| 1 | 中国人群心电图时间参数的年龄和性别差异显示文摘目的 调查和评估中国人群心电图时间参数 (P波和QRS波时限、PR间期、QT及QTc间期 )的年龄和性别差异。方法 采集 5 36 0例 (男 36 14例 ,女 1746例 )健康人心电图并按性别分为5个年龄组 ,计算男、女各年龄组时间参数的平均值、标准差及 96 %范围上、下限。结果 各年龄组男性的P波时限、PR间期以及QRS波时限均大于女性 ,而女性的QTc间期均大于男性 ;各年龄组时间参数的性别差异均具有极显著性 (P <0 0 0 0 1)。男性P波时限和PR间期上限值分别比女性平均长6ms和 12ms;男性QRS波时限上限值为 12 0ms ,女性为 10 9ms ;女性QTc间期上限值比同年龄组男性长16~ 2 0ms,且女性QTc间期 >44 0ms的发生率 (12 8%)明显高于男性 (6 2 %)。除QRS时限外 ,男、女其他时间参数上限值均随年龄增长而增加 ,显示明确的年龄趋势。比较各时间参数年龄组之间差异均具有极显著性 (P <0 0 0 1或P <0 0 0 0 1)。结论 中国人群心电图时间参数存在明显的年龄及性别差异 ,有必要建立与年龄和性别相关的正常值标准。 | 吴杰 Jan A.Kors Peter R. | 5 | Retinal nerve fiber layer changes based on historic CD4 nadir among HIV positive patients undergoing glaucoma evaluation显示文摘AIM: To determine relationships between retinal nerve fiber layer(RNFL) thickness and nadir CD4 cell count in human immunodeficiency virus(HIV) positive patients evaluated for glaucoma suspicion.METHODS: Data were reviewed for 329 HIV positive patients evaluated for glaucoma suspicion. High-definition optical coherence tomography(OCT) RNFL measurements were obtained at least 6 mo apart. Analyses were performed to identify relationships between nadir CD4 count and RNFL thickness.RESULTS: Totally 110 eyes of 55 patients met inclusion criteria, of which 46 eyes were from subjects with nadir CD4<200 cells/mm^3 and 64 had nadir CD4≥200 cells/mm^3. Patients with nadir CD4<200 cells/mm^3 had significantly thicker superior(119.7±18.6 μm) and temporal(63.8±11.7 μm) quadrants at time of initial OCT compared to the superior(112.8±16.8 μm, P=0.048) and temporal(57.1±11.9 μm, P=0.004) quadrants of patients with higher nadir CD4. This trend toward thicker RNFL among subjects with lower nadir CD4 cell counts persisted at the time of follow up OCT where participants with nadir CD4<200 cells/mm^3 showed average RNFL thickness in the superior and temporal quadrants of 117.9±18.3 μm and 63.8±12.8 μm, respectively, compared to a superior thickness of 110.5±16.9 μm(P=0.034) and temporal thickness of 57.3±11.6 μm(P=0.007) among those with higher nadir CD4. CONCLUSION: Patients with lower nadir CD4 cell counts have thicker RNFL in the superior and temporal quadrants compared to those with higher nadir CD4 counts. | 6 | 鹧鸪属23种鸟类的鸣声结构、鸣叫行为及基于鸣声的分组(英文)显示文摘本文描述了鹧鸪属(Pternistis spp.)23种鸟类的鸣叫特点,比较了占区/求偶鸣叫在种间的差异,并依据鸣叫(主要为占区/求偶鸣叫)特征,对这23种鹧鸪进行了分组。共分析了非洲所有23种鹧鸪的22个种的218段录音、约300句鸣叫,另有一种鹧鸪的鸣叫分析源于文献。结果表明,每种鹧鸪可发出7–11种鸣叫,这些鸣叫可分为3大类:1)占区/求偶鸣叫;2)警戒叫声、雏鸟和亚成鸟索群叫声、觅食叫声等维持群体关系叫声;3)雌雄两性间以及雌鸟与幼鸟间联络鸣叫。Hall(1963)将鹧鸪分为5个单系类群。本文将鹧鸪的鸣叫分为8个组,其中的5个组与Hall(1963)划分的单系类群基本一致。不同种类间占区/求偶鸣叫的差异虽然减少了同域分布的鹧鸪种间的杂交,但由于鹧鸪的遗传距离较小,种间杂交仍不可避免。本研究还基于鸣声确认了哈氏鹧鸪(P.hartlaubi)仍属于鹧鸪属鸟类,尽管其叫声与其它鹧鸪叫声有很大的差异。 | Johann H.VAN NIEKERK | 2013 | Chinese Birds2013,,3: | 2 |

| 11 | Effects of plant-soil feedback on tree seedling growth under arid conditions显示文摘Plants are able to influence their growing environment by changing biotic and abiotic soil conditions.These soil conditions in turn can influence plant growth conditions,which is called plant–soil feedback.Plant–soil feedback is known to be operative in a wide variety of ecosystems ranging from temperate grasslands to tropical rain forests.However,little is known about how it operates in arid environments.We examined the role of plant–soil feedbacks on tree seedling growth in relation to water availability as occurring in arid ecosystems along the west coast of South America.Methods In a two-phased greenhouse experiment,we compared plant–soil feedback effects under three water levels(no water,10%gravimetric moisture and 15%gravimetric moisture).We used sterilized soil inoculated with soil collected from northwest Peru(Prosopis pallida forests)and from two sites in north-central Chile(Prosopis chilensis forest and scrublands without P.chilensis).Important Findings Plant–soil feedbacks differed between plant species and soil origins,but water availability did not influence the feedback effects.Plant–soil feedbacks differed in direction and strength in the three soil origins studied.Plant–soil feedbacks of plants grown in Peruvian forest soil were negative for leaf biomass and positive for root length.In contrast,feedbacks were neutral for plants growing in Chilean scrubland soil and positive for leaf biomass for those growing in Chilean forest soil.Our results show that under arid conditions,effects of plant–soil feedback depend upon context.Moreover,the results suggest that plant–soil feedback can influence trade-offs between root growth and leaf biomass investment and as such that feedback interactions between plants and soil biota can make plants either more tolerant or vulnerable to droughts.Based on dissecting plant–soil feedbacks into aboveground and belowground tissue responses,we conclude that plant–soil feedback can enhance plant colonization in some arid ecosystems by promoting root growth. | Seline S.Meijer Milena Holmgren Wim H.Van der Putten | 2011 | Journal of Plant Ecology2011,4,4: | 1 |
