| 2 | Lymphocyte subsets predictive value and possible involvement of human papilloma virus infection on breast cancer molecular subtypes显示文摘AIM To detect human papilloma virus(HPV) presence and to characterize cellular immune response in breast cancer patients. METHODS A total of 74 women were included, of which 48 samples were from patients diagnosed with breast cancer and 26 patients with benign pathology of the breast. Molecular subtype classification was performed based on the immunohistochemical reports of the tumor piece. HPV genome detection and genotyping from fresh breast biopsies was performed using the INNO-LIPA HPV Genotyping Extra test(Innogenetics, Ghent, Belgium). CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ and natural killer(NK)+ cells levels from peripheral blood samples from patients with breast cancer and benign pathology were measured by flow cytometry. RESULTS Luminal A was the most frequent breast cancer molecular subtype(33.33%). HPV was detected in 25% of the breast cancer patients, and genotype 18 was the most frequent in the studied population. The mean of CD3+, CD4+ and CD8+ subpopulations were decreased in patients with breast cancer, in relation to those with benign pathology, with a statistically significant difference in CD8+ values(P = 0.048). The mean of NK+ cells was increased in the benign pathology group. The average level of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ and NK+ cells decreased as the disease progressed. HER2+ and Luminal B HER2+ tumors had the lowest counts of cell subsets. HPV breast cancer patients had elevated counts of cellular subsets. | 3 | Chlorinated paraffins in the technosphere:A review of available information and data gaps demonstrating the need to support the Stockholm Convention implementation显示文摘Chlorinated paraffins(CPs)have been produced for a wide range of applications,mostly in open uses,such as metalworking fluids,lubricants,coolants or additives in consumer goods.The production volume is more than one million tonnes requiring control of the lifecycle of these persistent and bioaccumulative chemicals.In May 2017,the Stockholm Convention amended its Annex A to list short chain chlorinated paraffins(SCCPs)as a Persistent Organic Pollutant(POP).Additionally,a limit for the presence of SCCPs in other CP mixtures was set at 1%by weight.CPs can be released to the environment throughout their lifecycle.Therefore,the major objective of this review was to assess and compile information on SCCPs and other CPs regarding their lifecycle in the technosphere to support the Stockholm Convention implementation.A few studies have assessed CP production plants and contamination in the surrounding environments.However,there was no systematic investigation of release routes from production and no assessment of associated landfills,even though these are known major pollution sources at other organochlorine production sites.Some studies have reported that industrial areas,where CPs have likely been used,have elevated levels of CPs in sediments and soil.However,although CPs are largely released when used as metalworking fluids or lubricants,no systematic assessment of releases has been conducted at the thousands of sites where CPs are used in high volumes.Many CPs,mainly medium chain chlorinated paraffins(MCCPs)and SCCPs,are used as additives in the production of consumer goods,resulting in exposure risks.Levels above the European Union regulation for SCCPs of 1500 mg kg^-1 and up to approx.20%are frequently found.The end-of-life management of CP-containing products is difficult since no labelling requirement exists even for products containing SCCPs.The Stockholm Convention prohibits the recycling of SCCP-containing products,which will result in challenges recycling the impacted waste categories.The activities under the Stockholm Convention related to SCCPs,such as the inventory,phase-out,and management of impacted products,provide opportunities to address existing data gaps and challenges.Special attention needs to be given to developing countries with lacking analytical capacity as well as waste management and destruction capacity. | Yago Guida Raquel Capella Roland Weber | 2020 | Emerging Contaminants2020，6，1： | 4 |
| 4 | Physicochemical Properties and Catalytic Performance of a Novel Aluminosilicate Composite Zeolite for Hydrocarbon Cracking Reaction显示文摘A novel micro-micro/mesoporous aluminosilicate ZSM-5-Y/MCM-41 composite molecular sieve with a MCM-41 type structure was synthesized through a novel process of the self-assembly of CTAB surfactant micellae with silica-alumina source originated from alkaline treatment of ZSM-5 zeolite.The physical properties of the ZSM-5- Y/MCM-41 composite molecular sieve were characterized by XRD,Py-FTIR and N_2 adsorption-desorption techniques. Different kinds of molecular sieves including ZSM-5,Y zeolite,Al-MCM-41,ZSM-5/MCM-41 and ZSM-5-Y/MCM- 41 as cracking catalysts were investigated,using 1,3,5-triisopropylbenzene(1,3,5-TIPB) as the probe molecule.Catalytic tests showed that the ZSM-5-Y/MCM-41 composite molecular sieve exhibited higher catalytic activity compared with the microporous ZSM-5 zeolite,Y zeolite,mesoporous Al-MCM-41 molecular sieve and ZSM-5/MCM-41 composite molecular sieve under the same conditions.The remarkable catalytic activity was mainly attributed to the presence of the hierarchical pore structure and proper acidity in the ZSM-5-Y/MCM-41 composite catalyst.Meanwhile, a carbenium ion mechanism was put forward for the cracking of 1,3,5-TIPB. | Qi Jian Zhao Tianbo Xu Xin Li Fengyan Sun Guida | 2010 | China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2010，12，1： | 4 |
| 5 | Complete mesocolic excision and central vascular ligation in colorectal cancer in the era of minimally invasive surgery显示文摘Since the 19th century,appropriate lymphadenectomy has been considered a cornerstone of oncologic surgery and one of the most important prognostic factors.This approach can be applied to any surgery for gastrointestinal cancer.During surgery for colon and rectal cancer,an adequate portion of the mesentery is removed together with the segment of bowel affected by the disease.The adequate number of lymph nodes to be removed is standardized and reported by several guidelines.It is mandatory to determine the appropriate extent of lymphadenectomy and to balance its oncological benefits with the increased morbidity associated with its execution in cancer patients.Our review focuses on the concept of“complete mesenteric excision(CME)with central vascular ligation(CVL),”a radical lymphadenectomy for colorectal cancer that has gained increasing interest in recent years.The aim of this study was to evaluate the evolution of this approach over the years,its potential oncologic benefits and potential risks,and the improvements offered by laparoscopic techniques.Theoretical advantages of CME are improved local-relapse rates due to complete removal of the intact mesocolic fascia and improved distance recurrence rates due to ligation of vessels at their origin(CVL)which guarantees removal of a larger number of lymph nodes.The development and worldwide diffusion of laparoscopic techniques minimized postoperative trauma in oncologic surgery,providing the same oncologic results as open surgery.This has been widely applied to colorectal cancer surgery;however,CME entails a technical complexity that can limit its wide minimally-invasive application.
