving the lighting and backlit display quality of phosphor-converted white light-emitting diodes(pc-WLEDs).However,the development of a red phosphor with simultaneous high efficiency,excellent thermal stability and high colour purity is still a challenge.In this work,unique non-concentration quenching in solid-solution Cs_(3)Gd_(1-x)Ge_(3)O_(9):xEu^(3+)(CGGO:xEu^(3+))(x=0.1-1.0)phosphors is successfully developed to achieve a highly efficient red-emitting Cs_(3)EuGe_(3)0_(9)(CEGO)phosphor.Under the optimal 464 nm blue light excitation,CEGO shows a strong red emission at 611 nm with a high colour purity of 95.07%and a high internal quantum efficiency of 94%.Impressively,this red-emitting CEGO phosphor exhibits a better thermal stability at higher temperatures(175-250℃,>90%)than typical red K2SiF6:Mn^(4+)and Y203:Eu^(3+)phosphors,and has a remarkable volumetric negative thermal expansion(coefficient of thermal expansion,a=—5.06×10^(-5)/℃,25-250℃).By employing this red CEGO phosphor,a fabricated pc-WLED emits warm white light with colour coordinates(0.364,0.383),a high colour rendering index(CRI=89.7),and a low colour coordinate temperature(CCT=4508 K).These results indicate that this highly efficient red-emitting phosphor has great potential as a red component for pc-WLEDs,opening a new perspective for developing new phosphor materials. | Peipei Dang Guogang Li Xiaohan Yun Qianqian Zhang Dongjie Liu Hongzhou Lian Mengmeng Shang Jun Lin | 2021 | Light(Science & Applications)2021,10,2: | 6 |

Compared with previously known identification algorithms, the advantages of the new approach are there is no need to design the excitation trajectory to consider the condition number of the observation matrix and the inertial matrix can be accurately defined regardless of the effect of viscous friction. In addition, the use of a sinusoidal exciting trajectory allows calculation of the velocities and accelerations from the measured position response. Simulations show that the new approach has acceptable tolerance of dry friction when using a simple coupling parameter modified formula. | 18 | Preheating Characteristics of Datong Coal in O2/CO2 and Air Atmospheres显示文摘Experimental studies were carried out to find the difference of preheating characteristics of Datong coal in O_2/CO_2 and air atmospheres by a circulating fluidized bed. It is found that pulverized coal could be both steadily preheated to above 800°C in the two different atmospheres, but the temperature distribution was more uniform along the riser in O_2/CO_2 atmosphere. During the preheating, the content of CO in the flue gas can reach 12.32% under the O_2/CO_2 atmosphere, far higher than that in air(5.94%). Simultaneously, the conversion rate of fixed carbon was higher in O_2/CO_2 atmosphere compared with that in air. It can be inferred the higher oxygen concentration and higher partial pressure of CO_2 have greatly accelerated the gasification reaction. The BET analysis indicated a number of large pores were transformed into micropores during the preheating progress, and the major contributors for overall pore volume of chars and specific surface area are the micro-pores and the mesopores with diameter ranging from 2 nm to 10 nm. This study is to summarize the testing methods and physical significations of static and dynamic dent resistance of automobile body panels combined with the author's study, and to analyze the dent behaviors in the round. Several influence factors on dent resistance are expatiated including the mechanical properties of materials, stress states after forming, bake hardening ability, modulus, methods of testing, and structure of specimens and so on. The automotive lightweight and application of high strength steel sheets and aluminum alloys sheets are analyzed, and the significance of testing of dent resistance, especially for dynamic dent resistance of auto-panels, and the finite element simulation analysis are emphasized. To explain the physical phenomenon of dent behaviors, the latest and concerned study results are also discussed. According to this study, a dent resistance test and evaluation standard of Society of Automotive Engineers of China for automotive body panel is presented and is being carried out, and an industry conference is hold to discuss the working-out of the standard, a primary schedule of this standard is confirmed now.
