1前列腺癌:ferumoxtran-10增强MRI对常规手术区外淋巴结转移的检出显示文摘目的前瞻性评价利用ferumoxtran-10进行增强MRI检查对前列腺癌病人常规盆腔淋巴结清扫区以外的淋巴结转移检出的可行性。方法该研究中4家医院都得到医院审查委员会批准,病人签署知情同意书。连续296例患前列腺癌并具有中至高度淋巴结转移风险(前列腺特异性抗原〉10ng/mL Gleason评分〉6,或分期为T3期)的病人(年龄47-83岁,平均67岁)纳入本研究。静脉注射ferumoxtran-10后24h进行MR淋巴结成像。在MR淋巴结成像中,阳性淋巴结是指常规淋巴结清扫区域(RDA)l以内或以外的淋巴结。依据MR淋巴结成像.进行了CT引导下活检、R.A.Heesakkers G.J.Jager A.M.Hvels B.de Hoop H.C.van den Bosch, F.Raat 刘丽华 2009国际医学放射学杂志2009,32,4:2

13Nonlinear optical characterization of single β-barium-borate nanocrystals using second-harmonic confocal microscopy显示文摘The confocal microscopy technique was applied for nonlinear optical characterization of single β-barium-borate(β-BBO) nanocrystals. The experimental setup allows measurements of the laser polarization-selective secondharmonic(SH) generation, and the results can be used to determine the nanocrystals' c-axis orientation, as well as to obtain information about their second-order susceptibility χ^(2). The dependence of the SH signal on the laser polarization allowed the discrimination of individual particles from aggregates. The data were fitted using a model that takes into account the BBO properties and the experimental setup characteristics considering(i) the electrostatic approximation,(ii) the effects of the microscope objective used to focus the light on the sample in an epi-geometry configuration, and(iii) the symmetry of χ^(2) for the β-BBO nanocrystals. 19Evaluation of Propargyl Alcohol as a Corrosion Inhibitor for Duplex Stainless Steel in Hydrochloric Acid显示文摘ASTM A182 F51 duplex stainless steel with a 50:50 ratio of austenite to ferrite microstructure is a material used in mechanical engineering.Its uses include the manufacturing of equipment and components subject to acidification or acid stimulation for oil and gas industries.During acid stimulation or acidification,hydrochloric acid(HCl)solution with concentrations ranging from 5%to 28%(by volume)is injected into the limestone(CaCO3)and dolomite(CaCO3·MgCO3)reservoir rock to restore permeability and consequently increase oil well productivity.Therefore,it is important to use a corrosion inhibitor,such as propargyl alcohol,to prevent or inhibit the aggressive attack of HCl on duplex stainless steel.The present study evaluates the corrosion resistance of ASTM A182 F51 stainless steel using gravimetric(mass loss)and electrochemical(polarization)tests.Studies were completed with and without the addition of 500 and 1,000 mg/L propargyl alcohol in HCl solutions with concentrations of 10%and 15%(by volume)at temperatures of 25,40 and 55°C.The good protection by propargyl alcohol of duplex steel immersed in HCl is observed.Fernando Benedicto Mainier Virgílio P.dos Reis Edilson Ferreira de Barros Brígida B.de Almeida 2020Journal of Civil Engineering and Architecture2020,14,7:0
20Study on the Application Effect of Family Follow-Up Rehabilitation Nursing in Elderly Autistic Patients in Community Institutions显示文摘Objective:To study the effect of family follow-up nursing in rehabilitation of elderly autistic patients in community institutions.Methods:120 elderly autistic patients from February 2021 to July 2022 were randomly divided into a control group and a test group with 60 cases each.The patients in the control group were cared for at home by their family members,while the patients in the test group were given family follow-up rehabilitation care on the basis of the control group.The compliance of patients in the rehabilitation process,the UCLA loneliness score,the autism treatment assessment scale(ATEC)score of patients after this nursing care,and the quality-of-life scores of patients of the two groups before and after nursing care were compared.Results:The compliance of patients in the process of rehabilitation treatment was better in the experimental group than in the experimental group.The physical function score of patients after nursing was better in the experimental group than in the experimental group.The UCLA loneliness score and ATEC score of patients in the experimental group after nursing were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the quality-of-life score was higher in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of family follow-up nursing in the rehabilitation of elderly autistic patients in community institutions can significantly improve patients’compliance and improve their prognosis,thus having high clinical value.Qing Ji Ronnell D.Dela Rosa Mingzhu He Minerva B.De Ala 2022Journal of Clinical and Nursing Research2022,6,5:0
