1Influence of Different Vortex Generators on Heat Transfer in Direct Air-Cooled Condensers显示文摘通过数值模拟研究了矩形小翼、三角小翼、梯形小翼、柱面梯形翼、柱面三角翼和柱面矩形翼等6种涡流发生器分别安装于直接空冷凝汽器单排蛇形翅片扁管中的压降和换热性能。Re数在600~1800范围内,涡流发生器采用相同高宽比、尾高、攻角以及安装位置。结果表明:矩形小翼的换热及压降增大最多,Re=1729时,相比平直翅片分别增加了14.27%和18.32%。Re=1 729时,柱面梯形翼的压力损失比矩形小翼少4.7%,换热低1.5%。当以(j/j0)/(f/f0)1/3作为综合换热性能评价标准时,柱面梯形翼的综合换热性能最好。另外,考察了柱面梯形翼倾角的影响(0°、6°、12°、20°、24°和26°),相同工况下,倾角为12°的柱面梯形翼换热最好(较平直翅片增强4.29%~14.1%)、压降最小(增大7.5%~12.8%)且综合换热性能最好。柱面梯形翼因其迎流面积与斜边长度的匹配以及流线型柱面,具有良好的强化传热效果以及较小的压降。ZHOU Guobing YANG Laishun 2012中国电机工程学报2012,32,5:17
2Analytical Method of Fault Characteristic and Non-unit Protection for HVDC Transmission Lines显示文摘An analytical method of fault characteristic for the HVDC system based on frequency response characteristics of boundary elements is presented here.The computational formulas of transfer function and input impedance are deduced using the distributed parameter model of HVDC transmission line,and the amplitude-to-frequency-characteristics of the transfer function and input impedance are analyzed.Based on the amplitude-to-frequency difference between internal and external faults,a non-unit protection method for VSC-HVDC transmission line is presented.Using the current ratio of high-to-low-frequency,this protection method can distinguish internal from external fault.The presented algorithm only uses local-end current,has high operation speed,and is easy to implement.Simulations on a±200 kV VSC-HVDC system are conducted to demonstrate the validity and feasibility of the developed protection method.Xu Chu Guobing Song Jun Liang 2016CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2016,2,4:10
3Interference cancellation aided channel estimation for OFDM/OQAM system显示文摘Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing ofset-QAM(OFDM/OQAM)is a promising multicarrier transmission technique for its merits such as operating without cyclic prefx(CP)and flexibility of introducing well time-frequency localized pulse shapes.However,under dispersive channel condition,the intrinsic inter-symbol and inter-carrier interference arises in OFDM/OQAM system.Especially,the surrounding data symbols will cause interferences to the pilot symbols,leading to channel estimation error and degradation of system performance.In this paper,an efcient pilot structure and a channel estimation method are proposed for OFDM/OQAM system.The basic principal is to rebuild the transmitted symbols around the considered pilot position through pre-decision,then calculate and cancel the interference from the received signal.Analysis and simulation results show that the proposed scheme outperforms conventional ones with respect to both channel estimation accuracy and bit error rate(BER)performance while with less pilot consumption.CHENG GuoBing XIAO Yue HU Su LI ShaoQian 2013Science China(Information Sciences)2013,56,12:9

7Combined peripheral natural killer cell and circulating tumor cell enumeration enhance prognostic efficiency in patients with metastatic triple-negative breast cancer显示文摘Objective:Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is a heterogeneous disease with poor prognosis.Circulating tumor cells(CTCs)are a promising predictor for breast cancer prognoses but their reliability regarding progression-free survival(PFS)is controversial.We aim to verify their predictive value in TNBC.Methods:In present prospective cohort study,we used the Pep@MNPs method to enumerate CTCs in baseline blood samples from 75 patients with TNBC(taken at inclusion in this study)and analyzed correlations between CTC numbers and outcomes and other clinical parameters.Results:Median PFS was 6.0(range:1.0–25.0)months for the entire cohort,in whom we found no correlations between baseline CTC status and initial tumor stage(P=0.167),tumor grade(P=0.783)or histological type(P=0.084).However,among those getting first-line treatment,baseline CTC status was positively correlated with ratio of peripheral natural killer(NK)cells(P=0.032),presence of lung metastasis(P=0.034)and number of visceral metastatic site(P=0.037).Baseline CTC status was predictive for PFS in first-line TNBC(P=0.033),but not for the cohort as a whole(P=0.118).This prognostic limitation of CTC could be ameliorated by combining CTC and NK cell enumeration(P=0.049).Conclusions:Baseline CTC status was predictive of lung metastasis,peripheral NK cell ratio and PFS in TNBC patients undergoing first-line treatment.We have developed a combined CTC-NK enumeration strategy that allows us to predict PFS in TNBC without any preconditions.Xiaoran Liu Ran Ran Bin Shao Hope S.Rugo Yanlian Yang Zhiyuan Hu Zewen Wei Fengling Wan Weiyao Kong Guohong Song Hanfang Jiang Xu Liang Ruyan Zhang Ying Yan Guobing Xu Huiping Li 2018Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2018,30,3:4

9Effect of Mn content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg–6Li–4Zn-xMn alloys显示文摘The as-cast Mg–6Li–4Zn-x Mn alloys were prepared and extruded at 280℃with an extrusion ratio of 25:1.The effects of Mn content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg–6Li–4Zn-x Mn alloys were investigated in this study.The XRD results show that Mg–6Li–4Zn–x Mn alloys consisted ofα-Mg(hcp)+β-Li(bcc)duplex structured matrix,Mg Li_(2)Zn and Mn phases.The grains of the extruded Mg–6Li–4Zn–x Mn alloys were refined by dynamic recrystallization during the extrusion process.The EBSD results show that the extruded alloys had basal textures.The grain size of the extruded alloys decreased while the basal texture was strengthened with the increasing Mn addition.The TEM results show that a large amount of nanoscale Mn precipitates existed in the extruded Mg–6Li–4Zn–1.2 Mn alloy,which can effectively inhibit the dynamic recrystallized(DRXed)grains growth during the hot extrusion and is beneficial to the improvement of mechanical properties.Mg–6Li–4Zn–1.2 Mn alloy in this research possesses the best mechanical properties with the ultimate tensile strength and yield strength of 321 MPa,250 MPa,respectively.Hongju Deng Yan Yang Minmin Li Xiaoming Xiong Guobing Wei Weidong Xie Bin Jiang Xiaodong Peng Fusheng Pan 2021Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2021,31,4:3
10Multi-dimensional blind separation method for STBC systems显示文摘Intercepted signal blind separation is a research topic with high importance for both military and civilian communication systems.A blind separation method for space-time block code (STBC)systems is proposed by using the ordinary independent component analysis (ICA).This method cannot work when specific complex modulations are employed since the assumption of mutual independence cannot be satisfied.The analysis shows that source signals,which are group-wise independent and use multi-dimensional ICA (MICA) instead of ordinary ICA,can be applied in this case.Utilizing the block-diagonal structure of the cumulant matrices,the JADE algorithm is generalized to the multidimensional case to separate the received data into mutually independent groups.Compared with ordinary ICA algorithms,the proposed method does not introduce additional ambiguities.Simulations show that the proposed method overcomes the drawback and achieves a better performance without utilizing coding information than channel estimation based algorithms.Minggang Luo Liping Li Guobing Qian Huaguo Zhang 2013Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2013,24,6:3
11Microstructural evolution and enhanced mechanical properties of Mg?Gd?Y?Zn?Zr alloy via centrifugal casting, ring-rolling and aging显示文摘A ring-shaped Mg?8.5 Gd?4 Y?1 Zn?0.4 Zr(wt%) alloy was manufactured via centrifugal casting and ring-rolling process. The effects of accumulative ring-rolling reduction amount on the microstructure, texture, and tensile properties of the alloy were investigated. The results indicate that the microstructure of centrifugal cast alloy consists of equiaxed grains and network-like eutectic structure present at grain boundaries. The ring-rolled alloy exhibits a characteristic bimodal microstructure composed of fine dynamic recrystallized(DRXed) grains with weak basal texture and coarse un-DRXed grains with strong basal texture, along with the presence of LPSO phase. With increasing amount of accumulative ring-rolling reduction, the coarse un-DRXed grains are refined via the formation of increasing amount of fine DRXed grains. Meanwhile, the dynamic precipitation of Mg5 RE phase occurs, generating a dispersion strengthening effect. A superior combination of strength and ductility is achieved in the ring-rolled alloy after an accumulative rolling reduction of 80%. The tensile strength of this ring-rolled alloy after peak aging is further enhanced, reaching 511 MPa, while keeping a reasonable ductility. 13Expression,Purification and Identification of Recombinant Mouse Interleukin 21 Protein in E.coli显示文摘Interleukin 21 (IL-21) is a novel typeⅠcytokine that is significantly homologous to IL-2, IL-4 and IL-15. Its receptor complex containsγc chain which is also a component of receptors for IL-2, IL-4, IL-7, IL-9 and IL-15, so there may be overlapping or relevancies in their biological functions. IL-21 is capable of co-stimulating mature T cells, B cells, NK cells, and of stimulating CD16 expression on the surface of NK cells to induce ADCC in innate immune response. It can also strengthen the anti-tumor effect of the cellular immunity, especially via enhancing the activities of NK and antigen specific CTL cells. Thus, IL-21 is a potential useful therapeutic molecule for immunotherapy of malignancies, by eliciting innate and adaptive anti-tumor immune responses in tumor-bearing hosts. In order to study the biological functions of IL-21, we constructed a mIL-21 prokaryotic expression plasmid and expressed the recombinant mIL-21 protein in E. coli in present study. The recombinant plasmid pET28a/mIL-21 with a carboxyl terminal His-tag was subcloned from the pcDNA3.1/mIL-21 and expressed in E. coli. The induced protein was detected by SDS-PAGE, and identified by Western-blot assay with anti-mIL-21 antibody. The recombinant protein was purified via Ni+ affinity chromatography, and renatured with GSH/GSSG system.
